About this condo rental
Nestled in Cape Elizabeth, this lovely condo for $139 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. !! Available Now !! This immaculate, breezy and bright rental is a short walk to the beach on a well maintained boardwalk. The apartment is fully furnished, including all linens, towels, kitchen supplies, soaps, tissues, WIFI, Cable TV, and beach towels. The entrance to the apartment is from the outside and is on the opposite side of the house from the main house. The apartment is situated so it is private and not visible from the living area of the main house. There is hardwood and tile throughout, a small 8x8 deck overlooking Great Pond and open fields. Check the map below to see our nearness to the beach. There is a luxury Inn (Inn by the Sea) across the street and a boardwalk to the beach. The restaurant (is excellent) and spa are open to the public. Air conditioning (heat pump) is available although rarely needed in this unique location, providing a chance to smell the ocean and hear the surf as you drift off to sleep. A larger map shows we are at the head of a peninsula with the open ocean on three sides providing constant flow of fresh ocean air. Our fully furnished rental is available year round with all utilities, parking and snow removal included. Portland is just 7 miles away with a bustling night life and any cuisine you could possibly want prepared by top chefs. Feel free to call if you have any questions about the area. Wonderful vacation!
My family and I loved staying at this apartment. Laura and Mark were wonderful hosts and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the beach and local attractions and were close enough to Portland to enjoy several trips there.

Our family enjoyed a great week. The apartment is bright and welcoming. The location is the best of you just want to hang in Cape Elizabeth or explore the surrounding area. The access to Crescent Beach, being close to the strawberry fields and the beautiful surroundings made this place perfect. It is as described and if you need anything, the owners respond quickly. We enjoyed the fire pit and grill also. Will definitely return.

This peaceful little apartment was the best possible choice for our honeymoon. It had everything we wanted: privacy, ease of access to Portland, historic sites, and the Atlantic. Beautiful apartment and great location!
Laura and Mark's apartment across from the Inn by the Sea was wonderful! Everything you need in the apartment with plenty of little touches that make for a great stay. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes, eat breakfast or dinner at the Inn, bike to Kettle Cove to watch the sunset, a 5 minute drive from C Salt gourmet shop with excellent sandwiches and the best lobster roll we've ever had. Laura and Mark have created a fabulous stay and were wonderful hosts. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stop and relax
I really loved this apartment; it was very easy to feel right at home. It was spotless and very cozy and warm for a winter getaway. It was very easy to get into and around Dowtown Portland, but there were also lovely local restaurants and shops in Cape Elizabeth. The property was gorgeous, even though I came when it was covered in snow. I definitely would recommend this home, and plan on coming back again!

Amazing Stay by the Ocean
We had such a great time renting last year that we came back again. Couldn't recommend Laura's place more highly. The house is clean and well kept with more than enough space for our family of four. The yard is huge and our kids loved running around under the trees. Laura is a great host!
The location is amazing - our entire family enjoyed trips to the beach, climbing on rocks and checking out Fort Williams/Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth. Its a short drive to a beach with larger waves for surfing/boogie boarding or into Portland for restaurants, the waterfront or Sea Dogs games. Another amazing stay!

Fabulous place, fabulous location, fabulous hosts.
We had such a great time at Cape Elizabeth. The apartment is very comfortable, extremely well furnished and has everything you need, even down to beach towels. The property is so close to the beach that it makes it a perfect beach holiday resort, but also close enough to Portland, if you want the hustle and bustle. Laura and Mark are really nice people, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them (and Laura's blueberry muffin cake is delicious!!) I would definitely recommend their place to friends and family.

Everything you need!
Everything you need at Laura's property! It is in a calm, beautiful location, removed from but with easy access to downtown Portland. Nice restaurant at the Inn by the Sea across the street, and convenient access to the beach down the boardwalk behind it. We saw wild turkeys the first evening from the back deck, and slept well with cool cross breezes through the windows on all sides. Super warm welcome from Laura who gave us a quick walk-through and good ideas on nearby places to visit. Highly recommend!

Great location, great house, great host
This is a definite repeat. Place was stocked with everything you could ever ask for. Clean and exactly as described. Laura went out of her way to welcome us and help us hit all the local spots but was respectful of our privacy. When I get back to Portland, this will be the first place I look to book.

Our family felt right at home in this beautiful, cozy, and well maintained apartment. Laura and Mark were wonderful hosts. They were accessible for any questions that we had but also made an effort to give us space and privacy. Our kids loved playing in the field behind the house and exploring the beautiful coves and beaches nearby.

Fantastic spot!
We had an amazing stay. Laura’s apartment is clean and neat, there was plenty of room for our family of four. Nice backyard for the kids to play. Location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, a little ice cream stand up the road and an easy drive into Portland. Looking forward to our next visit!

The space was very comfortable and the location was ideal for our plans to visit family in Cape Elizabeth and tour Portland and the nearby towns. We also appreciated the easy access to the beach. Our daughters were enchanted by Maine and are eager to return!
