The house and community was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and amenities were very convenient. The location was perfect. The host's communication and information provided was very clear and helpful. This was our first time using vrbo and not staying at a hotel. Overall it was a wonderful experience for the whole family, and we would like to do it again.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4, close to downtown Rehoboth Beach and Dewey, beaches, and outlets. We would definitely stay again!

Home was nice but Vrbo description mentioned that duveys for all beds were provided but none were. We relied on the Vrbo description and when we asked why no duveys were provided the host told us that the management company didn’t update the description properly and instead of offering any decent solutions she suggested we purchase bedding from Walmart (Vrbo description has since been updated but that didn’t help us). I ultimately had to buy several sleeping bags for the family in Rehobath. Time, effort and cost having to deal with host’s mistake was frustrating and made this rental not worth it.
