Nestled in Loughman, this attractive villa for $159 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to your new vacation rental in the quite community of Watersong. Watersong itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious Clubhouse,landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands. A resort pool and spa, fitness center,Volleyball Court, children's playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during your stay. Gym and access to the communal pool are included in your Club House access. The community is ideally located for over 22 high quality 18 - hole golf courses including the prestigious Providence Golf Club which is only 5 minutes away. Most of the courses are open to you. In this villa you can enjoy the proximity to the club house and still enjoy the tranquility of your own private pool and hot tub with an amazing conservation view. You can relax with your whole family on the extended pool deck on sunny days. If there should be some rain on your holiday there is plenty to do in the spacious house. Our brand new tiled game room has a tennis table,pool and foosball table. In addition we provide a BBQ grill for you to use during your stay, which is free of charge if you clean it. The house is furnished with high quality furniture in a European style.The living room is equipped with a brand-new 70'' TV , in addition every bedroom has its own flat screen TV. WiFi internet is avaible for you and your party to enjoy. Also included are local telephone calls. Some general distances: 15 minutes to Disneys Hollywood Studios 25 minutes to Disney Magic Kingdom 35 minutes to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. 1 minute from the famous Golf Courses of Providence If you have any additional questions don't hesitate to contact me directly! We offer parking for up to three vehicles in front of the garage. Due to the regulations in the community curb parking is not allowed at any time. Unauthorized parked vehicles will be town. Had a wonderful orlando vacation and enjoyed resting and relaxing at this awesome villa home in Watersong. Especially enjoyed the privacy and conservation view from the pool. Gorgeous spacious high ceilings in the home with lovely tiled showers and roomy bathtubs. Highly recommend this rental.

Everything about our stay was as close to perfect as you can get. The house was exceptionally clean and just as described. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds are comfortable, there are box fans in every room, and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The Watersong community is very safe and secure, not to mention quiet.
We had one small issue with the hot tub upon arrival but Ingrid was able to correct it and we enjoyed the pool and spa every day all week.
We had an early flight on Saturday morning and got caught in the sprinklers while we were loading the car so keep that in mind! (They turned off around 4:30am.)
We will definitely look to return to this property again.

A great and beautiful house that met all our requirements. The owner was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The house is large and well equipped, much better than any other house we have stayed in. The swimming pool is big and good. The neighborhood is very beautiful and nice.

This home is perfectly placed in a secure neighbourhood. Clubhouse is working walking distance. The home backs onto a beautiful wildlife reserve and we had regular visits from Sandhill Cranes, Egrets. Even a gator floated by one day!
The home was immaculate with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. All appliances were in great condition. Pool is larger than most and the games room was a wonderful addition (a great way to encourage the kids to take a break from the heat outside).
South facing meant we had the sun all day :)
The host was very prompt with communication and we cannot wait to visit this property again!

Terrible area. Resort is very shady. I had my belongings stolen out of locked truck in the yard at night while we were sleeping. Had to spend a whole day calling credit card companys and canceling all my stolen cards. There was rubbish outside for the whole week we stayed and a dirty mattress thrown out on the sidewalk for us to look at for the whole week we stayed. Willnot stay here at watersong resort ever again. The house was beautiful clean and the home owner was very nice but the resort needs security and to get the area cleaned up.

House was very nice and well stocked if you are going to cook. House had plenty of space and we were all able to have our own rooms with bath. People at the community were nice and the club house was great.
We will book this home again and the owner was fast to respond to email.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It was beautifully decorated, had all the needed creature comforts of our own home, and was just perfect! It is well cared for, and the owners answered all of our questions throughout the booking and reservation process. They were a pleasure to deal with. The pool was larger than most in the area, the hot tub was excellent and the patio was so perfect for chilling and taking in some sun. We had a fantastic experience!

Watersong is a quiet, friendly, secure, and lovely neighborhood. After each long Day at Disney, it was like finally exhaling to just sit & watch the Sand Cranes, the fish jumping for food and the lovely sunset out the back of the house. It’s a very big house; plenty of room for everyone! Remote workers who joined us had no trouble with the WiFi. The house is well-kept and clean, if some appliances older. The beds are comfortable; towels aplenty; and excellent cookware. The Community pool is a quick walk away from the rental. As others have noted, the location is not “in the middle of things,” but a new Publix is nearby and a Target and Championsgate, with a variety of restaurants, are 15 minutes away. The host was gracious answering all of our questions and responding to our needs. For guests who rely on a gym, however, that is a “weak link” of this rental. Although the owner tried valiantly to resolve the problem - for guests, the gym is ONLY open 9-5, and only on weekdays. After 5 tries and many phone calls, we resigned ourselves to the fact this community is in fact not a “resort” with respect to an on-site gym. But otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay.

