Located in St. James Parish, this attractive villa for $1,392 per night is a great option for your next trip. Pimento Hill House is a spacious, private home with a stellar history and has complimentary Beach Membership. The villa was originally a Great House and in the early 50s a French Viscount and his glamorous American wife. Jacques and Vera di Sibour, bought it from the Blackwell family. Chris Blackwell lived at the villa as a child with his mother, Blanche Blackwell. Blanche was a friend of Ian Fleming who wrote all the James Bond books. Fleming apparently based some of his heroines in the books on Blanche. Chris Blackwell is the man behind Island Records and credited with bringing the music of Bob Marley to the World. The 50s were a time when Jamaica was a glamorous party destination for the early jet set. Noel Coward and Ian Fleming had houses in Jamaica and attracted a lot of people of note to the island. The Kennedys and many famous actors, artists, musicians and royalty spent the holidays at Round Hill or at house parties in nearby villas. When Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip visited Montego Bay at the end of their Caribbean tour in 1966, they stayed with Jacques at Pimento Hill. There is a scrap book of newspaper cuttings in the villa detailing all the famous guests Pimento Hill has hosted. I am in touch with the Vicomtess's grandchildren and they have been kind enough to send me a lot of personal documents and photographs of the villa. These are also in a scrapbook at the villa.. In the late 60s Rosser Reeves, a hugely successful American advertising executive and pioneer of television advertising, bought the villa from the Viscount. The AMC program, Mad Men, uses Reeves as the model for the professional accomplishments of the main character, Don Draper (Jon Hamm). Rosser Reeves sold the villa to a German artist who we know very little about and after he sold it back to a local building company in the 80s, the villa fell into disrepair. In 2007 we bought Pimento Hill and extensively renovated the villa while trying to retain the period features. We had holidayed at Round Hill for many years, had fallen in love with Jamaica and wanted to share it with all our family and friends so made Pimento Hill our holiday home. We didn't want to lose the fifties feeling of the original villa so have tried to refurbish it sensitively and with a nod to its very glamourous past. The villa is surrounded by 6 acres of lush garden with many water features - water lilies, ferns, dragonflies and butterflies abound. There are mango trees, coconut palms, an avocado tree, orchids, night flowering cereus plants and many other tropical flowers in the garden. There are also large grassy lawns to play cricket or football on. There are stunning 180 degree views of the ocean and headland. Accommodation - 9000 sq. ft. Hall, great room, veranda, study, 2 pool bedrooms, 1 bedroom interconnecting with the study, 1 large bedroom in main villa, 1 master bedroom with interconnecting or independent bedroom - all 6 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The villa has 7 full-time staff to look after your every need - cook, butler, housekeeper, laundress, 2 gardeners and a night watchman. Also included in the rental is a driver and 14 seat van.

This was our third trip to Pimento Hill and was as amazing as our first two. The house is even more beautiful (if that is possible) with the recent upgrades to the master, the living room and the pool area. The staff were fantastic as always. The food & service are top notch but even more than that is the warmth & love & hugs that were shared. Pimento Hill is heaven on earth & we will definitely be back.

Before arriving, I worked with Jane who is the BEST host that I’ve ever worked with. The photos are only a preview of what you experience. Clean, accommodating staff, breathtaking views. Our stay was nothing short of perfection.

Hands down the best location I’ve stayed since visiting Jamaica! This was my 4th trip and 1st for many in our group! From the chef Yvonne and her assistant, to our pets butler Mel that made sure we had everything we need from food to drinks. The table every night was decorated with different tableware. Troy our security guard…greeted us every day he was on property to let us know he was there to keep us safe. To the gardener, that pleasantly brought us fresh flowers every morning for our hair. The maids Christine and staff was amazing. They made us felt at home and made sure our stay was clean and comfortable. Our Driver Delano…it take’s personal patience to deal with 12 women that ranged from 45 to 60’s. He was always on time…always greeted us with a warm smile, always asked do we need anything else every single day. He went above and beyond than just our driver. I would recommend him as our driver every single time. If there was 100 stars for rating…he definitely Would deserve it. Last but not least….Jane and Nathan. Y’all was amazing host. From day one of our reservation y’all was accommodating to our questions, needs and wants. Booking with a large party I’m sure can be challenging but y’all made it seem effortless. Your home is absolutely amazing and the views are breathtaking. Thank y’all for setting the standards so high for no other can compare house can compare. Leading up to the trip I cannot even say how helpful Jane was. We had a very large group and she helped me stay incredibly organized for our arrival. She was timely and kind and set the tone for the rest of our fabulous vacation.
The villa is so beautiful! The decor was stunning and the layout of the house was great for what we needed.
The staff was beyond helpful and was there for our every need. Every meal was outstanding and Yvonne was a joy to plan out meals with. Mel makes some fabulous cocktails and knew what we wanted before we did! The rest of the staff was phenomenal and we felt so lucky. We can't wait to come back! Thank you so much for an epic trip!

