Situated in Warehouse District, this lovely house for $930 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Rent the entire Fleur De Lis Mansion for your perfect POOL & Hot tub both stay heated all year if needed. Private party bus , New Orleans getaway!!! PRIME LOCATION 8 BLOCKS FROM FRENCH QUARTER. We have our own limo bus see pics . We are the only bed & breakfast that has 9 bedrooms but 9th room river has 2 seperste bedrooms . So we are really 11 private bedroom & 11baths The Fleur De Lis Mansion is the perfect place for large groups such as wedding accommodations, business retreats, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries and all other celebrations etc. You name it we will cater to you! The Fleur De Lis Mansion is New Orleans' most exquisite Mansion. Our historical gem boasts a unique ambience and flair while still maintaining its 1824 historical charm. We pride ourselves on providing state of the art modern amenities, impeccable grounds, and most importantly that signature southern hospitality that make our visitors want to return. We cater to all events! *Free on-street parking *8 blocks to the French Quarter! *couple blocks from St. Charles, can use trolley system to transport to French Quarter, Audubon park etc. *3-minute walk to the Convention Center. *Sleeps 18-22 *9 bedrooms, 11 baths. (11queen beds) *2-3-night min on weekends for private rentals. You have to rent the entire Mansion. *Breakfast is not included in private rentals but can be added for an additional charge. (2-night weekend rentals may be considered) The Mansion isn't your typical cookie cutter house it has historical New Orleans charm. Special attention to the River Suite (sleep 6), it has 3 open loft-like rooms with some privacy. 2 of these rooms are smaller attic build-out rooms which are very cosy and fun! Some of the attic has low ceilings & is small space The Mansion is offered as a private rental. INCLUDED: Complete privacy, linens, towels, toiletries, use of all Mansion amenities, free on street parking (unsecure), wifi. EXCLUDED: Staff, breakfast, wine hour, daily housekeeping. AFTER BOOKING YOU CAN ADD ANY OF THE EXCLUSIONS SEPARATELY FOR A FEE. WARNING- Before booking be sure you speak with Jim, or Mikki to confirm availability and we will answer ALL of your questions! Watch out for scams on Craig's List. Licensed and Registered Bed and Breakfast-- This is an adult property. However, when rented in its entirety, kids are welcomed. However, please speak with host if bringing infants/children etc. The home is not child proof and does have open stair wells. Guests assume risks if bring infants/children. Please note that outdoor amenities will be exposed to external factors: dust, leaves, bugs and temperament of inclement weather and will accumulate throughout the day. Expect outdoor items to show signs of weathering. We do prepare areas prior to stay, however we do not come during stay to manage grounds. If tending to the grounds daily is something that you would like to add, please call for available services and fees. We want guests to enjoy their stay but do ask that trash and food be maintained at all times to avoid attracting unwanted pests. After booking, please confirm that the rental agreement, terms and checkout procedures have been read and shared with all guests staying. If excess cleaning is required, we will retain an additional cleaning fee of $500 from deposit. Please note cigarette butts will be charged $5 each if not disposed of properly. We are a metropolitan area, expect to see homeless scattered through out NOLA and along interstates. Please obey the noise ordnance article IV . Due to the growing market of air & neighbors have been battling us in court stating our guest are destroying our neighbors. Over the last few years new laws have been passed & the neighbors are watching us ready to report us. We ask that you : 1. This means no socializing outside Please go indoors & close doors . No congregating on front and side porch is only remain in the very very back by the hot tub with the theater door closed.. 2. Please refrain from using portable music in yard. No ghetto blasters any type of music including DJs prohibited due to the noise ordinance . Inside we ask you use your smart phone or tv . 3. We understand it’s been years since you last saw your family or friends. Please do your initial greet inside. 4. Please remain in yard when coming & going & wait inside gate till transportation arrives. 🔨🔨🔨 THINK OF IT THIS WAY . Once you get past what most would refer to as New Orleans charm, it truly is a great mansion! Each family member had their own private room and made getting our siblings together for our wedding weekend a dream come true! We hired the caterer that the host used to use when it was ran as a bed and breakfast prior to COVID which was the finishing touch to bringing the family together. Any need we had was immediately addressed by the owner. We would highly recommend the Fleur de Lis Mansion!!

We celebrated my husband’s retirement in this house. It will be an unforgettable experience for sure. There is a lot of character that we very much enjoyed in each room. There is a historical record of the house which makes it that much more interesting. The location is close to everything from Walmart, French quarter, etc. It was a great choice for our stay!

Awesome stay! My friends and I go on a guys trip every couple of years to do some fishing and gambling. Great location for all our activities. I highly recommend the property for large groups. Jim the property owner was very responsive and communicated in a timely manner in all phases of the stay. Awesome!

