About this apartment rental
Lovely one bedroom, one bathroom with beautiful gulf views from your private southern balcony and a north easterly view of the Little Lagoon from your private bedroom balcony. This unit is an end unit on the far east end, offering glorious early morning light. The well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook an excellent meal. You can serve your meals at the bar or at the bistro table in the living room. There is a very comfy queen size pull out new leather sofa in the living area. Personal Wi-Fi is also in the unit along with a flat-screen TV in the den and the bedroom ...thus making it simple to surf or work if you need too....The bedroom was a queen size bed with new fabulous mattess..full dresser and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony. There is a pocket door in place for your privacy. Both balconies have comfy chairs with the gulf side balcony offering awesome adirondack seating.
The tropical pool is so inviting, it will be really hard to leave. There is gorgeous landscaping, a lovely waterfall, pool with separate hot tub and a cool children's pool. The property offers 2 fishing piers with a fish cleaning table, boat/jet-ski launch, deeded beach access with 2 gazebo's, 2 lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills for cooking and picnic tables for sharing.
The unit is about 500 square feet, so perfect for a couple, small family or up to 4 friends.

Great, affordable small condo for 2-4. Liked having front and rear balconies! Great having a door to bedroom, unlike other studios at GSSRC. Recommend a fan speed switch in bedroom - no way to control, only on/off. A/C worked great. Need to replace bathroom fan - very noisy (they don't work anyway!) We put the A/C fan into on mode and it circulated air much better in bathroom and rest of condo. Kitchen well stocked and recent update - recommend a sink disposal though! Have the water pressure adjusted as well - too high. Great communication by the host! Will be back!!

Everything was lovely. The place was a perfect fit for the 2 of us celebrating our anniversary weekend. I’m a tired teacher who needed to relax and the bed was amazingly comfortable! Everything was easy from check in to check out and we truly were able to relax. Great place! We can’t wait to come back

Location to beach was great. Pool was less than desirable for our taste. Room, furniture, appliances, outdated and they show their years. "Curb appeal" from the front door of room is poor. For the price, I wasn't fully satisfied with the accommodations. Probably will not re-book, but did enjoy our time in Gulf Shores.