One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional quality of the food prepared by the chef. We were delighted by every meal we had during our stay. Moreover, we were impressed by the attentiveness and warmth shown by all members of the staff, who made us feel welcomed and cared for.
The villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and design, which made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing. We also felt incredibly safe during our stay, which was a top priority for us.
I would also like to give special recognition to our butler, Mr. Melbourne 5000. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Are stay at the Pimento Hill home was lovely. The home and property are stunning and the views of the ocean never got old. The home and rooms are exactly as pictured, if not more beautiful. The staff was attentive and accommodated all of our needs and personal requests.

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children had an amazing stay at Pimento Hill. Starting with my first email with Jane and ending with the wonderful staff waving goodbye - all was perfect. 5 stars is not enough - if we could give it 10, we would.
The villa is full of charm and history, it is luxurious yet comfortable and the property and views are spectacular. The layout of the villa - with each bedroom suite being so separate from the other - lends itself to lots of privacy for all. The villa has many beautiful spots to sit and chat in small groups or to be all together on the veranda playing pool, having cocktails and watching the sunset. The pool area is another great spot to be all together - it is spacious with lots of seating, has plenty of both shade and sun, has a bar and the fire pit is a nice place to be after dinner.
The staff is an amazing team of very special people who made our stay unforgettable. Mel is a star ... it felt like the knew us and all of our likes and dislikes from day 1. He set a beautiful table with different china and linens each meal and served us all of our meals with a smile. He made us a delicious "signature drink" each day, and even made dirty banana smoothies for the babies. They all came running when they heard Mel's blender start! Yvonne was so warm and easy to work with. All of her meals were delicious - special shout out for her pumpkin soup. Christine and Keisha kept our rooms and our clothes clean and tidy - what a treat to go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
We loved playing golf at Tryall, went to the amazing Mayfield Falls, and spent a lot of time at Round Hill. The Jamaica night dinner and show at Round Hill is a don't miss, the beach there is perfection, and we had a great time having lunches on their terrace. We loved Round Hill - combined with Pimento Hill - it made for a perfect vacation.
Jane - Pimento Hill is a magical place. It is beautiful, elegant, peaceful, warm and friendly, comfortable .... and so much more. We had an unforgettable time there and look forward to coming back as soon as we can. My family and I thank you for sharing your holiday home with us.

We stayed here with a group of girls for a long weekend! Had the best time - enjoyed the access to Round Hill and the Driver! Jane helped us set up a Boat Cruise one day! 5000 was so happy and made our days! The property and views are just beautiful. I loved the interiors and history!! Will be back!!!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this gorgous villa. The grounds were beautiful and sprawling - more than enough space for 15 of us. The staff at the house was warm, welcoming, and cooked us amazing meals. The house was beautifully decorated. Every detail was perfect. The host, Jane, was very helpful and communicative leading up to our stay. Would absolutely come back!

Stunning Views and a Soulful Stay
The best way I can describe this house, is soulful. From the moment you walk in you are met by the staff and the vibe of the villa is one where it feels like it as heart! We stayed as a family from ages 1 to 72. The views are heavenly. I could not get enough. The rooms take you back in time with their well done decor. The pool house and veranda are out of a magazine. My contact with Jane the owner was superb. She is so responsive and helpful! The staff were wonderful and beyond lovely . Mel had milk in my baby’s cup in the fridge ready every morning and meal. He was ready to help with every need. Ralston showed my kids the garden and we ate fresh fruits. Hilary and Yvonne made delicious meals - and let my kids help at a breakfast. Keisha and Christina were like magicians with the clean clothes and rooms!! Delano drove us any where we needed . Round Hill is a 5 min drive, this place you get the best of both worlds. Beach access+ amenities and the comforts of a truly unique villa! Thank you for this memory ! It was truly remarkable . We will be back.

Absolutely breathtaking
Pimento Hill house is the most beautiful property we've ever stayed at. The house is larger and more spread out than the pictures show, which makes for lovely walks throughout and privacy for each guest. Then grounds and each bedroom/bathroom is gorgeous. We all loved the friendly staff and certainly missed them upon returning home. Mel's rum punch is out of this world! The food prepared by Yvonne was also delish! Everything about our stay at Pimento Hill House was on-point and we can't wait to go back!

