Situated in Carolina, this lovely condo for $153 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Extra clean ocean front condo! Managed and maintained by owner. True one-bedroom beach/ocean front condo with a queen size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. We have BLACK-OUT curtains for a restful night sleep. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, brand new furniture (living room), and ceiling fan in the bedroom and the living room. Central A/C unit, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and cooler. We provide a key lock box, so you can ENTER the condo anytime. The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Royal Sonesta Hotel, and the El San Juan Resort Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include an olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and barbecue grill. Free assigned indoor parking with easy access to the elevators. Marbella Del Caribe Este (East) is one of the most sought after condominiums. It is located on the "strip" on Isla Verde Avenue with easy access to restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental companies, and a 24-hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. A car is NOT necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful Island. *Children over 13 are welcomed.* The condo is 10 minutes away and a $10 Uber ride from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Excellent condo surrounded by good restaurants, CVS and Walgreens 1 minute walk. Clean property and very considerate owner stayed in touch throughout. our stay with advice and tips that really made our stay memorable. Our Host Gabriel was amazing!! He let us check in early with no extra charge!! The condo was perfect for the two of us and very well organized and clean!!! Rain some days but everything is nearby condo. Nice view of pool and beach. I rented car this condo comes with indoor parking. I would highly recommend this condo for 2 . Price is reasonable. Host is available when you need him and wants you to enjoy your stay. Thanks again Gabriel. Me and wife enjoyed short drive to Viejo San Juan ,Pinones , etc.

Never have been to Puerto Rico before so I did a lot of research of places to stay. Isla Verde is is a wonderful location and the beach is great. I opted for this VRBO and it was just as described. It was clean, convenient, secure, and Gabriel was probably the most attentive VRBO host I have dealt with. He made sure we had everything we needed. Although there is a pool on the property we only went to the beach. We also ended up at Ocean Breeze 3 times for cocktails and food. It's a short walk up the beach and right on the beach. It was wonderful being there at sunset enjoying a mojito or two. This property has everything you need if you want to have a relaxing time in Isla Verde. Having coffee in the morning on the porch is a must. It's also convenient to so much...15 minute drive to old San Juan, 30 minutes to El Yunque rain forest. Thank you Gabriel, we will be back!

Me and my husband stayed here and the room looked just like the listing and the owner labeled things around the condo and was very helpful. The place has CENTRAL AIR which is amazing. Check in was very easy and the the directions in which the owner leaves for you is great and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The condo was absolutely perfect and beautiful. It was super cozy for a couple. Easy access to the beach and very close to the airport. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back again.

The property was just as described. Beautiful view! The bed and pillows are so comfortable you just don't want to get out of bed. The condo was stocked well and even had chairs and a small cooler for the beach. The owner is very responsive and communicated all check in and out instructions clearly. This property was perfect for our stay.

For 4 of the 7 days from 8-4 we heard a jackhammer or sledgehammer stemming from the unit next to us that was being totally refurbished. We recorded the noise if anyone is interested. The temperature was over 100 so we only went out early or late. The property manager’s explicit recommendation to our complaints was for us to leave. Gabriel never offered other accommodations or help in finding one. He claimed he didn’t know that was going to happen; that’s impossible. That unit should not have been rented during that period. His attitude bordered on rude. I told him he had chosen the wrong profession. Although not nearly what I requested he sent me $280 and repeatedly stated he didn’t have to refund anything. I visit PR frequently but never again will that be my lodging.

The condo is very clean very up-to-date. Very nice. The owner kept in touch with me. Any questions he answered them right away. I was very happy with place. The building and the area was nice. Wish I would’ve known about the renovation. You couldn’t sleep in if you wanted to but all in all everything was very nice. Very happy with everything.

This was a great place to stay. It was tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the beach cooler, chairs and towels were a great convenience. The location right on the beach with a pool made for a relaxing stay. Gabriel is the best host! He was very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. We appreciated the great restaurant suggestions and the effort he and his wife put in to make this an enjoyable stay!!

This condo unit is on the 6th floor which is an ideal location! Book this condo! You won't regret it!! We plan to return! Awesome condo and awesome vacation!

Gabriel is the perfect host, and he provides excellent local information for your trip. The condo is immaculate, and provisioned for every need while you are there. The neighborhood is quite safe, and the condo is ideally situated for your Puerto Rico adventure. The local cuisine is fabulous, and there are many places to try within easy walking distance of the condo. We loved our week here, and hope to return again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The pictures are all accurate, although the beautiful ocean view is at an angle, it is still beautiful. There is a small building directly in front, but it really doesn't interfere with the view. Gabriel was a great host, and we had no problem getting around using uber rides.

