The location was very central and easily reached.
We were notified on the morning of our arrival that the air conditioning was broken. Although it was being repaired, it was not functional during our 3 night stay. Fans were provided, so that provided relief. In compensation, we were provided complimentary coupons for breakfast on the Piazza Signoria. We were grateful. Simone and Pietro were very helpful and friendly regarding this AC problem.

So the lady on the desk was just lovely. She went out of her way to help us. She was kind and knowledgeable. Location was amazing and also very quiet. Room serviced daily.
No place to put cosmetics etc in bathroom ie shelf or cabinet. Room was very small but we knew this when we booked. Can see why a solo traveller would like this place, feels safe and secure.

It’s very handy for all the main sights
One of the appliances didn’t work- electric kettle , and a bottle of complimentary wine was left but no Corksrew