Our family of 8 were so excited to stay at this location. It has two master suites and the other two rooms have their own bathrooms, too. The set up of the house was absolutely perfect. It was perfectly located-not too far from the Disney parks and other dining and entertainment . When we contacted the property owners they were very responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Every few years a group of us get together. This is the second time we stayed at this property and it never disappoints. Everything is there…you actually don’t need to leave the house. Only thing missing was a wine bottle opener!!!

House was clean and tidy as depicted in the pictures. A couple of oversights (fire alarm chirping, grill wouldn't light, no initial roll of toilet tissue in bathroom) caused some momentary challenges. However, we persevered. The spa was repaired promptly and management was exceptional about communication. My review may sound negative, but overall it was an enjoyable stay. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

This was a wonderful stay vacation. The house was just as described. Beautiful with everything you need to relax. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub not to mention getting competitive playing pool and ping pong in the garage. The master bedrooms are a spa in itself. Good communication with property manager with quick response and instant booking loved the process.. The only suggestion would be the grill. It was free to use but was not able to as it was filthy, from first sight did not looked like it worked so did not even try it, instead used the oven. We will definitely be back! Thank you😊

Home is centrally located to shopping, all Disney, Universal and Sea World properties. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Just what we needed to enjoy connecting as a family. Bedrooms are spacious with substantial size tv’s.Owner provided all linens needed and extra. Only drawback is no communal bathroom but plus is that EVERY bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool table was a bonus as well as the clubhouse with outdoor pool and playground only steps away. Maybe add a few bicycles for outdoor fun.
We hope to have the chance to rent again. Thank you for keeping a clean well appointed home!

Lovely stay at this great Villa. The bedrooms were all speceous and we'll decorated with large comfy beds. Kitchen had all modern conveniences and we lived the addition of pool table and other games in the garage.
The best was the pool area with outstanding views and a constant supply of sun throughout the day.
On a good day of traffic Disney is 35 minutes drive, and other bars/restaurants can be found much closer. During our stay it was approximately $45 fora 6 person Under to Disney Springs.
We had an exceptional visit and will be booking again for future visits to the Disney Area.

Good multi-generational vacation home
It suited our needs perfectly regarding size and space. The layout was great for our needs. The location was good. It was a quiet neighborhood which was also close to Disney. The were some concerns regarding water temperature - hot water was scalding hot and limited cold water. Some updated fixtures but other need to be replaced soon. Overall a great experience.

There was 6 adults in total. We had plenty of room, every one/couple had their own room & bathroom. We enjoyed Disney parks, Universal & Island of Adventure, Top Golf, Gatorland, and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook and make snack and the dinning room was perfect for game nights. The garage with ping pong, pool table, and foosball was a great touch. This was a perfect location & property for family adventure.

We had no hot water from the start, and then ultimately no water at all. Mechanical issues happen, but it is how they are handled that matters. We chose this property for this finishes and the amenities. When it was determines that there was a plumbing leak the owner credited us a meet ~40% of our reservation rate even though this was less than half way through our stay. She made no effort to find us additional accommodations and basically left us on our own for our final 3 nights. Fortunately, the person she pays as a property manager was more empathetic and he was able to find another one of his properties to move us to, which he later billed back to the property owner. This second property was of significantly lower quality, and nightly rate. I purposefully didn’t not choose this property the first time I made my reservation and that was the right choice. It had dirty carpet, was very dated, and had broken tiles and moss all over the pool area. It certainly was not why I would have chosen for a vacation home. But, since we literally had to move 30 minutes away in the middle of the night to this new house, the fact that it had hot, and actual running, water was of paramount importance so we dealt with the other issues. We attempted to seek resolution with the property owner of the original property but she refused any additional refund even though she failed to provide even the most basic running water at our original rental.
This was a very poor experience. The only salvation of this entire fiasco was the property manager (Ron), and he was able to at least help us get moved into a location that had hot/running water, whereas the property owner (Ingrid) made no effort to do any such thing.
There was also evidence of active bug (cockroach)infestation in the original house in the master bedroom.
