About this house rental

Located in Earp, this attractive house for $469 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The house is located in a gated community on canals that lead out to the Colorado river. It is nicely located just off the main canal making for easy access to the river. The canals are 5 mph which makes for safe mooring of your boats and PWCs. It also makes for safe swimming or floating on rafts. The house has it's own private 50' dock right in front of the house. There are 2 levels of patio area. The main patio is at the water level. The second patio is off the second floor. The view from the second floor is towards the mountains and the large water area of the main canal where it forks. The house faces East giving it the advantage of afternoon shade during the hottest part of the day, but sun worshipers can still get the sun on the upper patio. This house is located right across the canal from my other house (The Pointe) making for a great set up for larger groups. I really appreciated everything that she did, and is so organized that it made my trip for my friends and family one of the best I’ve had in Parker..

We absolutely love staying in the Keys and this house was perfect for our group! The dock fit all of our toys, the overall space inside the house was great for all the kids and adults. Kathy was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply to any email and questions.

Perfect set up for a stay at the river. The family loved being able to float right off the deck. We all slept great every night. Beds were comfy! Super spacious and seating for all 10 of us! We will definitely rent again!

This was an amazing place, we truly enjoyed it. The location was great and it had plenty of options for all ages. I would highly recommend it, I hope to stay there again with my family in the future.

Communication with owner was good, responds quickly. Beautiful location and neighborhood. Very easy to get to the river. Easy to be on the water for a few hours, get out of the sun, then return to the water for a few more hours. Beautiful water way views. Plenty room for family.

Had lots of fun at this cool house. 2 families with 3 couples and 4 children fit nicely. No access to a washer and dryer is a bit of a bummer, but really who wants to do laundry on vacation right?

We rented this house 16 years ago and It's still almost exactly the same. Great home for our needs this year. Kathy is easy to work with and check in and check out are a breeze! If you know the Keys you know its a pretty cool place. We've been vacationing there since we were kids and I'm 47 now.

This was the perfect property for us. Lots of room. Nicely appointed kitchen, with everything needed to cook feasts. Comfortable out door furnishings that encouraged lounging. The location was marvelous. Gated community for safety. Dock right next to the house for the boat. Access to the river was quick and easy. The property owner was communicative and very easy to work with . We will definitely look for this property again when we next stay in Parker.

The open floorplan and private dock were amazing. We had plenty of room and my adult kids got their own rooms. I expected the place to be cleaner and in better working condition than it was on the inside for what we paid, but it was not so bad that we couldn't enjoy ourselves.

The property was super spacious, and sleeping arrangements were definitely comfortable for 10 people, easily. The owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. We also rented her second property across the canal, which was super convenient for our large group. Overall, the house was nice and the location was amazing. Parker is a hidden gem in AZ!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was well stocked from towels to pans. Great location if you have a boat. Easy access from the river. Even if you don’t have a boat it’s a fun location.. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in. We are definitely coming back to this house again.
