Nestled in Park City, this charming condo for $128 per night is a great option for your next break. 1.) READ to the end: Condo is Located on Historic Main Street amid pine-covered hills and snow-capped peaks, in the heart of Downtown Park City. This popular Park City Ski & Summer Condo Rental over-looks Main Street and the "Views are breathtaking." 2.) Roll downstairs to swanky Restaurants and bars to enjoy a vibrant nightlife. Art lovers can visit the myriad of museums and historic buildings. 3.) Town Lift access to Park City Mountain Resort - "only a 2 - 3 minute walk". 4.) FREE & Clean Electric BUS Transportation located behind the condo + FREE Trolley takes you up and down Historic Main Street. 5.) ATTENTION!!!! SLEEPS 1 couple. However, condo does accommodate up 1 couple + 1 adult or 1 child with FIRM leather fold down couch for 1 adult or 1 child ONLY. 6.) The Bellaria on Main is a year-round condo appointed with everything you need for a fun romantic stay for 1 couple. 7.) Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, waffle maker, coffee maker, variety of utensils 8.) "Great condo for a couple". 9.) Suggestion for Accommodation: 1 Couple. 9.) Smart TVs, Flat Screens in private bedroom and in living room. Subscriptions needed for Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Runs off of Roku. 10.) Leather sectional sofa - folds out flat for 2 single beds but couch is FIRM. Don’t. 11.) Touchless and convenient Check-in / out - Secured building with locked double doors. Private code and secure elevator only for residents and guest. 12.) Kitchen equipped to cook meals in. Board games located in the chest. 13.) Secured elevator to conveniently transport luggage & skis right to your door 14.) Professionally laundered linens and towels + professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay Dishwasher, Microwave, gas stove, toaster, waffle iron, Nespresso coffee maker including a variety of espresso PODS, pots, pans, and a variety of utensils.. New coin-operated washer & dryer in common area (takes quarters only). Hot Tub Open in 2023, In-door, hot-tub in common area. We cannot accommodate your car.However, there is a FREE 24 hour lot about 1 block away called the Upper Sandhill Lot. The only OVERNIGHT LOT YOU can park for FREE. UBER OR LYFT, Taxi, & Airport shuttle service is a great way to get to the "Bellaria" on Main. Once you are checked in, the Park City Transportation Center is behind the Galleria building on Main Street. FREE Bus service will take you to any of the locale ski areas. It's a 2-3 minute walk to the PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT town lift. NOTICE: Lift access to Vail Park City Mountain Resort or to the Canyons via the Gondola, is weather permitting. During peak periods of the season minimum stays may apply. ATTENTION!!!!! ATTENTION!!!!This Condo may NOT be the right location for you if you want a quiet neighborhood…as we are situated smack dab in the middle of all the FUN. Park City Main Street is where most everyone goes (after a fabulous day of downhill skiing, riding, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, etc.) to eat, drink, listen to music, and socialize. Main Street is ALIVE and VIBRANT until the bars close. You may hear people partying and having fun. Then....all the people who work in the restaurants and bars get off work after you may have gone to bed, and it's possible to hear them conversing and unwinding after a long work day. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BOOKING THE BELLARIA! Thank You for your consideration!! ATTENTION.!!!!!! The couch is FIRM. This Condo is BEST for 1 COUPLE. we had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was exactly as promised, and the host went out of her way to bring me more nespresso. It was lovely and the rooftop was perfect, and we hope to come back to PC soon.

Traveled to the area for a several day long event in SLC with my daughter and we decided to check out Park City in the summer. We had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you’ll need, particularly in the kitchen. The property is clean, well-maintained, and located in the heart of Park City right in the middle of everything. We had a great time shopping, checking out the many shops and art galleries, and checking out the area. The drive into the valley is max 40 minutes. If you rent a car, parking is a bit challenging but the government of Park City has a great website and overnight parking is less than 2 blocks from the condo. We parked in the China Bridge ramp. Pro tip: if you have a handicap permit parking is free anywhere. The building itself is quiet, and the neighbors we met very friendly. Being on Main Street, there can be a bit of noise, but this was not an issue. It was so awesome being right on Main! There is a very nice seating area on the roof of the building with hummingbirds feeding on the many flowers in pots. We’ll definitely be back if this condo is available for our upcoming dates. We really appreciate Holly’s communication. Thanks so much!

Excellent location and provided a very pleasant vacation. Host Holly was awesome. Only criticism is at certain times it was noisy during sleeping hours.

Bathroom: Toilet seat is not correctly installed. When you sit on it, you’re angled towards the right and you cannot adjust it. Also You have to hold the lever down for several seconds to have it flush correctly. AND when taking a shower, water gets all over the floor - very annoying! We put a towel on the floor; however, it kept the door from closing. Very frustrating.
Windows: windows were opened when we arrived and furniture was very dusty! Especially the vinyl couch which I had to clean in order to feel comfortable to sit on. Also the bedroom windows do not shut all the way which means you can hear everything going on outside during the night making it hard to sleep. The weekend was especially loud!!

This is our third time snowboarding at Park City and we have stayed on other properties before. This has been an absolute blast. We loved being on Main Street and next to all the vibrancy of shopping and restaurants. Our lift was walking distance and the bus stop was behind the condos. At night it was a little challenging to get an early night sleep with all the party people walking up and down Main Street but we enjoyed the energy and convenience of this location. Our family loved it !

Great location and very comfortable unit. The trade-off for the location is that it can be a little loud on Main Street, but it was worth it for us. Owner was super easy to work with and had great recommendations for local services.

Hot tub was hot available (inoperable due to some sort of ceiling collapse/insulation). That is a big part of why we rented this property as post skiing hot tub is normal activity. That stunk. Also. The building heat made the room way hot (no way to regulate in the unit except opening wi does)- the owners know this because in their welcome book they say no problem to leave windows open, in the winter when it’s snowing outside. That seems a little bait and switch to me. If this was an inexpensive place I’d overlook but paying too dollar and getting those inconveniences is frustrating. The property manager seemed fine so no reflection on them.

Perfect location and terrific hostess!
Perfect location in the middle of bustling Main Street! We loved the big, gorgeous windows that allowed us to look down on all the activity below. If you are sensitive to noise, the activity on the street might be bothersome, but we were so exhausted after skiing all day long, it didn’t bother us. The mattress in the master is a little dated, but again we were so exhausted, we slept well. Holly was terrific. Very communicative, prompt, and helpful!

Great spot for a couple. Right in the middle of everything and short walk to the ski bus. Only negative is an older, soft mattress with little support in the bedroom.
