About this condo rental
Nestled in Breckenridge, this charming condo for $181 per night is a great option for your next break. A few notes about our condo. We are taking Covid 19 seriously. Our cleaning staff will be using WHO recommended steps to disinfect all Parts of our condo, especially focusing on hi touch areas. We will have anti bacterial soap and disinfectant in our condo along with small bottles of hand sanitizer. We highly recommend you bring your own hand wipes, purell, etc. to supplement our supplies. Please feel free to ask any questions Have had several questions about our cancellation policy. If Summit County, the Town of Breckenridge or Vail properties stops access to the town , our condo or the slopes for your stay , we will Provide a 100% refund. Even if this happens immediately before your visit. Common sense will Apply due to Covid related closures! Our cancellation policy for other reasons is listed on our listing. The interior of our condo is completely remodeled with new appliances, new 50' flat screen TV in the LR, new flat screen in both bedrooms, new furniture and a beautiful new hickory hard wood floor in the main room, dining room, kitchen and hallway...and, we have over 1200 square feet of living space!! Just finished, 12/2021, a complete remodel in our kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. It’s a fabulous upgrade. . Also have a washer dryer combo in our unit. This is a privately owned condo--our only condo-- it's not just a rental property! The huge living room has a new gas fireplace, new queen sofa/sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 50' TV and DVD player. (Cable TV on all 3 TV's). The dining area has a table that seats 6. The master BR has a queen-size bed and headboard along with a flat screen TV.. The second BR has a Queen size bed.. There is also a flat screen TV in this BR. Mattresses in both bedrooms were new in 2021 The main bathroom has a huge walk in shower. This bathroom was remodeled in 2019. The master bedroom bathroom was alsoremodeled in 2019 and has a jetted Jacuzzi bath tub. There is a huge hot tub approx. 30 yards from our front door. There is also a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa that serves the upper village condo's--its a short walk down the path right behind our condo. This pool/hot tub complex is fantastic and reserved for condo owners in the immediate area--keycard required for entry. The Upper Village pool and Hot tub is Open and is available to Our guests without reservations Covered parking keeps the car protected from the snow— there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit--you don't have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex! We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back 'home'. We have Comcast High Speed internet access for all to use. We are located directly across the street from 4 O'Clock Run - ski in for lunch or at the end of the day...and we are a very short walk to Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9...its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day. If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 100 yards from our front door. The shuttle is a local favorite and gets you anywhere on the mountain quickly. There is an app that shows exactly when the next shuttle will arrive--they run every 15 minutes. It will take too the the base camps or to the gondola. Book on line for instant confirmation!! ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: Check the calendar for availability-its ALWAYS current. This condo is so pretty. The gas fireplace made it cozy. The wood floors are beautiful. The owners thought of everything - from the hooks & rugs in the hallway to the stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It is so convenient to Snowflake lift, the bus pick-up, and town. The owners give thorough instructions. We highly recommend this rental!

We very much enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean and well-organized. It was an easy walk / bus ride to the Beaver Creek lift (where the kids took lessons) and downtown Breck. We used the hot tub every night! The owner was very accesible and helpful. We would stay here again for sure!

Our stay was perfect! Enjoyed the week of beautiful mountain views, cool temps and relaxation. This condo was everything and more. Super clean, spacious for our needs, walking distance to Main Street and activities. Bill was super with communication. Definitely would stay here again!

What a wonderful week in this lovely condo. The location was perfect and Bill provided all the information needed well in advance of our arrival. The condo was very clean and just as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were many extras that we appreciated (paper products, soap, etc). We never had any issues with parking and it was so nice to be in a garage. Definitely recommend this property to others!

We enjoyed our stay at Sundowner II. It was a short walk to the Snowflake Lift or a short walk to the bus stop to get to any lift. The village itself is only a ten minute walk as well. It is a great location. The condo is a little dated in the bathrooms, but the kitchen has been remodeled and is very nice. I appreciated how little things like lotion, seasonings, extra blankets, and all kinds of things were available. Also, the hosts gave superb instructions about everything. Love that!

From this condo you can walk to everything! Short walk to rent skis (thanks to Bill’s recommendation we went to Christy’s just down the hill), short walk to downtown, literally walk across the street from the entrance to catch the bus. The location was amazing! The kitchen, gas fireplace and in condo washer/dryer were awesome. The elevator to covered parking was super helpful but one of the best features for us was the exterior ski locker just outside the condo door. Very convenient!

Wonderful location! It's a short walk to the free shuttle to get to the different peaks. At the end of the day, we skiied down 4 o'clock run, walked across the street and we were at the condo. It's also a short walk into town to Main Street. The condo had everything we needed. The ski locker is very handy to store skis and snowboards when not in use. The owners were quick to address questions that I had. I would stay there again.

Hi. We loved the cozy condo. We loved skiing home and then sitting by the gas fireplace to relax at the end of the day. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a centrally located place in Breck!

Very short walk to the shuttle to take us to the lift and we never waited long for the shuttle. Also a short walk to Mainstreet. We enjoyed the electric (gas?) fireplace to warm up after skiing. Great place to stay.

This property had a great location close the skiing and downtown Breckenridge. The pictures were accurate of the property and size. Easy check in and out, Great parking area. We loved the large kitchen and living area for our family to cook our Thanksgiving meal and enjoy games together. The bedrooms we’re comfortable. We had an amazing experience, there was also a pack of moose (3 moose) that walked right behind the condo while we were in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this property!

The location is good. Short walk or Bus trip to lifts. Close to the steps to the parking garage. The check in information was very informative and easy to follow. The Condo had everything you would need for a comfortable trip. Even had some items we forgot to bring so it made the trip even better. The beds are firm which we are not used too. Overall a great time.

Great Location
Ski Vacation. Presidents day weekend. Family of 4. We were very pleased, particularly the location. It is close enough to walk to the Snowflake lift. This is important, because with the busy weekend, the bus was often full. You can ski back to right across the street down the 4 o'clock run. Even went back to the condo for lunch in between ski sessions. Walking distance to Main Street with the lively restaurants and shops. Overall, the property was comfortable and clean and quiet. Big enough that we didn't feel crowded. The kitchen looks new and updated with all the basics. The gas fireplace was great. Queen beds were comfortable. The property owner, was easy to reach and helpful.

The owner was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for all our needs. The condo living area was larger than expected. Very well stocked also. Much better than many other VRBO’s I have used in the past. Overall a very nice unit with a good price. It is a short up hill walk to the Snowflake lift. Not a problem for us, but you should take that into consideration. Skiing in was very easy. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this unit.
