Upstairs, the master bedroom balcony offers peek-a-boo views of the mesmerizing Sea of Abaco, allowing you to catch glimpses of breathtaking sunsets in the distance.
Conveniently located near Firefly Resort and centrally positioned on the island, Liney's Lookout provides easy access to town via a short golf cart ride, ensuring effortless exploration of the surrounding area.
The upper level boasts a master king bedroom and a second twin bedroom, both complemented by en-suite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy. Downstairs, a pullout couch provides additional sleeping space with a convenient half-bath.
For added convenience, the home offers access to a washer/dryer for an additional fee. Guests can request use of this amenity at $75 for one day or $300 for the week, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Please note that Liney's Lookout does not have a backup generator.

We loved Liney's Lookout for our family of four. It was centrally located on the island so everything was just a short golf cart ride away. We used Sunset Exclusive dockage for our boat which was just a few minutes away and that worked out great. The pool was a nice feature to come home to after a long day on the boat but we also stayed home one windy day and were in and out of the pool all day. Perfect. The property is very private despite having homes next to it. All the appliances and cooking supplies were adequate and we used the grill quite a bit as well. The deck has sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again with my family of four.

Great to have the community dock just down the hill from Liney's Lookout for loading and unloading each day. The pool is great for end of the day cooling off. Awesome morning breezes for coffee on either of the two front porches. Short golf cart ride to Hope Town. Groceries are even closer. We spent every day on/in the water. We visited the pigs, swam with the sting rays, sharks, and turtles. We caught tuna off shore by Bakers Bay. We enjoyed swimming the tunnels through many of the reefs. We visited Nippers late on a Sunday to miss the craziness. Sunsets at Grabbers during the week were fantastic. Junkanoo at SeaSpray was fun. A Coconut Ice cream cone is a great way to cap a visit to the beautiful white sand beach, over the hill, east of Hope Town. All in all, it was a great visit. Thank you.
