Nestled in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $314 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. There are no management fees included with this rental. This 6th floor unit has been renovated with new furnishings. 18' tile throughout the condo. The kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, cookware, utensils needed for a great stay. Granite countertop throughout the kitchen and bar. The Living Room has a pull out sleeper sofa, two side chairs and a 42' TV. The master bedroom has a new king bed with linens and side tables with a 32' Samsung TV. The second bedroom has brand new twin beds, 32'' Samsung TV and DVD player. Both bathrooms have updated showers, linens and granite counter tops. We also have our on private balcony which overlooks the large swimming pool and gulf, with great views to watch dolphins play, parasails, boats, and people swimming. We also have free wifi. If you are interested in early check in at 1:00 p.m. it would be an additional charge of $100 please just contact me and I will let you know if it is available. Sunswept is located directly on the sugar white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. There are two elevators to serve you with ample parking for residents and guests. There are two charcoal grills for your use outside on the east end of building. You can walk across the street to Walmart, Rouses Market, rent a movie, or go to one of the many restaurants without ever getting into your car. Security cameras are onsite. Our vacation in Orange Beach was wonderful, due in large part to the fabulous accommodations. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-appointed, this unit was probably the nicest gulf front home we've rented in 20 or so years of travel. The exceptional view and close proximity to restaurants, markets and attractions in Gulf Shores, Pensacola and Foley made even lousy-weather days fun. We would gladly rent again. A++++

Even though this was a spur of the moment trip, the whole process with the owner was smooth. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. It was very clean and well equipped. The location is perfect! The balcony was amazing. The chairs were so comfortable we could sit for hours and just watch the waves. Will definitely stay here again.

I decided to do a last minute solo trip for a few days to relax. This was the perfect choice! It’s in a smaller complex and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores! Perfect for a small group as well. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

This condo was great. It was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend (except personal items of course :) and right on the beach. There were four adults in our group, and the space was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!

This is a great 2 bedroom condo. The views are awesome. We watched dolphins every day. It is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great vacation.

Perfect location with a spectacular view! Easy check in. Nicely furnished & exceptionally clean! Very comfortable. Easy access to beach & pool. Becky responded quickly to questions and was flexible with with our arrival. She followed up with us after check out regarding a ring we left and had it returned. Exceptional host!

We were in Orange Beach for my daughter and grandson's birthday. This condo is in a perfect place, across the street from Walmart Market, Rouse's Grocery and many restaurants. This condo was absolutely the cleanest condo I have ever rented! Mary does a wonderful job taking care of it. You can tell Becky, the owner, takes pride in her condo. From the art on the walls to the furniture, etc is all done in such great taste. We enjoyed the balcony, it is straight over the pool so you have a great view. The pool is very large and clean. The deep end is 8 ft which is rare, my grandson loved it. The beach was close to the walk way so toting all of your gear was convenient. I just can't say enough good things about this condo! We will be back!

The property was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. The amenities were great. We loved the balcony for morning coffee and breaks from the sun. The washer and dryer was a lifesaver. We loved the comfortable beds and beach decor. The location was perfect. Just a few Steps to Walmart, restaurants, ice cream, and the beach. We will be back!

This property is worth it for the owner and the location! Right across from everything you need and sitting right on the beach with gorgeous views! Ms. Becky is so very helpful and friendly! Condo was very clean and check in/check out was super easy! Perfect for a couple or a small family of 4. Don't hesitate to book it! We loved it!

It was peaceful and quiet. I have a bad knee and could not walk on the beach. The view and sound of the ocean from the room was just like sitting on the beach. We had a wonderful time.

The overall experience was wonderful. The condo was just the right size and decorated so cute. Becky was very fast with responding to messages. The only complaint I’d have, which this didn’t bother us really was that the floors felt sticky everywhere we walked. We wore shoes and it was fine. We definitely plan to stay again in the future. I’d highly recommend this condo!!

The property was very clean, nice and beds were comfy! Full kitchen and washer and dryer! We came home with all clean clothes🙌 The property is right on the beach and has private beach access and the beach is gorgeous! Great for boogie boarding, sand castles etc. Property is located near everything from jet ski rentals, cruises, parasailing, helicopter rides etc. The host was very understanding and communicates very well! We will definitely be back!!

The condo was pretty clean. We had an issue with obtaining another parking tag. The property manager wanted to charge me $80 for a $40 tag. She was not easy to deal with. Also the security guy named Richard wouldn’t give my husband the gate code to access the beach. He had our 2 kids with him wanting to go look for crabs and he also informed him that we were staying there. Richard was not very nice for no reason. The access number given thru the management company was the wrong one. So if you are staying here be sure you get ready for some rude ass people if you need anything.
