The ginormous balcony is what sold us on this unit and we were not disappointed by the size, the furnishings, or the view from the balcony. I will say in exchange for it feeling like a private extension of your living space, you give up any air movement in the evening and it can get a little warm. On the flip side, if it rains you can still enjoy your view and being outside as it is wide enough to keep you dry, even during a thunderstorm. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen, that I’ve ever seen - seriously everything you could want from serving platters to a crockpot. The only thing missing were nice wine glasses and this is a personal issue of mine so I pack my own when driving to my destination. Other reviews mention that the furniture and decor is somewhat dated, and I agree, that is somewhat true, but the space is incredibly clean, well laid out and spacious. We have rented a lot of condos along the Panhandle over the years and this one was one of our favorites for sure.

Our trip started off wonderfully with a text from the management company telling us that our unit was available early for complimentary early check in. This was perfect as we’d arrived early and were killing time waiting for 4 pm to come along. This property is perfect. Right on the beach and near everything. We really liked having the bins on the beach to leave our chairs etc out each night so we didn’t have to lug them back and forth everyday. The condo was lovely. Great bed and kitchen, even has an ice maker! The patio is HUGE and being on the third floor is the perfect height to have a glorious view of the beach. Even one level lower would have been a not so great view. We highly recommend this unit and will return for sure. The pricing was very fair and the rental check in/out process was flawless and quick.

It was perfect, the balcony is what sold me. The view and closeness to the beach was amazing. Everything was in just like the picutures and discriptions. Loved that we could rent beach chairs and unbrella for theweek. We hope to vacation here again. As my 8yr old said, best family vacation ever and we need to move there :-)

Liked the property and the location. Our 5th year at Shipwatch in different units. Arrived 40 mins before check in time and was not allowed to check in. Unit was cleaned and ready. Would have thought flexibility could have been shown.
