the best beach condo we’ve utilized! Mike has thought of it all & truly I’ve never seen a better stocked condo. the walk to the beach was easy & we loved being at the pool! we will absolutely be back

The unit was lovely and very clean. As a parent there were several touches I could appreciate such as a sound machine in every room, multiple beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, board games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and was pleasantly surprised with the kitchen equipment available to use. The community pool was great and had a locked gate around perimeter. There was also a nice playground however needs to some repairs as several sections of wood had rotten sections. I noticed this when my toddler stepped on a board and the board became detached. Finally, I was unable to give 5 stars for the lack of a deadbolt of the exterior door from the inside. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way when my toddler opened the exterior door from the inside and was unnoticed for several minutes. If you have a child who elopes particularly at night i would be remiss if i did not mention this. We used items to barricade the door in the evening but it was something that added to my mental load. Despite the door, the unit was really great and was extremely comfortable with several amenities. Would recommend to stay but consider bringing a portable lock for door if you have children.
