Nestled in Rotonda Lakes, this attractive house for $95 per night is a great choice for your next break. New to the 2017 rental market. Bright and cheery house with tile and bamboo flooring and plantation shutters. The mostly wooded, landscaped back yard is a peaceful, natural backdrop for the screened heated pool area (extra charge for pool). The master bedroom (king) with ensuite offers privacy from other bedrooms. The walk-in shower is over-sized and there is plenty of closet space. The other 2 bedrooms (queen; two twins/TV) are separated by a full bath and there is a door to close off this area from the rest of the house for more privacy. This property is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the Cape Haze Pioneer Bike Trail.

The house was exactly as listed. It was clean. Our son LOVED the pool area and there were lots of extras (such as beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, etc.) in the house to make the stay very easy. The house was in a quiet location. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Would recommend and stay again. The dryer broke on our second to last day and the owners were very responsive to figuring out a solution for the next renters.

My wife and I are on a 52 day cross-country motorcycle trip and chose this location due to it's proximity to places that we wanted to explore. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well-equipped and comfortable furnishings. We only used the master bedroom and bath but found it very comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. Owners are very responsive. Everything you need for a home away from home is there. The pool was great. We drove to the beaches on Boca Grande and spent a lot of time on the island shopping, dining and fishing in the Pass.

Perfect house for our family of 4. House is large and has everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable! The pool was great and we used it every day! Very nice location and not far at all from the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed at this home for about 2 1/2 weeks. It located in a convenient area outside of the Rotunda wagon wheel concept so that was nice. Someone else mentioned that it was noisy but we didn’t find that to be true. Yes some truck noise at the local compost site and construction noise d/t hurricane repairs but it was only a few times and not a big deal. I think we were the last people allowed to bring pets which was very nice for us to be able to do. Only improvements we could think of are to update beach towels as they’re not very thick, and to improve King Bed- it’s old and very firm. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Nice property, helpful and responsive Owner. Only negative was the relatively close-proximity to a landfill/compost site allowing you to here the beeping of the vehicles/equipment from 6:30am on. Also not a fan of Roku TV.

We felt the place was very accommodating and great for a family of 3. Outside of the normal small quirks, which were addressed in a timely manner once we engaged the owner, all was well. Dealing with Vacasa for this property was not very smooth this time around but it ultimately did not interrupt the vacation stay.

Pictures don’t do it justice… owners are super nice and recommended going to boca grande… we went during off season and it was like we had our own beach .. everything you need to beach , bike or just relax in the pool

This is is a lovely home with beautiful decor and the kitchen had everything you might need. The pool was fabulous and the lanai even had a tv. The home is located in quiet neighborhood and a short drive to beaches. Our stay was most enjoyable and we would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Very nice home in a very peaceful area. Home was clean, well furnished, and AC worked great. Nicest MBR and bath we have had in any rental. Bed was very comfy and great big shower. Nice lanai to sit under and the pool was clean and in the sun until about 4pm. Gas grill was clean and newer so great to cook on. Located a block from Cape Haze trail and we saw very few people using it. Also very close to the Elks Lodge which we are members and went everyday. Close to Publix, Walmart, and Dollar General and we were surprised that there was not much traffic Also close to beaches but suggest you go early. Would definitely rent again.

Home was very nice, well equipped with all your needs. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Pool was very nice and with it being heated we could swim anytime. Only a couple negatives and that we would prefer cable TV but all was good and something very minor is they need a larger waste can in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again, actually tried for next year but already rented.

The house was comfortably furnished and beds gave us a refreshing night’s sleep. Area was quiet and safe. Kitchen was well supplied with paper products, condiments, cleaning supplies and cookware. Best part was the heated pool! If you come in cooler months, pay the little extra for the pool heat and you’ll be happy you did.
