The Angelhaus Condo #108 Elevation 8,914 Feet 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Sleeps 8 1,080 Square Feet Master Bedroom - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Two Twin Beds Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room This comfortable and cozy condo is one of the best values on the mountain. Located just minutes from the slopes and Mountain Village means you and your family can walk and enjoy all that Durango Mountain Resort has to offer. The master bedroom offers a King Bed and attached bath with tub/shower combination, as well as a lovely view. There are two more bedrooms in this unit, one with a Queen and one with Two Twin Beds which could also be converted into a King Bed if preferred. The bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures and lighting. The living room enjoys stunning views and is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a wood fireplace to get cozy by, as well as a queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed for additional sleeping options. The kitchen is also updated with new appliances. A large dining table and countertop bar give everyone plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal. End your day on the patio, complete with gas grill and space to sit and enjoy the amazing mountain views. Easy 1st floor access. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable stay. Beautiful view. Convenient to Durango & Silverton RR train ride.

Everything was great…except there is an issue with the hot water. Hot water only in master shower…no cold water i that one at all. Very hot! Other than that no issues.

I'm familiar with the property having stayed there before. The access to the mountain and lifts is great. I was disappointed that one bathroom sink had a note saying it was leaking and not to use but DPRC was contacted. No one came to fix during our time there. We also had a dishwasher that didn't drain so we had to do all dishes by hand. I would have thought all maintenance would have been completed before renting it out to us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and although the condo units are older they have made some updates to this specific unit. We would stay here again!

The view was beautiful and the surrounding area offered many activities. The place was comfortable and had everything we could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Directions and information was well organized, easy to access. Only suggestion for improvement was the cookware was of low quality, well worn and much of it heat warped. Had great experience otherwise.

Cons- The family upstairs steps with a loud foot. Not a big deal as we were out having fun most of the day. The sliding glass door is tough to open and could use an adjustment. There are a lot of supplies in the kitchen but much of it is old but useable.

The property is as it looks in the pictures. It was everything that we needed for our family and we enjoyed our time. Thanks for opening your home!

This property was well-situated in Purgatory Ski Resort. It was comfortable and quiet. The altitude was a bit much for the older people in our group.

Change in condo at last min
Changed room at last min. Had to go find another fan as it was HOT in the room. Small but filled the needs.

Nice place to stay for the money
We had a wonderful time on the mountain!! This condo is nice for the money. It needs a little updating in the bathroom and better lighting. The kitchen is very small in this unit and for a big family it’s very difficult to get all the food and the cooking done unless only one person does it all. Also, we had to provide additional toilet paper and paper towels for our 4 night stay. I think they should provide enough based on the number of ppl staying and the number of nights. I’ve never stayed somewhere where you had to provide additional toilet paper.

Visited family in Durango
We loved the beauty and view from this condo. We had lizards, birds, squirrels and hummingbirds visit our patio everyday. We were conveniently located for daily tours to Silverton, Mesa Verde and Durango. It was just what we needed for an August getaway from the heat of Texas!

Nice No Frills Condo
Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It is a no frills option, but is conveniently located in the resort. We stayed in the summer and enjoyed all the options with a short 30min drive to Durango. We also had an easy commute to Mesa Verde and Silverton. Very beautiful environment and fun activities at the resort.

Location location location and views
Great budget friendly condo. No frills but the location and views can’t be beat. We were a little disappointed the hot tub was closed for maintenance and the blinds were wonky, but besides that overall a good stay with great skiing!

Having fun in Purgatory
We were a couple and 2 singles so the apartment worked well. Well supplied with cooking and eating equipment. Convenient to base area and lifts. We did have a few negatives: overpowering room perfumers (we found them hidden in fake plants and wrapped them in foil to hide the awful scent); no recycling and had trouble finding trash cans; parking lot not cleared of snow in a timely manner; could use a rack above coat hooks to put helmets, wet gloves and neck gaiters on; could use a map of base area.

Perfect Slopeside Location
Location was great. Only a 2-3 minute walk from lifts, which was perfect for our visit. Condo was well maintained and clean. As mentioned in previous reviews, you can hear every step taken by tenants in condo above this. Snowed 17" overnight the day of our arrival. Parking lot was not cleared until 4PM which made unloading quite difficult and frustrating that there was no parking available. Overall, great condo for a great price.

Great Condo
Very nice condo and great location. Have stayed there twice and will stay there again if available. Great price for the accommodations provided. Only reason I don't give it five stars is you can hear the people walking around in the condo above this one.

The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
There were several issues that we came across and, even though Kevin tried to resolve them, there was nothing he could do to immediately solve the problems. Screens were missing and had been ordered; we had been looking forward to enjoying the balcony and the sliding door didn’t open properly (so we didn’t enjoy it); the guest bath had a leak and things got wet; the toilet tank knob was broken; and the last three days of our stay were spent listening to people (probably kids) running upstairs and dragging what seemed like skateboards until 2:00 a.m.!
Once these things are resolved, the next tenants will surely enjoy their stay......
