The location was great with a corner unit on the fourth floor and view of big red fish Lake out to the Gulf! We also appreciated having three bedrooms - enough for us + our kids.
The management company was a disorganized - we got an email as we were driving down threatening to cancel our reservation if we did not fill out some paperwork which they already had - very annoying. We arrived at the unit to find the owners golf cart parked in the one parking spot which we were told was ours - don’t advertise something that’s not available … creates frustration and a bad taste. We were denied an early check in as well - which I had requested several days in advance. Fine - except that we sat on some lounge chairs outside the unit to wait in the heat for an hour as we were told that the unit was still being prepped … though no one ever came out of the unit, so an obvious falsehood. Then when we were allowed in we were not told there was a separate passcode for the breezeway entrance. All frustration until we were in - and then we enjoyed our time.
