Enjoy the Free Trolley to take you to all your favorite spots in Laguna and also services coast highway to Dana Point and back, with stops at restaurants, galleries, and shopping. This stylized living single-level home offers three spacious bedrooms, two large baths, and will provide for 7 adults. Entertain in the living room featuring the warmth of a gas brick fireplace, 55" smart TV, fast Internet WIFI, and soft leather sofa and lounge chairs for you to relax and enjoy. This is the second time we’ve had family stay in this wonderful, true home. Every family member has been pleased, even the 7 year old boy who said it was a lovely house. The owners are warm, kind people and excellent communicators. The location is excellent: steps from 2 beaches, easy walk to town, quiet upscale neighborhood. Lots of outdoor furniture and places to sit. Plenty of room inside. Clean, comfortably furnished. Can’t say enough good things about this home and the owners.

Shaw’s Cove was just what our family needed for our beach getaway! Amazing location and such a cute property. Great communication with the owners as well on check in and out. We will definitely be rebooking again!

We come to Laguna Beach every summer to spend time with family. We have always looked for a place close to shaws cove and this house nailed it. Not only was it a block away from where our family was staying, it was walking distance to shaws and crescent bay. The house is comfy and cute. It's not new but is clean and spacious. It has everything you could ever need. We will be back for sure!

This was a perfect place for a vacation!
Short walk to Crescent Bay Beach and Shaw's Cove Beach.
Lots of fun beach toys/chairs/umbrellas.
Great kitchen with lots of dishes and utensils to cook with.
Kids had a fun time and adults loved visiting on the from porch!

Spotless well kept 3BDRM that fit seven of us including 2 kids age 4 and 7. My daughter age 40 was in wheel chair and not great shower accessibility but we worked it out. Fantastic location and yard for outdoor BDay party. Had a great time and would come back. Owners were great too and easy to communicate with and flexible

This quaint Laguna Beach cottage is in the perfect location, on the ocean side of Highway 1, to experience all the town has to offer. Shaw’s Cove is just steps away as is the free Laguna Trolley that will take you to town. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch with a view of the beautiful blue ocean. We will stay again !

What a great cozy cottage. I would highly recommend renting this piece of paradise. Beautiful views, close to downtown, perfect location. The host Karen was very quick to respond, cottage fully equipped with everything you need. I would definitely rent again.

It has always been a pleasure. Karen communicates well and responds to our questions in a timely manner. We have always had a great time. It is also in a pleasant neighborhood close to town.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was comfortable for our small party. It is a nice location in Laguna Beach (close enough but not too close during more crowded seasons).
If we come back to Laguna Beach during better weather, this would be a great place to stay.

Our 6 night stay at the Woods’ charming and perfectly appointed “cottage” was absolutely fantastic. The setting, the views, the appointments - all were first rate. Beds were comfy, kitchen had every gadget and cooking utensil one could think of, bathrooms were spacious and the views from the porch, dining room and living room were spectacular. The icing on the cake was the 3 minute walk to the beach, especially because the Woods provide everything needed for a wonderful time by the ocean, including chairs, water games, towels and boogie boards. We are already looking ahead to another stay.

This house was everything we had hoped for. It had all the comforts of home both in the house and on the outside patios. We used the trolley (which was just a few steps away) to tour the area. Also there are restaurants within walking distance to enjoy. The steps to the beach are so close and the view is amazing. If we return to Laguna Beach we would definitely stay here again. The hosts are very thoughtful and responded quickly to us if we had any questions both before and during our stay.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cottage. There is everything you could possibly need provided in a very cosy home. The location is perfect - steps away from Crescent Cove (our favourite beach) and a very scenic 15 minute walk along the cliff path to the main town. We have stayed in many locations previously in Laguna but think the North is our favourite now. Best memory - sundowners on the front veranda 😎🍸

We had the best stay at this property! The location is truly remarkable - I would be hard pressed to think of a better one. We walked to Shaw’s Cove every day, and it was breathtaking. We also walked to several other local beaches - Divers, Fisherman’s, Crescent… they’re all right there. But we also loved staying home and eating lunch as a family on the front porch overlooking the most beautiful view of the ocean. We really appreciated that the house came equipped with so much beach gear - we had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast and we made some beautiful lifelong memories. Thank you to the hosts!

This is a great rental for families with easy access to the beach, spacious accommodations and a large patio area for outdoor dining. The front patio has an ocean view. The owners are quick to respond to questions or concerns and offer numerous amenities, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and board games. We love that there’s plenty of room to build puzzles, play games, and relax comfortably. This was our second summer to rent the cottage, and we hope to stay again next year!

Lovely cottage by one of the prettiest coves in Laguna Beach. We spent hours on the front porch enjoying the view of the ocean and the lush gardens. Hummingbird sightings! Perfect for our family. Such easy access to beach and a nice grocery store for supplies.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Everything was as described. As an avid cook, it was great to encounter knives and cookware that supported our mealtime prep. As is our custom, we brought one of our own chef knives to substitute the old, dull blades often found in rentals. Never needed to unsheath!
The location of the property is excellent. We enjoyed walks to several beaches and appreciated the beach towels and seating that was available for our use.
The grill was utilized several times (do try THE BUTCHERY … a couple of miles north on the PCH for fabulous meat options) to great effect.
Although we did not encounter any issues or problems, Roger and Karen were clearly available had one arisen.
We could not have asked for a better spot to lay back and relax after a long, stressful year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well taken care of and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The patio was a great place to enjoy breakfast and coffee. Quiet neighborhood and quick walk to the beach. We look forward to coming back.

Wow, we really enjoyed this experience. Took my 90-year old mother (birthday present), father-in-law, wife and kids. It felt like home, a really, really, really nice beautiful home in paradise. The neighbors all say hello, there's wild rabbit on the lawn, 300 yard walk to the sand (gorgeous Shaw's Cove), loved our experience. And the owners were nice too. Thank you for trusting us with your home.

We had a wonderful vacation in Laguna Beach. The house is clean, well-maintained and has everything needed for a fun and enjoyable visit. We had family and friends visit on multiple evenings and we entertained on the front porch and barbequed in the back yard. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful setting with our guests. And we really appreciated the thoughtfulness and generosity of the owners to provide beach toys, towels and accessories to maximize enjoyment of the two beaches in walking distance.Our only suggestion is that it would be helpful to have suitcase stands in the bedrooms so we could keep our suitcases off the floor.The home itself reflects the warmth and welcoming hospitality of Roger and Karen - which made the stay extra enjoyable.

This cottage is in a great location, walking distance to one of the nicest coves in Laguna Beach. Very clean and comfortable. They have all the supplies for the beach like chairs towels boogie boards etc.!

Laguna Beach is one of the most beautiful locations to visit In America , this home is nestled in walking distance of all that is needed to enjoy a great beach vacation. Rodger and Karen where very accommodating and easy to work with. They provide chairs, sand toys, beach towels, anything you need for a great day at the beach. We were able to shop the grocery store 1 mile away to stock the fridge for breakfast, sandwiches for the beach, and dinners on the BBQ.
