Nestled in Tybee Island, this lovely condo for $230 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This beautiful newly listed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at the beautiful south end of Tybee. The end of the island and the prettiest part. This unit has been newly remodeled. You walk in and see Dining Room that seats 4 and also countertop seating for 2. The Living Room has a sofa and 2 chairs and TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a lovely glass back splash. Bright cheery and lovely furnishings through out the condo. 1 bedroom has two full size beds with TV. The other is master with a queen size bed with lovely bathroom. The porch is amazing and cutely furnished. Great place to unwind after a day at the beach!

My two girlfriends and I LOVED the condo. It was perfect for our long weekend at Tybee Island. We had everything we needed: Beach towels, beach chairs and fully furnished and everything we needed in the bathroom too! The Cute Condo is a very short walk to the beach and the sunrises are AMAZING! It was family friendly environment too. We walked about 20minutes to the other side (the West side) of the island and the Sunset was breathtaking. The property Manager, Melissa, was sooo helpful! She was so nice. Melissa was eager to help us and very knowledgeable on where to eat on the Isalnd. We will definitely recommend this cute beachy condo to all our friends. We will be back!! :)

We went to Tybee for the Pirate Festival to celebrate Michelle’s birthday. We loved the condo. It is clean and decorated really nice. Mellisa was very nice and did a great job communicating with us. We will love to stay again here or at one of her other places.

Very nice beach styled condo within a short walk to the beach! We had a great stay here while moving our daughter into her SCAD dorm. We wanted to enjoy the beach area outside Savannah and this was absolutely perfect. We had zero problems during our stay. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely look this place up again when visiting!

The property was like it appeared on the internet. It was well appointed with dishes, glasses, towels, bathroom necessities and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. We were happily let in the condo early. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This is our 3rd time staying at Mimosa Retreat and once again it was wonderful. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and Melissa came over right away to fix, shes the best! See you next year.

What a perfect little spot to stay on Tybee Island! We were a quick walk to the beach and had everything we needed right in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook two meals each day! Our family of four easily relaxed in the sitting room, and enjoyed the two bathrooms so our teenage daughters didn't have to fight for time! I appreciated having beach towels to use, as well as a washer and dryer! Melissa was extremely easy to connect with and she even stopped by one morning to check on how we were doing! If we make it back to Tybee we will definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t have expected a nicer stay for our trip. Perfect location for our trip to Savannah with days for the beach also.. The room was beautiful and clean. So easy to get in touch with the manager. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mimosa Retreat. We had plenty of room and our condo was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is improve the impact noise for guests with smaller kids. Maybe our them on a lower floor. They weren't bad and it reminded us of our days with a younger kid. Tybee Island is quiet and the perfect getaway for Spring break. There's a local IGA and the local eateries are delicious. Melissa was great too. We didn't read the instructions properly, but she answered when we called. She squared us away. Definitely a nice time together as a family for us!

My friend and I came to Tybee to celebrate our birthdays and this unit was perfect for us. It was in a great location, the decorations/furnishings were fun and comfortable, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great location. The public beach is literally at the end of the block, and the pier is just a few blocks away. The house was nicely furnished, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything was where it should have been. There is off-street covered parking for 2 cars (valuable in an area where all on-street parking is paid and enforced). We visited during a chilly February. Would love to stay again in the Summer to see how the vibe changes!

The property was reasonable clean but I found a dirty sock from another party under the bed. The door had hand prints on it in the guest bedroom. I would stay in this condo again. It has a nice location and is reasonable priced. The manager talked to my sister and her husband on the way out. She was nice and friendly. I just think the management team should be aware of the cleaning issues. Other than that, It was a wonderful experience.

Melisa's condo was perfect for our Holiday vacation stay. The condo was immaculately clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The "beach" vibe and bright interior provided exactly the break that we needed from our northern winter home. I would/will absolutely stay here again and very much look forward to it - thank you Melissa!

For the most part, we purchased fresh seafood to prepare at the condominium and there was adequate utensils, tools, etc. to do this at this location. The furniture, bed, etc. were comfortable for us to have a relaxing experience. The outside deck was nicely furnished although we did not get much use on this trip. In warmer weather, it would be very nice.
