Solid rental home. It was one of the more affordable homes in the Paia area which was nice for our budget. Kitchen was nice and basic cooking needs. AC and washer/dryer worked well. The view of the ocean was great! WiFi worked well. Host was responsive and communicated well. I would suggest updated furniture and outdoor amenities as well as providing bathroom essentials!

We were there with our son and his family and we all agreed that the house was very comfortable and a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the open kitchen/living space and the big lanai was beautiful. There were five of us and the three bedrooms worked perfectly for us. Also, thank you to Monica for being so easy to work with!
