Just minutes to the lake, trails or Golf at Suncadia Resort. Snowmobile, bike or hike into the pristine back country from your front door. Explore all the recreational activities this area has to offer! KEY FEATURES: * Ideal venue for 2 to 3 Families or 3 to 4 Couples * Sleeps 13 comfortably in 3 Kings and 7 Twins * Private Hot Tub * Wi-Fi Internet, 2 TVs with Apple TV, DVD, and Xbox One * Access to the Roslyn Ridge Outdoor Swimming Pool Facility This unique home also comes with 2 TVs, Apple TV (no cable)/DVD, and free WiFi Internet! The Apple TV service comes with Netflix, ESPN, CBS, FOX, and HBO. Spend time with friends and family while relaxing in the very comfortable great room. The centerpiece of the great room is the large ledgestone gas fireplace. The three bedrooms are furnished with 3 King Beds, and a Twin Bed. The upstairs loft area has an additional three Twin over Twin Bunk Beds and a TV, which makes it a great spot for the kids to hang out. The cabin has 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. The Master Suite has its own private bathroom with double sinks. If you need additional room or are part of a larger group you can rent Ridge Crest Chalet that is within walking distance from Cascade Pines. This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a private facility! This facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment and just a short walk from the cabin. Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The facility is open on the weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend through the middle of June and then all week through Mid September. Home was spacious and great location. This was my 3rd rental experience on this block, and has never dissapointed. Few very small gripes:1 - Hottub sprung a leak on first morning, but was fixed within 45mins. GREAT service guys!2 - Home is pet friendly, however there had been cats previously. Cleaning was well done, but still had some cat dander, and 2 of my families sufferred for a couple days of cat allergy.3 - Of the 3 rentals on this block, this home was not very well stocked with kids toys/games. We did bring some of our own.4 - The pantry was LOCKED and unusable. Odd. We had to store most of our family food on the dining table for the weekend.Cleaning staff did great job preparing home for our arrival! We will return again next year.

The property managers had very clear instructions and great communication. You can tell they have a lot of experience with vacation rentals. Check in was easy and smooth and the house was clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked as far as pots and pans go, however, plan to bring your own seasonings if you will need much more than salt and pepper. This might have been more noticeable as we stayed over thanksgiving so had a fairly large menu planned. More lighting around the hot tub would have been nice. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

We rented this home for our whole family while we attended the four days of the Ellensburg Rodeo. It was a great house for us with lots of space. I especially appreciated all of the pots and pans and glasses in the kitchen! The younger adults enjoyed the hot tub. The telescope came in handy when we wanted to check out the moon and stars. Owners were great with communication! The neighborhood is quiet. If I need a home to rent in Ronald again, I would definitely come here again.

The house was well appointed as it accommodated our family comfortably. The stairs coming off the driveway were steep and I would never rent this in the Winter as it is too difficult to bring items in and out. Furniture and carpeting were run down. I had wished there was a t.v. in the Primary suite because when the kids sleep in the bunk beds while in the loft area, there is too much noise for them in the great room area. On our first day, my husband got stung by a wasp while using the grill. The grill works poorly and it needs to be replaced. Kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable. The location was great. There are no comfortable outdoor seating and the chairs that were there looked into a brick wall and out to the driveway. The community pool was great and we explored the lakes in the area.

This cabin was perfect for a large group with multiple families.
Location within walking distance to Roslyn Ridge with pool access, which was a great option for hot days and Roslyn was a cute town!

A group of 11 of us who consider ourselves active seniors :) stayed at this lovely house in order to go to Ellensburg for the Yakima Canyon Bike Ride. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked both nights. The table in the kitchen held all 11 of us for sit-down dinners which was so fun! Some people didn't like sleeping in the loft area because of noise from those downstairs who stayed up later or got up early. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I booked Cascade Pines with my family (and dog) and it was the perfect getaway for us! The decor was awesome - loved the music vibe - everything was super clean and the kitchen had EVERYTHING I could ever want or need. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the deck, playing board games, and doing puzzles by the fireplace. The neighborhood was super quiet and fun to explore with our kiddos and pup. We've stayed in Roslyn Ridge several times and this was my favorite place. We will definitely be back!!

We loved staying here for a short getaway with our friends and family. It’s a great location, right in Roslyn ridge where you can use your atv’s right from the property. The living space was very spacious and comfortable and we all loved the open concept.

We put on a 100 mile and 50k race at the Salmon La Sac sno-park each September (Teanaway Country 100). Though we don’t sleep much from Friday-Sunday, this cabin provided some nice creature comforts. We’d love to come back and enjoy more of what the cabin offers. As avid Pearl Jam fans, we were thrilled by the posters.

This house was perfect for our group (2 families and grandparents). The kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the turf lawn and proximity to the playground. We loved that it’s a corner lot so it felt very private. The bunk room is great, the hot tub was super clean and is covered so were still able to use it when it was raining. The fire pit is also so great! Appreciated that there were multiple tv’s. Linens were all great quality. We wish there was a recycling bin. We would love to stay here again!

The cabin is great and nicely appointed. Furniture and beds was comfortable. I took my parents with us who are in their 70s. There are about 15 steps to get down to the cabin from the driveway and they were pretty treacherous with no and ice when we arrived. That was the only part of the stay that didn’t meet or exceed our expectations. Would rent it again.

The cabin was sparkling clean and so cozy. It was decorated for Christmas which made it that much more special. The beds were super comfortable and there was so much space for our group. Also enjoyed the hot tub! Would definitely recommend.

Book club weekend
Our book club of 10 lovely women had an amazing time! The home was great and suited our needs very well. We had plenty of space, the perfect amount of beds and 3 bathrooms!! Come stay a while, you won’t regret it!

The kitchen was fairly well-stocked with pots/pan, etc. Could maybe use a few more dishes and silverware for larger groups. Hot tub worked well and nicely located. (Looks like there are a couple of bee hives in the top corners of wood roof covering hot tub.) Neck pads in hot tub seem to be worn and some of the black material from them was flaking off. Visited a couple of times by a family of deer which was cool. Nice to have the turf behind the garage to kick a ball around or play catch. We enjoyed the pool at the rec center, as well. This is a lovely home and large enough to accommodate our family. We appreciated the AC as the weather was very hot and dry. The community pool was also appreciated but is only available at limited times during the day for non members - this was very disappointing and not clear in the instructions left at the house (pool instructions for 2019). The lake is close by but the terrain wasvvery rocky with limited areas of sand this year. We enjoyed wild games of volleyball on the artificial turf. The BBQ grill was in terrible condition - to use it, we burned off what we could and double layered with foil - management offered to have it deep cleaned but we did not plan to use it again. Overall, management was very responsive to our needs.
