This property is owned by Kathy Faller Please note that the $50 cleaning fee is not collected online and needs to be left in cash at the condo. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - All holidays/Special events require a min 3-night booking at HOLIDAY rates. -Fridays and Saturdays cannot be split in a reservation without owner approval and is subject to a fee. -Must be at least 30 years old to rent this property -The price based on 4 people. - $50/day per person over 4 guests (with owner's approval) -No pets or smokers allowed. -Arrival time is 4pm or later. Departure time is no later than 11am. This condo is fully furnished as though it was your family vacation home. This condo features high quality, coffee/creamer/sugar, shampoo & conditioner, beach chairs & beach towels and patio lounge chairs. These are just some of the unexpected extras that make this unit special.

Kathy is an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location at the Sonoran Sun resort with a breathtaking view. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation with friends. The kitchen is well stocked and the linens are plentiful. Furniture and beds are comfortable. We will definitely be repeat guests.

Beautiful place, perfect host, everything about this 3 day trip was perfect. Kathy is quick to respond prior to the trip, I think she was as excited as we were. The restaurant on property is excellent. We chose to eat dinner there twice. Treated us like royalty. Massages on the beach were perfect.

We are regulars here in RP and this is our second time at this particular condo. Kathy is so nice to work with and the condo is always immaculately clean and organized. The patio view is perfect from sun up to sun down. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Sandy Beach was perfect. The condo was clean and safe and the views were stunning. The deck was perfect for coffee and cocktails! My husband loved getting a little work done surrounded by ocean and pool views before heading down to the beach/pool. The pool was cool and refreshing when the kids were done playing in the sand and waves. We had some delicious bites from the vendors and enjoyed walking the beach down to Wrecked at The Reef for lunch and a change of scenery. The restaurant on site was disappointing but the condo is equipped for dining in and there are local restaurants nearby that were delicious. Thank you for having us! We hope to be back soon!

Kathleen was a amazing host ! Was in contact with me as soon as made to reservation letting me know how it was all going to wk . Her condo was the best condo that I ever stayed at in Rocky point. It was so clean and felt like home . I only wanna stay at her condo when I go just gorgeous! Thank you for all the questions that I had throughout the stay and thank you for being so amazing!

Good communication with Kathy on check in. There was a mix up and she answered her phone right away and immediately solved the issue. The condo is clean and exactly as described. The view and location was amazing. My wife and I lover hanging out on the spacious balcony We felt very safe on the property. Everything you could possibly need is provided including Beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys (which my boys loved), coffee maker, coffee (though we brought our own). Plenty of goof restaurants less than a mile drive which was great. Pool area is well kept up and not overcrowded. One of the pools was heated. Beach was not overly crowder which was nice. We would definitely come back again.

The condo is beautifully furnished, yet comfortable. The patio is fantastic with room for a table and 2 lounge chairs and a ceiling fan; but most impressive is the view! Elevators to the beach and pool area are very fast. Kathy is easy to communicate with if needed. A definite 5 star experience!
