Nestled in South Padre Island, this lovely cottage for $338 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Forget the sterile, isolated condominium: this recently-remodeled, spacious yet cozy beach cottage is guaranteed to make you feel right at home! With 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, there's enough room for the whole family, while two fully stocked kitchens, two living rooms, and two dining areas mean you'll always have a place to spend time together. There's even a coffee maker for when you need a little boost to get you to the beach (which is less than a 5 minute walk from your door!), plus Smart TVs and Wi-Fi on days when you need a vacation from your vacation. If you're in the mood to go out, there's good news! You're just minutes away from supermarkets, shops and stores, bars, and restaurants, many of which are within walking distance. You won't need a laundromat, though, since you've got access to a washer and dryer in the garage. Even when you just want to stay in, we've got you covered. This place was PERFECT for us. Great location. The house was exactly what we needed. If we didn’t have it, it was there. Grocery store and coffee right around the corner. Beach close by. It was cozy and homey. Already planning another trip and will use this place again.

This property was spacious & only a short walk to the beach. Any issue was quickly addressed by the contact. We did encounter a bathsuit.bottom left on the shower rod, but disposed of it & went along with our stay. Overall i would recommend this property to a yone!

We had a great time for the second year in row plenty of room for our family. The unit was clean and plenty of linens, the girls really liked the two washers and dryers in the wash room. Easy beach access right down the street.
We will book this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with our two littles, and great news, the master closet and bathroom can each fit a pack n play! Woohoo! So if you are needing a darker space for your little one to sleep for naps , the closets are bigger than they look in the photos :)
The host was very responsive , we had a question about the AC and she sent someone over asap, really appreciated how quick it was addressed.
The location is perfect and walking distance to the beach, she has all the beach toys, chairs , umbrellas etc that you could want to borrow ready to be used in the garage! Also had a wagon that was really handy for taking strolls with our little guy in .
The pantry and kitchen was well stocked, all the cookware and serving dishes you could need plus lots of spices too.

The property was spacious for all 8 of us. We’re a clean/neat family and some of the things we saw was disgusting. The floors still needed sweeping. The plates in the cabinets and microwave was dirty. There were objects left in drawers in the bedroom. Dirty tissue left on one of the beds. The air vents, bathroom fan vents and ceiling fans were very dusty. There were little black ants everywhere. We had to go buy spray. Guests should not leave condiments and other items behind if used, that’s gross. There were only 1 face towel per bathroom. We went and bought more. The white towels need to be thrown away and not rewashed constantly. There are items that need to be thrown away and not re-used. This property needs a deep cleaning. I was so happy to leave this morning.

We were 2 families. I love the layout of 2 separate condos into one that's connected. There were no problems, great communication, laundry supplies, beach fun...everything was good and no complaints. Thank you for hosting us!

Went to SPI with my family and my parents, as well as my sister and her family. We had such an amazing time. There is plenty to do just being at the rental! Home location was so close to beach access and property had plenty of beach toys as well as a wagon to haul all of our things! We will definitely book here again. NO COMPLAINTS!!!

The whole property was clean upon arrival. Great convenience to the beach, less than 2min walk from beach access. Fantastic amenities with outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Owner has great communication with timely responses. I would definitely recommend to stay here to anyone and look forward to staying here again!

The property is fully stocked and has a great location! You can walk to the grocery store. The beach access is a few feet away. The property has a large patio perfect for evening to hang out. Our host was attentive!! Perfect for a beach getaway.

Over all we enjoyed our stay at Kingfish, both master bedroom showers are really small for a grown adult, (if you drop the soap you have to turn the shower off and get out to pick it up.😎 The property was clean and really close the the beach everyone in our group did not want to go home. The only other problem was the next door neighbor, he is racist jerk. My son in law is a wonderful black guy that would give you shirt the off his back and an Army veteran, the neighbor made a remark that didn’t set good with my wife a I about painting Black Lives Matter on the back of his truck then saw us looking at him as we setting on the deck. So my suggestion would be to be careful if you are planing on renting this property if you are black. One more thing that bothered us about the neighbor next door, people are non stop coming by his house all day long and into the evening picking up a canvas bag in then leaving, we thought it was a little suspicious. Just make sure all of you stuff is secure we just thought it was a little strange.

We had 10 of us... all family. The place was perfect! The 2 kitchens worked out wonderfully! 4 bathrooms were awesome to have for all of us! Love the decor. Such a short walk to the beach. We loved it!!

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break and it was great! The host was on top of everything! We had a small maintenance issue that needed to be fixed, it she had people come out to fix it within 24hrs. She also was very understanding with the check in and out process. Great location, great host, and great vacation spot! Would definitely recommend!

Great Beach House
Our family of 8 loved staying at this cute beach house. There was plenty of space for everyone & it was super close to the beach. It was so nice for the owners to let us borrow the chairs, wagon, and sand toys to get the most out of our beach adventures.
Nighttime was fun making smores around the firepit while hubby played his guitar. Place was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very cozy, short walk to the beach. There were also several places around the house to relax. Had 2 kitchens which helped to not bump into each other while cooking
