LOCATION - see Map! BRAND NEW 6 person Hot Tub! So lovely, Guests Say,' The pictures on your website really don't do the home enough justice. And the location really could not be beat.' Read our reviews. If you are looking for upscale at the beach in the best location... POOL in luxury home in Popular South Beach. 1/2 block to all shopping, restaurants and bars. Upscale furniture throughout. NEW 2023, FLOORS AND SLIDER DOORS OUT TO TOP DECK. Granite surfaces. THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS ON THE MIDDLE FLOOR - ALL WITH ENSUITE BATHROOMS. (TWO of those rooms are KING beds) The 3d bedroom on the middle Floor is two sets of bunk beds. TWO BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS OFF KITCHEN - SHARE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. One bedroom is a queen bed with a bunk bed set for small children., The other bedroom has a king bed with a bunk bed set for Children. Master Bedroom #1: KING 'CAPTAINS ROOM' - sleeps 4 (2 in King Bed) and (2 on full size futon) with large ensuite bathroom and private deck attached. Master Bedroom #2 KING 'SAILORS ROOM' - sleeps 2 IN KING BED, plus single futon at foot of bed. Plus external cots or mats. Grandma's Room upstairs: Just off elevator QUEEN PLUS TWIN Bunks sleeps 4 Bunk Room: DOUBLE bed, and SINGLE double BUNK with pull out trundle. - sleeps 6 with ensuite bathroom. Great Room: double Hide-a-bed in couch - 2 in great room. PORCH ROOM off kitchen - 1 King Bed, and 2 twins, bunk-- sleeps four. Marble Floors in Entry. New in 2023 LVP floors throughout all living areas except porch room. Kitchen has double convection ovens, double trash cans. Master Bath has dual vessel sinks. THREE COVERED PORCHES (These are often referred to in glowing terms in our reviews) 5th bedroom off Kitchen is surrounded by Windows and catches ocean breezes. Also has private A/C and Heat. Kitchen and Living area have vaulted ceilings and are surrounded by Windows - giving the upstairs living area of this home, a New York Loft feel. Located at the end of the island that is only 1/2 mile wide from Ocean to back river. Walk to Ocean for sunrise and back river for sunset. Walk 2 minute to shopping, dining, beach. Walk to Library and IGA and Deli! This home has 2 CENTRAL A/C's and two window A/C's (window ac's are off upstairs rooms that have lots of windows.) This home was built new in 2008. Updated in 2023. From start to finish our experience with Marsha and this property were amazing. Marsha, the owner, was incredibly responsive and kind from our first to our last communication - you can tell from the start the pride she takes in her rental property and in ensuring guests have a great stay.
The house is great for large family or friend gatherings with plenty of space for everyone - including multiple sets of bunk beds (which the kids loved). The decor was perfect - welcoming and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a week at the beach (fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and soap, towels, etc.) In addition, had everything we needed for the beach - towels, toys, wagons, umbrella, etc.
Location was FABULOUS - 5 minute walk to the beach and pier and less to multiple restaurants, bars, ice cream, shops, etc. and in off-season still only an 8 minute drive to the other side of the island which had many great restaurant options as well.
If you’ve never been to Tybee - would highly recommend. Offers so much to do (a little something for everyone) both history and the beach. I’d happily go back and rent with Marsha again!

Great family vacation home. Was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Pool and hot tub was a bonus! Awesome kitchen! Check in and out was easy. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this home. Our host was great.

The location couldn't be better! Within 5 minutes, we could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the local grocery store is a 2 minute drive down the road. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and for our group of 13 who cooked many meals there, we appreciated that! The pool is hard to see in the listing photos, and smaller than we expected when we saw in person but was serviced during our stay, which was nice. Something to thing to keep in mind is there is no frig or bathroom on the ground level. The closest bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and all within bedrooms- so if you are swimming and need to use bathroom, the closest is a floor up and within one of the bedrooms. To access the kitchen/frig is 2 floors up from pool. We found ourselves keeping water in a cooler at the pool to avoid going drying off and going up and down the stairs for drinks so often.
Marsha was by far, the BEST host I have ever worked with in dozens of vacation rentals we've booked with over the years! So responsive and made the whole process so easy- many thanks to Marsha!

This was the perfect home for our family of 10! Ages 74-15. Plenty of room, comfy beds, nice decks, pool area to chill at. The owner Marsha was so easy to reach! We had a few minor issues that were resolved immediately!! Nothing major. The house was well stocked with anything you could need. Plenty of beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, volleyballs, floats, 3 beach wagons. Plenty of bath towels, kitchen items. This house had it all! The location was the best part! Can walk to the most popular spots. We did have 2 golf karts which I'd recommended so you can visit the entire island and with karts you avoid the crazy parking fees.

Marsha was a phenomenal host. She communicated regularly and thoroughly and was always quick to respond when needed. Marsha’s home was very nice and provided our large family group with the space we needed. The house is easily walkable to the beach and many locations on Butler and Tybrisa. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses and made for some great early mornings and evenings. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!

Marsha's place was perfect for us. We had 3+ families staying there, and it was just the right amount of space. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we appreciated the separate ice machine. The house was clean and very comfortable. We all could enjoy games each night in the spacious living room. And, Marsha was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The home is situated within walking distance to the beach, the pier and many restaurants.

Our stay in Tybee was a great experience! The location was perfect along with the amenities of the pool, hot tub, the varying porches and back river beach access.
It was nice size for the 12 of us (10 adults and 2 children). We could be together or spread out.
The home is beautiful, and Marsha was a responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again if we venture back to Tybee. Highly recommend!

It was so perfectly located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops, but most importantly the festivities of the festival. We rented golf carts mainly so we could be in the parade but honestly not necessary since everything was in close proximity. This house has plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, and lovely porches. The pool was too chilly to swim in since it was October but the hot tub was great!

Very walkable to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. The pool was a great size for our 3 rowdy kids. We have rented lots of vacation homes over the last 20 years and this house was the best equipped I have seen. Everything you need for the beach (chairs, wagons, toys, umbrellas), pool (floats, big towels), and the kitchen! Highly recommend.

It was perfect for our large family to gather as we made this trip from NY to attend our Grandsons High School graduation. Great Vacation
Great home for our 2 family vacation. Enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. Great location for walking to the beach and stores. Lots of supplies for the beach and nice to not have to pack and travel with. Pool was cold due to cool evenings and not heated would probably warm up more when there are warmer nights. The hot tub was nice. The owner was super friendly and helpful, very quick with responses. We had a great stay and felt safe and comfortable in the home.

Relaxing family Christmas
Most folks don’t want to “HOST” everyone at their house for Christmas. This vacation rental property was a great way to keep the whole family (11) together but not at anyone’s home. The elevator ain’t fast, but it allowed us to get our 94 year old great grandmother up and down with the family. Enjoyed our interaction with the owner. Everything went very smoothly. I would heartily recommend. Ho-ho-ho!!!!
