Situated in Saco, this charming cottage for $187 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Charming Maine waterfront cottage community. Loads of activities nearby ie. Funtown, USA; waterpark, OOB Amusement park, York Wildlife/Amusement Park; Kittery and Freeport outlets, Maine Mall shopping plaza and the Portland Waterfront and Old Port. Within 1/2 mile from Ferry Beach State Park. Heated community pool shared by only 8 other cottages right outside your door. Beautifully maintained grounds. (Saturday to Saturday bookings July/August). Starting in 2021 we are adding cleaning services as a mandatory fee.

The location was perfect for us. Absolutely loved the view of the river. The cottage has everything you need to feel at home. The owners are quick to respond if you need anything and the neighbors are friendly and helpful as well.

We loved the quiet location of this cute little cottage. It was the perfect location to easily get to Old Orchard Beach and Portland. This place would be great for a small family looking for a summer place with the pool and access to the river.

Friendly neighbors, inground pool wonderful and the views of the bay and sunsets are amazing. Easy access to local events. The cabin was very clean with all the things you need to make your vacation a pleasant one.

Our group of four really enjoyed our stay in Mike’s Saco cottage. The location was great for visiting other POIs and it was a very peaceful setting. Sitting by the river in early evening was so nice. The cottage was well equipped with basic condiments and plenty of cookware. The kids loved the pool, practically had it to themselves. Great time of year for visit to Maine. Loved it!

We have been coming to Maine for many years now and the cottage always feels a little like coming home. It’s a beautiful vacation getaway, butting up to the Saco River. We have coffee out by the river every morning. It’s so peaceful and yet just minutes away from so many attractions. Mike is always just a text away and has always taken care of our every need. We hope to stay here for years to come.

Our stay here was quite short. This place is great for a couple. But I felt it was cramped for more than two people. There was definitely a lot of clutter around the house. Some cooking pans felt greasy, like they were not cleaned well. It rained a lot while we were there so we were not able to make use of the amenities, but I am sure they are great!

The cottage was good for the two of us and was quiet and safe. We’ll equipped, even for lobster. We had local market steam lobster ($9.95!) and ate each night. Unfortunately, we had rain and cold so couldn’t enjoy the area as we had hoped. However, Netflix, Prime, HULU are all available so we caught up with shows in the evenings.

Unit was as advertised and owner was very helpful. Location is great to visit Portland and Boston. Pros: Kitchen well equipped; heating and hot water are great. Cons: The closets, cabinets and shelves are somewhat cluttered, and washing machine is oddly located in master BR closet. Enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sunset over the river was beautiful and relaxing. It was a nice distance to Portland for a day trip. Michael was quick to reply to questions.

This is a small cottage in a great little community. We had a family of 4 and had an amazing stay. There’s enough in the property to keep kids busy. Pool is spotless and warm. River is great with a nice sitting area and awesome views of the bay. Mike and Patti have practically all one needs for a stay away. We didn’t even need the ac with the breeze at night. We hope to return.

Thank you very much, we greatly enjoyed our stay at 'the cottage'. It was centrally located for all our activities. I am a runner and it was refreshing to run in a 'safe zone' around the Ferry Beach Park as well as spend time at the beach. Thank you

Great for us during off season. Parking is adequate, however, I would not want to need to back out of parking during the height of the season when Route 9 is much busier.

This cottage was perfect for us, it was clean and cozy. The neighbors were so welcoming and friendly. And the sunsets over the the river were simply beautiful and the pool was perfect! We had such an amazing stay. Mike was quick at answering my questions, he was a great host!!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The owners were wonderful to work with and super helpful. The accommodations were so quaint and in a really quiet location with a gorgeous view of the Saco River. We look forward to our future stays at this property!

We really enjoyed our stay. Property owner communicated with us and was very kind. The other cottage owners were also very friendly and offered us whatever we needed for our stay. Fortunately for us we didnt need anything as the cottage was set up nicely. Really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome cabin for a vacation. Very clean! Perfect size for our family. Great fishing off the dock 20+ Bass. Host was very accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again!
