This property is very nice. It was accurately described. It was clean. Linens were provided.
The beach access and pools are great. We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided for unit by the beach service.
The only thing that could be improved, kitchen dishes and cookware needs more.
Overall, we are pleased with our stay and can recommend.

Great location close to everything you need but private enough for a not so crowded beach . Swimming pools and grounds very clean with security during the day. Check in and check out was easy. The unit we stayed is was very clean. Beautiful balcony view of the oceon and the pier. We saw dolphins every morning and the water was clear enough to see what we learned were devil rays. White sandy beaches very close to everything you need. With great places to eat very close.

The location was amazing. There was a beautiful view of the beach and we walked right out the back of the building to the sand! There were a couple of issues with appliances but they were quick to respond and see what we needed. However, the condo was not very clean. You could tell it hasn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. That is my biggest issue. If I have to pay for cleaning services between stays then I expect it to be clean. There was still hair and dirt in one of the beds!

This condo is located close to the pier and it was so nice to be within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Two chairs and an umbrella did come with the room but there is a fee to have them reserved for the next day. Otherwise, you will have to beat the early risers to the best spots. There was a little construction but it was not too intrusive.

The condo covers the basics for a quick beach vacation.
The building is older and shows signs of age. One of two elevators was out of order when we arrived. The second elevator also did not work for a brief time after we had purchased our groceries for our stay, and we had to walk up 12 flights of stairs, groceries in hand, with our two sons. This event occurred after driving 8+ hours in the car to arrive at the beach.
Both elevators were fixed by Day 2 of our stay and worked successfully the rest of our stay.
Items in condo that needed attention were not "deal breakers" such as bunk bed ladder was broken, guest toilet seat was loose, dishwasher unit was loose from cabinet, towel holder was loose from wall in guest bathroom.
*We notified management when we left via email when we checked out and received a quick response that maintenance would be notified (we didn't want anyone fixing items in the unit while we were there with our kids).
Floors were dirty when we arrived; broom is available to use but no mop. Bring your own beach towels and beach items such as toys.
View is amazing! Condo is close to the pier and a beautiful beach. Pools are well maintained--don't expect to start using them before 9:00 AM. The two chairs with umbrella are much appreciated when going to the beach. Nighttime beach walks are super fun searching for shells and crabs.
We will be returning to Navarre Beach next year; however, we will be staying at another facility.

Overall, my stay was excellent! This is my 2nd time staying at Summerwind in Navarre. The views from the balcony are amazing! It's conveniently located to many stores and restaurants and the Gulf's longest pier. If you like sushi, you have to try the Slippery Mermaid. Some of the best rolls I've ever eaten. Alphy's is a must for breakfast. If you're looking for fresh fish, go to Where Y'at Seafood. My only complaint about this particular unit at Summerwind was there wasn't any basic cleaning supplies to be able to spray and wipe down counters and the stove and there wasn't a broom and dust pan. Those are very inexpensive items that I expected would have been in the unit as the last unit I stayed in had them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be back to Summerwind again.

Summerwind Vacatiion
Property was clean and exactly what we expected. Amazing views from the balcony of the emerald waters and pier. We enjoyed our coffee every morning sitting out there and just relaxing. I would recommend updated balcony furniture, one chair is broken. We will definitely come back.

There are holes in the drywall, the screens are broken, the master bathroom door doesn’t latch, one leg of the king bed is being held up by a 2x4, the tv in the master didn’t work, and I’m pretty sure the cleaners have never dusted. Overall it was a fine place to sleep at night but nothing spectacular. I wouldn’t come back to this particular unit. We’ve stayed at summerwind before and the unit was gorgeous. The location is perfect. This unit is not worth the money!

Mold and mildew was in both bathrooms and the return vent area. All the baseboards were covered in grime. The doors were dirty with so much build up they were sticky to the touch. Both screens to the deck were torn and both doors were extremely hard to open and close. There were several places around both sliding doors with exposed drywall and no baseboards. The furniture was very worn. Pillows were worn and did not have protectors on them. There was dirt and sand in the utensil drawers. Even the toaster did not work. The dryer was very rusty and didn’t work properly. This was very disappointing especially considering how much we paid for the week. They returned the cleaning fee to appease us, but that amount was not equal to the fee we were charged in the original receipt. Don’t be fooled when they say some of the repairs needed are due to work leftover from the latest hurricane. Multiple people in the same complex did not have these issues in their units.

We loved the location, loved the overall condo, and appreciated some of the effort that was made at our particular unit. We had a great time hands down but we didn't enjoy the idea of hanging out in the condo while there because it just wasn't that awesome.
We cooked some there but pans were so dirty to start with and the fridge drawer was broken. We slept there but the screen doors were off their tracks and the floor was dirty and the baseboards were incomplete and the bottom pieces of the wall had been damaged all along the wall opposite side of the balcony and not fully repaired. It just wasn't that awesome for what we paid, in my opinion. I think the effort was there to make it comfortable but it hasn't been achieved just yet. We won't stay in this unit again.

arrived to find the floor coated with sand.. obviously hadn’t been swept/cleaned food particales all around table, end tables.. the ‘chrome’ legs on both dining table & end tables were covered in fingerprints.. the dining table also covered in sand..
the stove is very worn - some of the push button dials were completely worn with holes in them..
the inside of oven door -glass was broken ..
no dish cloth- only small sponge & 2 dish towels.
The remote controlls (yes multiple) the backs would not stay on them.. one to turn on, one to change channel.. one to operate volume..🤦🏻♀️
some without batteries- we had to put batteries in them. The screen door to the balcony - the screen was torn out of half the door.. just flapped in the wind.. time to do repairs & housekeeping needs to step it up.. I understand things happen in rental units , but for what these rooms cost per night.. I expect it to be maintained & in great working order!
No tip left in the “gratuity” envelope left by housekeeping.. 😐..

We had a wonderful time. This was our first time staying at Summerwind , check-in was very easy. The beds were a little noisy, I guess it was the mattress. Great value for the location. We were even allowed a couple of hours later checkout which allowed us to have one more sunrise on the beach:-)
