This beach front one story 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooom home is located within the private gated community of Monterey Dunes Colony. The home offers expansive sweeping views of the ocean. This private end unit offers a quiet secluded getaway perfect for those wishing to relax and unwind at the beach. Walk down a private boardwalk through the flowering dunes and arrive at a mile long white sand beach. Enjoy long walks on the beach, shell collecting, birdwatching, or just playing in the sand.
If you're looking for more activity, the clubhouse offers tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, bocci ball, a heated swimming pool (from Easter to October) and hot tub.
For those wishing to explore, the home is located just south of Moss Landing harbor which offers, antiquing, wonderful local restaurants and markets, kayacking, and wildlife tours. We are also loacted within 25 minutes of Monterey's Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Dennis the Menace Park, Carmel by the Sea, 17 Mile Drive, and world renouned golf courses such as Pebble Beach and Spanish Bay. This beautiful property is everything you could ask for in a vacation home if you want peace and quiet, beach access, enough room for everyone, comfort and relaxation. I will definitely come back and enjoy! The host is easy to communicate with. The kitchen had all we needed to take care of simple meals, washer and dryer on site, garage parking, wonderful courtyard, quiet neighborhood with friendly security staff. Wonderful place to escape to!

The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular. New windows made it clear and kept us warm inside. Remodeled bathrooms were a plus. The beach access was easy and the home comfortable. We saw seals and otters and tons of birds. Very quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed the condo! It was quiet, peaceful and the views were amazing! The kitchen was easy to work in, the sofas gave us plenty of seating and the beds were very comfortable. There six of us ladies and we all agreed that we would stay again and recommend it to others!
