Lage fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Parken vor dem Haus gegen Gebühr möglich. Für einen Tagesaufenthalt hat die Unterkunft gepasst.
Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen einer Klimaanlage gebucht. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es ein Gerät war in das man Eis einfüllen musste. Kühlwirkung gleich 0. Weiterhin hat das Bad schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

Izba bola dobre vybavená v kuchyni a mala potrebné náčinie, poskytovala celkovo dosť úložného priestoru. Pozitívum bola snaha o zladenie do historického štýlu, kúpeľňa aj izby boli vizuálne pekné a posteľ bola pevná. Boli doplnené uteráky aj mydlo, k dispozícii boli aj chladnička, mikrovlnka a fén. Izba s kuchyňou boli priestranné.
Ubytovanie sa nachádzalo v málo atraktívnej lokalite a od rekonštrukcie sa doň veľmi neinvestovalo. Dvere na izbe boli katastrofálne, pri otvorení a zavretí vchodových dverí na bytovke sa celá izba rozklepala. Na ubytovaní bol kvôli tenkým dverám veľký hluk, pokiaľ ktokoľvek šiel po chodbe alebo otvoril dvere, ozývalo sa to na celý byt. Matrac nebol veľmi pohodlný. Na okne v kúpeľni chýbali záclony, takže robotníci z lešenia, ktorí pracovali na fasáde mali priamy výhľad do sprchy aj na WC. Chýbal držiak na WC papier, takže pri sprchovaní sa kvôli malej kúpeľni celý zamočil na zemi alebo na poličke.