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed at this condo and LOVED it. So accessible to a beautiful beach and huge pool. The condo was perfect..it had everything for the beach, to cook meals, perfect view of ocean, accessible location to restaurants, groceries, etc. Gabriel, was super helpful and check in/ check out was clear and easy.

BLUF, or like they say, Bottom Line Up Front; perfect location, beautifully clean place, friendly neighborhood/security guards/stores/restaurants/beaches, and an awesome host. I should stop there, but let me expand a little bit.
The location is smack in the middle of some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. The apartment is beautifully clean, excellently maintained and perfect for any length of stay. WiFI is as fast as they come. The TV, although I only watched a little bit (no time for that when there is so much to see and do) had all channels you would want to watch. Unlike other apartments in this location, the kitchen had more space available. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. The A/C worked perfect. The parking lot, in case you have the need to rent a car, is conveniently located almost across the basement elevator. Noise, what noise? No noise, not even from neighbors. The only sound you can have is the one coming from the ocean waves. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
To rent or not to rent a car. The answer depends on your preference. If you are going to stay in the local Isla Verde and Old San Juan area, I think you do not really need a car. Uber and Taxis are readily available, if needed. But if you rent, parking is secure with easy access. One hint I have to give on renting a car. There is a car rental company literally across the street from the building. They even have a shuttle to the airport. After spending over 2 hours trying to get my car in one of the airport dealers, I realized that the next time I go, I'll check with Charlie Car Rental. It might save you the airport annoying hassle lines.
To eat or not to eat. Well, Mr. Gabriel, the awesome host, will provide you a list of his favorite places to eat. He got great recommendations which he can add on. The only one I can add is Entrevinos, a wine restaurant we found as we walked around looking for a place to eat. If you like wine and really really delicious food (the veal and ribs are divine!), this is the place you should go.
I cannot complete my review without mentioning the host. As you know a host can enhance your experience or make it difficult. Gabriel is the perfect host! He keeps in touch with you to make sure you are having a good time and everything is in order. He is very attentive and readily available anytime you need to contact him. This tops up what is already a great Vrbo vacation place. I will definitely return.

This apartment is just as shown in the photos. There is a beautiful view of the beach and pool from the balcony glancing off at a slight angle, and a water view from the bedroom and kitchen, as well. You can walk onto the beach by exiting the back door of the building, and beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach bag are provided in the apartment. The queen bed and pillows are super comfortable. Having a TV in both the living room and bedroom was an added plus. The kitchen has everything that one might need, but pack a dish towel if you like always having one handy to dry your hands and dishes. The bathroom is modern and lovely.
Gabriel, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and extremely thorough. He provided detailed information to access the building, as well as information on restaurants in the area, and he checked on us to ensure that we arrived with no difficulty and to confirm that all was well inside of the apartment. He left a welcome treat for us in the frig and a gift for us to toast my birthday while looking at the beautiful beach from the balcony.
This apartment is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and casinos, and the beach is your back yard.
We would be happy to stay here again!

Wow, what a great experience. Perfect apartment for us. We don't think the bigger the better, so perfect size. Just big enough for us to have our space, but close enough to feel our version of romantic. Clean, up-to-date, 2 TV's, a complete and nice kitchen, comfy bed and couch, smart tv........perfect. Felt like home as soon as we settled in. Awesome beach and pool balcony view. Beach was amazing. Ocean had small but nice wave action. Umbrellas & lounge chairs available for a fair price. Walking distance to some cool beach bars and nice beach restaurants. Drinks were reasonably priced. Plenty of chain restaurants on the street side if you are in the mood. The hospitality from the doorman/security was top notch. They were so accommodating and hospitable, which made things so much better. Gabriel our host was above and beyond great. Answered all our questions. Great recommendations for things like, restaurants, tours & shopping. We even had a situation that was beyond his control, and he cared enough to help us figure things out. Hospitality at it's best. Gabriel went above and beyond our expectations. We can't wait to go back.

First and foremost the beautiful, comfortable condo and communication always available with manager! Amazing view overlooking the pool and we could see the ocean just a very short distance from condo. Safety was top notch with security on constant duty and key fobs for entry to building, beach, pool, and parking garage. However, not once we’re we concerned in that area. Laundry on sight, Walgreens and CVS across the street. We rented a car and didn’t need to drive more than 20 minutes to get to other beaches, restaurants, or Old San Juan. Our beach was so well taken care of, very clean and impressive! Our condo was a 1 bedroom, full kitchen if needed, comfortable living/dining room, full bath. Beach chairs, towels, and toys were included if we needed them. 100% would stay here again we loved it so much! Big shoutout to property manager, he was the BEST!!
