Plenty of space and very clean. We had everything we needed, including coffee, provided. The yard was fenced adequately for a small dog but might be a bit low in one section for a medium dog (or a jumper/climber). Great value for money for a house that size.

It was all we expected for a family group of our number.convenient to the shops and beach. Lots of little extra comforts that you don't get in the normal accomodation. I question why was the smoke alarm in the hall was hanging from its base. Was it effective in detecting a fire?

As a family of 6 adults, one Granddaughter 4, plus one small old Dachshund - this house was ideal for our Christmas holiday. Very comfortable, very clean with all the features you require to accommodate , entertain and prepare meals. A well equip kitchen. I hesitate to even mention the one small problem we had - however at this time of year we really needed the bins emptied or another supplied as the previous customers had left with the recycle bin full and the general rubbish three quarters full - Samantha removed a few bags for us but we quickly refilled with the Christmas excess! We loved the easy walk to the beautiful beach of Coolum and the shops / cafe strip.

This property was fantastic. It was close enough to the beach so we could walk our dogs down and back. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The property owner, Samantha, was very attentive, checking in to see how our stay was going.

The house is well maintained and comfortable. However, there was a strong smell of food when we arrived in the kitchen, living area and the corridor towards the bedrooms. I would suggest to install a kitchen smell extractor. Also, give a good clean to the kitchen white goods.

Excellent property for a family stay with pet!

My family and I recently stayed at this property for a 2 nights to just relax and unwind. The property is beautifully presented both inside and out and even though we didn't get to use the pool due to bad weather we definitely had an amazing time. There was plenty to do inside with board games and Foxtel and even some DVD's provided by the owner to keep us entertained. We also travelled with our pet dog who loved the place. The back yard is very pet friendly and our pooch thought he was in doggy heaven. I definitely intend to make this my first choice for accommodation whenever staying in the area and have no problems recommending the Jones Parade property to all my family and friends. Thanks for a great stay!

My family of four with 2 older teenagers throughly enjoyed staying at Jones Parade The home was very comfortable and has a really nice feel to it - big rooms - 2 living spaces and relaxing deck area by the pool - Short walk to beach and shops - no hills 2 bikes provided kindly by Samantha were a great addition - and the wifi and Foxtel of course

Roomy, luxurious and clean. Everything you need and more. Close to Coolum and in a quiet neighbourhood. An extra touch with coffee pods supplied. :) By the way, Did I leave my skirt in the wardrobe in the back bedroom??

Very quiet location which is great. Unfortunately it's expensive and under the house is accessible which didn't work for us with small dogs. The pool was cloudy on arrival which was disappointing even though they tried everything to rectify it we felt uncomfortable using the pool.

A wonderful place to stay for families with children. Very quiet neighborhood. We had friends from Seattle staying with us and they absolutely loved the place. We'll be back for sure!

We spent a week at Jones parade and really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool. Walkable to the beach and shops. Kitchen was well equipped and the house I general was very clean. Would go back again.
