About this villa rental
Yes these are your views as this villa sits 20 feet above our gorgeous tropical water, so you see fish swim by, and hear the gentle sounds of the waves below. More than (200) 5-star reviews tell you how amazing this villa is.
The Villa:
Newly remodeled kitchen and bath which are both gorgeous, new furniture and spectacular views. You will sleep on 1,200 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, use high-end towels, beach towels, AC, 55" TV, DVDs and high-speed WiFi. You will also have many complimentary items waiting for you to include a few drinks, sodas, waters and snacks to get you started - plus soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.
Bedroom:
A King sized teak canopy bed. Sleep soundly on the comfortable new mattress with great views of the Caribbean from your bed. An 8 foot closet with shelf space plus a beautiful dresser.
Kitchen:
Open floor plan to the dining and living room creating a great room effect. New cabinets with an ocean rock counter. Includes a stove top, a microwave, coffee maker and amazing views from the kitchen.
Bathroom:
Fully renovated bath that is absolutely gorgeous. The shower was completely done in river rock with a glass panel wall.
FREE WiFi:
High speed WiFi. Surf the web in the morning; upload photos of your days adventures the same night. Work remotely if you need to.
Balcony:
The sun rises in front so you will see many of the best sunrises you'll ever see. You are only 20 feet over the water so you hear the gentle waves below, plus see turtles in the water, iguanas in trees, plus pelicans and hummingbirds from the balcony. Guests call it 'A Million Dollar View'.
Other Accessories:
Brand new pots and pans; plates and silverware; and real glasses although some are likely to break. Beach towels, snorkel gear and beach chairs.
The Pools:
3 pools on property, 2 with spectacular views only a 2 min walk from the Villa.

We had a great stay at this villa! The pictures don’t do it justice, the view was amazing and felt very private. We enjoyed the location, very close to Red Hook and lots of great restaurants. Check in and communication with Shawn was very easy and quick. He left lots of great recommendations as well as chairs/snorkel gear/towels/cooler that made our beach trips so much better!

The view was amazing! We were able to keep the windows and sliding doors open all the time (except through the night) and not have to use the air conditioning throughout the day because the breeze was fantastic! The bed was a little firm for me, but that’s just a personal preference. There is one flight of stairs to the pool and another to the lower restaurant and bar. You might want to consider that if you have bad knees. Otherwise, the villa has everything you need for a relaxing vacation for one or two people. One last thing…Shawn was very efficient and easy to work with!

Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. I could sit on the patio all day long! What a view. Cant wait to come back!

Had to wait… and wait and then finally I called to get access info to the property. Yes, I do NOW notice that it was in the initial email but that was almost a year ago. A reminder email or text is usually provided.
No correct internet info provided. I had to reach out to the property owner yet again.
For the GREAT reviews that I have read before booking I was really surprised when actually arriving and staying at this property. Expectations were not met.
This is really sad because this was the last stay of our 2 weeks USVI vacation celebrating our 23rd anniversary and I was hoping it would be as wonderful as the other two stays we had booked, but it just wasn’t. The views WERE nice, but the descriptions that were given in the property details were VERY exaggerated.
Notes to property owner:
No extra sheets
No dish towels and a rusty dish drainer
No toilet paper holder
Hard and noisy couch (very uncomfortable)
Dirty dishes put away as clean
Broken tiles and also mismatching in the bathroom. The one screen slider is broke.
The washer/dryer that was mentioned is not free. Please update that it does cost and you need to drive to get to it.
Property needs a deep clean and update. Updated pictures should also be provided as many people, like me, base their decision on decor as well as amenities.