The villa itself is beautifully appointed with each couple having a charming and comfortable bedroom with en suite bath. Plenty of spaces for lounging and visiting in sun or shade. Built-in recreation with a billiards table, ping pong, pool and firetable. Gorgeous natural surrounds and gardens. And the staff is so hospitable and attentive. Our butler Mel was always at the ready and facilitated every request. Our chef Yvonne dazzled us with one delicious meal after another. Our grounds team - Ralston, Christine and Keisha - beautified everything and even turned around laundry within hours. The team is so warm and friendly. We were sad to leave but so grateful for the opportunity to vacation at Pimento Hill and look forward to a happy return, either with our family or other couples. Thanks to all!

The time of our lives
This was my travel squads 2nd stay at pimento hill and my husband and i was celebrating 10 years of marriage. We had the time of our lives. The staff was awesome and the property was even better this time with all the new editions. The owner is very welcoming and extremely accommodating to all our needs. I would like to give a special shout out to staff. Each and everyone of them play a part in making sure your stay is unforgettable.
I do have a suggestion, the power went out TWICE and a back up generator SHOULD'VE been available. I also think the house needs an ice maker for better convince.
Again the travel squad had the time of their lives and we will always call Pimento Hill "home away from home"

The trip of a lifetime!
My week at Pimento Hill was truly one you dream of! I spent the week celebrating my 50th birthday with family and then friends. Jane is just an incredible host - she was so helpful navigating the property and room arrangements for my large group arriving the second half of the week.
The house is just gorgeous and the history is amazing.
Now for the staff - I don’t even know where to begin. Mel is simply the best!! He is there at the start of everyday with a smile - and literally takes care of everything! His rum punch and dirty banana are just perfect for an afternoon by the pool.
Yvonne’s meals (insert chefs kiss) - one was better than the next! I had a group of some picky eaters and I’ve never seen 16 people all rave about the food and how delicious it was! Her jerk chicken should win an award!
Thank goodness for Christine! Not only does she keep the house impeccable but when one the luggage of one of my guests arrived a day late, she washed their clothes and had them ready so they had something clean to wear.
Ralston was there to start the day with fresh flowers (a bouquet) for me and one for all the ladies. He walked us around the grounds showing us the amazing landscape and unique fruit trees. In the afternoon he would bring coconuts right from the tree for us to drink.
Finally Delano was incredible managing the multiple arrivals and departures during the week - we couldn’t have done it without him!
Overall Pimento House is a place you dream of! I will never forget our time there and will definitely be back!

My favorite vacation, by far, is Pimento Hill in Montego Bay Jamaica. My husband and his best friend (his brother from another mother), just celebrated their 60th birthdays this year. So we, acknowledged the milestone with the kids and their friends by renting Pimento Hill with Jane on VRBO. The villa sits on the side of the hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The private chef, Yvonne IS AMAZING!!!!! She prepared delectable Jamaican meals for us every day. Yvonne’s Pumpkin Soup & Pepper Pot Soups are not to be missed! Her Jerk sauce was some of the best we’ve ever tasted. I requested that she not be shy with the spices and she WAS not! Everything was delicious! We did not realize that the weekend we arrived, Montego Bay would be shutting down over their long holiday weekend to restrict gatherings and to help reduce the spead of Covid-19. Yvonne made what we thought would be food purchased for just our 1st 3 meals strecth for 3 days until the stores opened again and we had plenty! Thank you Yvonne! Our butler, Mel, made our stay so comfortable and warm. He created tropical beverages to order. His Dirty Banana was a huge hit! His meal service was exemplary. Christine cleaned our rooms and laundered our clothes daily if needed. Ruston (Raston?), the gardener knocked down fresh coconuts to drink and fruits to serve with every breakfast. He even took care of our pool every day and made sure lounge chairs were moved before each day’s rain shower. He even provided us ladies with lovely flowers each day for our hair! Delano, our driver, what can we say????? We kept him on his toes! Thanks for keeping up with our family.
The 6 bedroom, 6 ½ bath Pimento Hill Villa allowed for us each to have private king suites and bathrooms to ourselves. Jane went the extra mile by purchasing a few king mattress toppers so none of us would slip through the cracks of any twin beds pushed together is what sold us on this villa originally. We are SO thrilled we followed through with this choice. We were given the full royal treatment! After these past 18 months of constant lockdowns, mask mandates and other restrictions, this vacation is just what the doctor ordered! We left renewed, refreshed and ready to see this current medical crisis to its end. I definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Jane, family and Pimento Hill Staff.