We rented the entire property (all of the rooms) for 10 days over a year in advance of our stay. The owner immediately requested all of the money upfront (roughly $15,000.) As we were in the throws of a pandemic we should have realized this was a giant red flag as we've stayed all over the world & never had this request. We agreed to pay for half then & the rest a month before our check in. When we got there we were immediately put off with the cleanliness. The windows were dusty & dirty, the floors are old wood & our feet were immediately black. We bought toilet paper, a broom, dust pan & counter wipes. The hot tub had cigarette butts in it & never worked properly our entire stay. This property is definitely unsafe for children or elderly people. There's uneven surfaces everywhere (shoes always where mandatory to protect feet) the railings (especially on the green stairs) are janky & the entire second floor balcony slants at a very significant angle. Near the end of our stay we saw cockroaches all over & our 16 year old saw a rat. She felt like the riversuite would collapse. The White room had a roof leak & the Hollywood room reaked like mold. The longer we were there, the longer we realized how glued together the place was. The place does have its charm because of its age, but even if a window seal has been painted over 36 times in its lifetime you can still clean the dirt off. The location is great besides being directly under the freeway & the homeless encampment that shares the back wall. Upon checking out we made sure all of our rooms were clean, trash was neatly in a bag. The cleaning staff was getting there as we were pulling out our luggage & they were very nice. We left cakes & food in the fridge & they were pulling what was in there out. We didn't realize 2 of our friends were still upstairs in their room (there was confusion about a late check out) They were cleaned up & left by 12 noon. A few days later we get a message saying we owe $1600. At first the owner tried to say we'd damage things. I requested an itemized list & photos because I KNOW we left that place in better shape than we found it. Then he changed his story to because we didn't pull all of the trash bags from each room all the way out to the curb we'd breached our contract. Wait, WHAT?! Because out friends were 2 hours late leaving 1 room we were charged another night's stay for the entire house? Even though the entire property had already been booked? Renter beware...

We had 13 co-workers. We took over the entire house. Some of the rooms are a little quirky. The location is well centralized. The host and his staff do a great job. We used the kitchen and dinning room to create some great memories over “family style” breakfasts and dinners.

My family and I spent Thanksgiving week at the Fleur de Lis Mansion in New Orleans. 12 of us paid for 9 rooms. I can tell you that none of us were satisfied with this property. When we arrived there was no welcome letter or instructions with emergency numbers included anywhere to be found. Some of the most egregious faults include: Showers that didn’t work properly, dirty tubs, clogged shower drains, blood stained sheets and the lack of additional toilet paper.
Other indoor issues include TV remotes that lacked batteries or didn’t work with the televisions in the rooms that they were to be paired with, the projector in the “movie room” was in need of a new bulb, the picture on the the dining room tv got darker and darker the longer we watched it. And one of the most upsetting problems was the inoperable stove, both range top and oven, in the main kitchen. The kitchen in which we had planned on preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. We were saved only by the outdoor oven that we were able to use to cook and heat pre-cooked dishes that we had catered. Thank God the weather cooperated. The outdoor hot tubs needed to be cleaned and are situated in an area of the property that looks as though it’s being used as a trash heap; littered with old tattered and torn furniture and other items that have most likely been used throughout the property over the years. Outside of the aforementioned issues, that could easily be remedied with the proper maintenance and care, an issue that I feel would make this property unsuitable for most people are the outdoor staircases, the only access to the rooms on the second level. The METAL staircase in the center of the building is not only steep, but the top stair is extremely higher than the other stairs. The front staircase is even steeper and has an inadequate outer railing. It was this staircase on which, on our very first morning, as we prepared to head out to enjoy a day of sight-seeing, I slipped on the stairs, fell, and dislocated my shoulder. There was no rail for me to grab with my left hand at the top. I spent the first part of my day in the hospital and the rest of the trip in a sling. After first making the reservation in 2019, for Thanksgiving 2020, having it canceled due to COVID without the possibility of a refund, then dealing with this after a 2 year wait I hope you can understand my frustration and why I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff enjoyed the house and location. The property is accurately described on the website and was in a great location for walking access to a lot of activities. The owners allowed us to drop off our luggage early which was much appreciated. Thank you for letting us share in your fun home.

Exactly what we needed
I had a wonderful time renting out this space for me and my friends during our time in New Orleans. The host greeted us with gifts and was very active with any questions and concerns we had. The location was walking distance to Frenchman street which we absolutely loved, and the rooms were large and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to travel to New Orleans in a large or small group!

Great place for groups with privacy!
We booked the Fleur de Lis for our yearly reunion & James was a fantastic host. Ran into some trouble checking in & he was quick to respond and take care of all the issues we had. We loved the opulence of all the rooms, and especially the garden area. Will note that all rooms are separate which is great for privacy but hard to gather together with a large group. Only gathering spot was outside and the incredible NOLA summer humidity + rain made it difficult to do so but we made it work! Close to the French quarter, lots of activities and beautiful views make this a wonderful place to stay. We got engaged at the Fleur de Lis, so it will always be a special place for me. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the mansion for a recent bachelor party. The owners kept the place super clean and were reliable for addressing any questions. The setup of the mansion allows for large groups to separate into their own rooms, each with their own keycodes and easy access in/out.

Magnificent Gem!
We stayed here for a 40th birthday getaway and rented out the entire mansion. There were 17 of us and lots of room for everyone. We loved and took advantage of all of the different gathering spaces indoor and outdoors. Kitchen is amazing and setup to cook for crowds. Jim and team were extremely responsive before and during our stay. Rooms we so fun and eclectic and beds were comfy. The hot tub was nice but had a bit much chlorine… but we knew it was clean so that was a plus!! 10/10 recommend this property!!

Even with the rainy weather we could congregate out back and enjoy the hot tub. We cooked brunch for ourselves in the amazing kitchen, slept late on a few mornings, enjoyed the convenience of being close to both the Garden district and the Quarter...Definitely one of the best vacations we've had and this amazing house had alot to do with it!

Even with the rainy weather we could congregate out back and enjoy the hot tub. Great memory and experience
For my 50th birthday came stayed at the property with 20 friends n family. The mansion was perfect. So great to gather in the kitchen and the living room. We were able to have a seafood boil. The space allowed all of to be together. The hot tub in the back is great despite the 95 degree day.
The mansion made this trip really special for me and everyone that made the trip. Rome was great! Will be renting again.
