First time in Nashville and in East Nashville. Enjoyed our stay very much. Location was good. Can walk to a few places and short Uber ride to downtown. House needs an overhaul with lots of lights out, broken doors and plumbing (i.e., upstairs shower and kitchen sink leaky); stained upolstery; dusty. Kitchen was great though with excellent gas stove. Needed that for Xmas. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood seemed safe.

House was perfect for quick stay in Nashville. In a nice, cute neighborhood. House was clean, and very comfortable. I got up and made breakfast for my family and had all the pans and utensils to make it.
Angie was very nice and communicated promptly when I had a question.
I would definitely stay here again if I came to Nashville

Overall everything was great! Location was good, maybe 15 min ride to Broadway.
Suggestion to change the mattress in the downstairs room. But other than that everything was perfect for our little getaway! Angie was very responsive as well!! Thank you

The cottage inside was everything my friends expected. We especially loved the kitchen where we spent most of our time together. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable.The location was convenient once you figured out where everything was. Going to Nashville itself didn’t take long. There were plenty of supplies. I made a mistake in assuming my access instructions from the owner would be on email but it came through as a text. I am a first timer using VRBO.

We were going to be in Nashville for 10 days so our daughter could attend the songwriting camp at the Country Music Hall of Fame and needed access to a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat every single meal out. For less than most hotel rooms, we found this sweet home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms just 15 minutes from downtown. We had an issue with a very squeaky box spring and the property owners quickly sent a handyman. The property owners were super responsive and helpful, checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely stay again!

I came to Nashville for a concert with a couple friends. The house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and the outside deck with a table and chairs was nice when it was warm out. My favorite part of this house was the neighborhood. It is so close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and a short drive to downtown. I went on multiple walks in the mornings and really enjoyed the architectural diversity in the neighborhood. I would definitely rent this house again!

Check in process was easy and the house was clean. We had 6 adults staying here and there was plenty of room for us to hang out in the living room/ kitchen area . I would stay here again if we come back to Nashville . Quick Uber ride to downtown also. We had plenty of towels but I would suggest that there be a few more wash clothes.

East Nashville is a wonderful place to stay, especially for longer visits to Nashville. There are so many great restaurants and activities within walking distance or short drives, that my wife and I were easily able to fill up our month long stay with things to do!
Angie as a host is also second to none. Communication was timely, and Angie made sure to always ask how things were going at multiple points during our stay.

This cute house was perfect for the 4 of us during our recent trip. Spent days and nights downtown and hail rides were fine, just a little costly. The house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and helpful. Glad we found it.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed pillows should be updated. When we removed the sheets and pillow cases, some of the pillows were old and stained. Home could use some deep cleaning and maintaining

Nice location/ should be cleaned
Property is conveniently located. Toilet paper was inadequate to say the least. We had a quarter inch on one role in the upstairs bath and had to purchase it immediately. Upstairs toilet had no water in the tank. Plumber was not available until one hour before checkout.?Property needs a thorough cleaning as when wiping up spills, the paper towel was black. Back door key should be left in bolt lock for fire exit. Wi-Fi password should be simplified. Better stocking of soaps and towels is needed as well as more towel bars. Pillows were dirty. Someone’s leftover meal was left in the frig. Basement needs cleaning.

Right off the bat, when we got there we find that the email that was supposed to contain the "keys" to the house had no details in it. We had reached at 1.30am after a 8.5hrs drive from MI so reaching out to the owner at that odd time was not the easiest. The fault here is not about ease of access but the misstep in getting us the keys.
The location is really good. A quiet neighborhood with a lot of older homes around getting renovated. Lot of eateries and stores within a couple minutes drive.
While the house looks great in pictures, most of the renovations don't really help with quality of our experience staying there. No locks on any of the doors to the rooms on the first floor. The doors to one of the rooms was not even shutting close let alone being able to lock it. The beds in the rooms were awful to sleep on! Everyone on the trip complained how the bed provided no support whatsoever and just sank as we slept on it.
Cleanliness was mostly good except in one of the bathrooms, a used body soap from the previous people who stayed there was left behind.
My comments are a summary of what the group felt like as a whole. It was a let down for the price and expectations we had when we made the booking.

Perfect location
This immaculate home with charm and coziness is located literally 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Nashville! Our host was very concerned about our needs and communicated with us daily. The kitchen remodel is incredible and such a fun gathering place for a group of friends! We especially loved the comfort of our beds!

This is an older home but is well maintained. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from where we wanted to go, Opryland Hotel. Everything was clean and the house smelled nice. The only thing I would suggest is to pave the parking area. It had rained and the gravels were mostly gone making it muddy.

Host was very responsive to questions prior to our trip. Instructions for entry and check out where simple and clear. Neat house. Very nice neighborhood. Close to everything in Nashville. Next time we visit this great city, we will definitely try to use this place again.
