There were so many threatened penalty fees - if there’s too many cars in the driveway, cleaning fee doesn’t include dog hair even though you’re paying a pet and cleaning charge advertised as pet friendly, fee for throwing away more than one garbage bag, fee for hot tub if they find the water fouled. Even though we didn’t use it, we opened it to make sure it was clean etc etc. It was hard to use the property freely without fear of being fined for something that they find that we were not responsible for. We left the place cleaner than we found it,

Perfect for our family of 4. We've stayed at maybe 10 cabins in the area and this is a favorite. Has everything we need and great landscaping to give it a private feel.

We had 9 ladies sleep comfortably, there was enough room for us at the dining table, and enough room in the fridge and pantry for all our food for the weekend. We all found space to lounge, and loved the decor, game room, hot tub, fire table and neighborhood for walking. On the first night we could only find one kitchen towel so I texted the property management company to ask where the rest were. They came promptly and dropped off a package of brand new kitchen towels! There was already a good number of bath and hot tub towels. The company was also quick to respond if we had any questions. We enjoyed downtown Roslyn which was only a quick drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful get away! The kids loved the hot tub and game room! Beds were comfy and house was more spacious then pictures showed. We even saw several deer walk through! Definitely will be back!

We had fun. The house was not as clean as I hoped. There was lipstick on one washcloth and what looked like the c’è cream smeared on bed spread. No hot water in one shower because the handle was stuck. Easy fix but took 24 hours t get someone there. Then he seemed so put off by having to be there. Otherwise the house was great but we won’t rent this house again.

We had a fantastic time visiting! The home was clean and the beds were SO comfortable! It was in a great location and our kids enjoyed biking in the cul de sac, visiting the little jungle gym and walking around the neighborhood. It fit two adult couples and 3 little kids just great! The outside fire pit area and hot tub were great and the kids enjoyed the very clean garage game room. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a week for summer vacation. It was our family of 5 plus our parents. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was nicely equipped with appliances and the kids loved the hot tub and game room. The pool was nice but be aware that it’s $10 per day per person for a 2 hour limit. We wished the house came with a pool pass or something so it didn’t cost so much to go enjoy it every time.

A home with a lodge feeling in a development of other similar houses. It has comfy couches, hot tub, and a game room in the garage. Nice for an all ages get together.

We were happy to be able to bring our pup with us, but could see a little bit of evidence (dog hair) of previous pets. We were looking forward to the hot tub but had trouble getting it to maintain temp when we wanted to use it. I'm sure the friendly mgmt co would've helped but it was the last night & we let it go. Almost everything you need was supplied - even hot tub towels. We didn't venture out much, but just enjoyed watching the snow fall through the big picture windows while playing games on the large dining table. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay & we will probably come again sometime. I would recommend!

Our only suggestion would be that the kitchen pots, pans & baking sheets need to be replaced ... no toaster that we could find... Our guests found the main floor tub had a drainage problem... all & all we loved the place & management team were hands on & wonderful ...

Easy access to local attractions and outdoor activities. The house itself has a cozy feel, comfy beds, and all the things you would want in a rental property. But honestly, what really stood out is the company VR365. I have been nickeled and dimed by VRBO and other companies. I did run into one small issue and this company jumped at the opportunity to fix it. I will definitely use this company and not the others when booking in this area!! Diana was the rep helping me and she was AMAZING!!!!