The villa is amazingly beautiful and comfortable, which comes with hands on amazing people who will treat you like family with amazing meals to die for Yvonne has a bless hands and amazing soul to say the least. Being there was like being at home with huge space and beauty that’s beyond the photos your see . Christine is so sweet and honesty she keeps our Landry fresh and fabulous and if you love relaxing being at the villa is where you should be with amazing staff. Delon was very good at what he do as well very carefully in is driving he took my kids out on amazing day out safe . I certain me and family will be back here these host are very amazing people to be around 🇯🇲❤️. Melbourne the butler is absolutely the best, he makes certain everything is set to please whoever is staying at the villa. He made it possible for us to have more family time and caters to the needs/wants of the guest. He is also an amazing person and loves his job. Wish we could’ve brought him back home with us lol. Now Mrs Yvonne and her magical hands just knew exactly what to do when it came to food preparation. Her food is to die for and has definitely made our stay the absolute best. We tried fast food once before her cooking and never looked back once we did.(also would’ve have pack her in our suitcases to). She couldn’t have done it on her own, The suChef Maricka also made sure everything was together, both ladies in a kitchen are absolutely a blessing . I’d recommend if you have a set menu to just let them know and just let them create the Magic you won’t regret it . We also apprised Mrs Christine for keeping our rooms, laundry and areas together. She also very trustworthy and filled with life from the very first day we landed till we left. Ralston the grounds keeper is absolutely the best, each morning he’d bring one of the pretties flowers for My mom and little sister to start of the day . Anything you need he’s your guy 🙏🏾 we also want to thank Mrs Marlene for keeping our laundry together and having them ready each morning. In the all of the staff made us feel at home and comfortable during our stay, and the villa is absolutely amazing just waking up each morning and looking over to the ocean, trees and sunset is life itself. My group of friends came to Pimento Hill for one week to celebrate two birthdays and had an unforgettable trip. The house is so beautiful with incredible grounds, spacious rooms, and lots of privacy. The amenities and services that are included in the stay are some of the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. Every day each room is given twice daily turn down service, laundry is picked up and returned daily, guests are given fresh flowers everyday, delicious meals are prepared and served promptly at a beautifully set table, the house is maintained impeccably, and a driver is available for all needs on a daily basis. The pool and views are magical! Plus having access to the nearby Round Hill Resort is a fantastic way to spend the day either playing tennis, on the water, or enjoying a festive dinner on the beach! Our group had the trip of a lifetime and we can not thank Jane and the staff enough for making this happen.

Now Mrs Yvonne and her magical hands just knew exactly what to do when it came to food preparation. Her food is to die for and has definitely made our stay the absolute best. We tried fast food once before her cooking and never looked back once we did.(also would’ve have pack her in our suitcases to). She couldn’t have done it on her own, The suChef Maricka also made sure everything was together, both ladies in a kitchen are absolutely a blessing . I’d recommend if you have a set menu to just let them know and just let them create the Magic you won’t regret it . We also apprised Mrs Christine for keeping our rooms, laundry and areas together. She also very trustworthy and filled with life from the very first day we landed till we left. Ralston the grounds keeper is absolutely the best, each morning he’d bring one of the pretties flowers for My mom and little sister to start of the day . Anything you need he’s your guy 🙏🏾 we also want to thank Mrs Marlene for keeping our laundry together and having them ready each morning. In the all of the staff made us feel at home and comfortable during our stay, and the villa is absolutely amazing just waking up each morning and looking over to the ocean, trees and sunset is life itself. There not staff to us their family ❤️we’ll be back very soon and thank you for all that you guys have done to make our stay a memorable one

Unforgettable vacation
My group of friends came to Pimento Hill for one week to celebrate two birthdays and had an unforgettable trip. The house is so beautiful with incredible grounds, spacious rooms, and lots of privacy. The amenities and services that are included in the stay are some of the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. Every day each room is given twice daily turn down service, laundry is picked up and returned daily, guests are given fresh flowers everyday, delicious meals are prepared and served promptly at a beautifully set table, the house is maintained impeccably, and a driver is available for all needs on a daily basis. The pool and views are magical! Plus having access to the nearby Round Hill Resort is a fantastic way to spend the day either playing tennis, on the water, or enjoying a festive dinner on the beach! Our group had the trip of a lifetime and we can not thank Jane and the staff enough for making this happen.
