Situated in Bradenton Beach, this attractive condo for $400 per night is a great option for your next vacation. View to die for.....Sweet Dreams is the lower left unit of four units of Beach Dreams.It is a Two bedroom unit that will sleep five with a standard sofa and two twin beds in the second bedroom. It has two bathrooms and a full kitchen. One small to mid size car is allowed with this unit. The parking for this unit is at 301 gulf drive south . If you need additional parking, it is available however only one car is the allowed limit. Washer and dryer included as well as dishwasher. Nothing better than this spot for your beach dreams. This unit offers one master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available also. Internet and wifi is included. One large 55 inch tv in living area and one large tv in the master bedroom.

The beachfront condo was not only on the beach but walking distance to the cute strip of the beach town. Parking was tricky (even at the condo its tight) so good location was a huge asset, plus glorious to cocktail at sunset and coffee at sunrise on the beach. Bring basics like shower soap & coffee pods for the keurig! Really loved being there!

My family and I spend 1 week at this place and it was like a dream, every morning we took the breakfast on the porch with the beach view, they have a new beautiful white couch that is not in the pictures, the beds are really comfy, everything was clean, we Spend every single day at the beach that it is a few steps away from the door, and stay until the sunset it was magic , we definitely come back to this beautiful and peaceful place

We just completed a heavenly 10 days on Anna Maria Island at “Sweet Dreams” in Bradenton Beach. The condo was even better than the photos on VRBO. The living room now has a new couch and coffee table. Wendy was very responsive to some additional items needed in the condo. The location was spectacular!! We were right next to the beach path and a short distance to historic Bridge Street with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. To make the stay in the small comfortable condo even better, I would suggest the addition of towel bars in both bathrooms. The bedroom with two twin beds has no closet. A wall mounted closet system providing a place to hang clothes is badly needed. If you want a convenient place practically on the beach and close to town, you won’t regret staying at “Sweet Dreams”

Wendy hosted an amazing little beach cottage. Right off Gulf Drive S and walking distance to all the great things off of Bridge St. This is a great little place on the beach and in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the island. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is our second year at Sweet Dream at Beach Dreams and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. You absolutely cannot beat the location; you're both right next to the beach entrance AND a short walk to all that Bridge Street has to offer. The free shuttle stops right next to the building, and the lovely Coquina Beach Park is your neighbor to the south :)
The good:
* LOCATION!
* Good/quick communication with property owner if you need anything at all.
* Everything we needed for a five night stay was provided. Adequate/small amounts of laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, small toiletries, dish detergent, bath towels, beach towels, etc. Just enough to get you through.
* Nice supply of clean sheets, blankets, etc.
* Space heaters in the closet were nice considering we were there during a cold spell.
* Access to umbrella and two beach chairs was a nice amenity.
Things we wish were better, but didn't report to owner or complain about:
* Internet - really spotty access! I'm a remote worker and had to hotspot my phone most of the time so that I could be productive. And since the smart TVs require internet access to do just about anything, you'll also be limited on that. Luckily for my football loving husband we had fairly uninterrupted service on Sunday during Wild Card Weekend.
* Parking - it's there, it's free, but it's TIGHT! Leave the large SUV and truck at home. We had a full size rental car that worked well.
* Air conditioning / air circulation - the window units are in the living area and the second bedroom. The master bedroom does not have it's own unit so if you visit during the hot months and like it cold you may have some issues. The ceiling fans help.
There are a lot of light switches and it took us a bit of tinkering before we figured out which switches controlled things. It would have been helpful of those were labeled.
The "welcome" book also seems as if it hasn't been updated in a while. Just a suggestion on an easy update to improve the experience.
Despite the cold snap and minor inconveniences (so minor we didn't even report them), we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to others. We included everything in this review so that you can decide for yourself if the pros outweigh the very minor (in our opinion) cons.

You can't go wrong with the location, right on the beach! Plenty of towels and the beach chairs and umbrella made beach days so convenient. Wendy was easy to contact and she provided heaters and extra blankets for the one and only cold day we had.

Our stay was great. Being just a few weeks after Hurricane Ian we were very concerned that we would have to cancel. We were able to communicate with Wendy and she did a great job of keeping us updated. The property was great, right on the beach right next to the public beach access. There is a small side porch but no view of the gulf considering the neighbors property backs right up to the house and sits between the property and the beach. Thankfully the public access is right out the side door. Wendy's place is clean, well stocked, organized, and perfectly located! Bridge St. is half a block away and we had a blast strolling over there to shop and eat.

We arrived early because we had to check out of our hotel at 1. We call the property manager and she said the property was clean and we could go in early. The listing states that the property manager would let us know if it was ready early, we would have never known if we didn’t reach out first. Upon opening the door there was a loud beeping noise, we were able to track it down to the carbon monoxide alarm. The batteries were corroded. Maybe there was a leak maybe there wasn’t, no way to tell at that point. The rooms were much small then they look in the listing. The master has no AC, the fan light did not work, the closest organizing system is falling apart with only 6 hangers and the shower/ curtain was moldy. The other bedroom is very small, the beds are uncomfortable the bathroom was thrown together with miss matching items that aren’t even useful. The small room has no place to put any of your close or items. Better be ready to live out of your suitcase! The living room coffee table fell apart three times while we were there. We had to buy our own toilet paper. We heard scratching in the walls every night and both the queen bed and twin beds had ANTS in them! This property was once kept up, maybe when it was first created, but it been completely ignored as this point and run down. The property manager though attentive to our request is completely overworked and frazzled with the 20 properties she’s in charge of. We were very disappointed and will not be staying or recommending this site to any family or friends in the future.

This was our second year in a row renting the same room and we love it ! Will be back next year! Amazing location right on the beach. Nothing like walking right out the front door and on to the sand.

We had a wonderful few days in this property. The location was not only right on the beach, but also walkable to the Main Street filled with restaurants and bars.

Wonderful stay with a great view
We had a wonderful stay at our rental. The beach was literally steps from the porch and there was a bench just beyond the porch where you could sit to see the sunset.
There were only a few minor things about the rental that I would point out. It only rained hard once when we were there but it was the day we arrived and it didn’t last long, however because the window u it in the living room isn’t properly put in all the way, some water did come in. There were towels we used. Also water was coming down from the French doors. There isn’t a window unit in master bedroom but there is a ceiling fan and box fan in the closet if need be. It did get stuff at times. Also, usually I don’t need an ironing board but we had family pics and I had a long dress that needed ironed. There is an iron but the board is small. If I would have thought of it, I would have brought my travel steamer.
We had to buy plastic spoons because the ones there were big serving spoons. But, again; minor things. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay right on the beach.

I have lived and stayed in a lot of places on AMI and this was by far the dirtiest,especailly at 600 a night with fees. i should have left a bill for my cleaning there. It felt grungie as heck. there are better places and cleaner places to stay. Coffee and tea pots were caked with goo. Just a mess in general. Don't stay here.

Fantastic stay
The property had everything we needed and the location was AMAZING! We walked or took the trolley to all the wonderful restaurants and shops. Plus being able to walk right out the door and be at the ocean was the best part of all. Hope to come back soon!
