Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this charming villa for $575 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to North Myrtle Beach..... Once you stay with us, there's a good chance you'll want to come back again and again! We are right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, about one mile from downtown Ocean Drive, the Shag Dancing Capital. Our fabulous, 8 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath villa is located across the street from the ocean, with a new, easy access to the beach. Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas, unit 201, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toasters . . . everything for normal cooking and dining needs. The dining area will easily seat 16, and the spacious living room features a comfortable, beach life décor with a 60 inch flat screen TV to enjoy. All bedrooms have king size beds, flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. Jetted tub in the Master bath, four bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Large game room with pool table and 55 inch TV, along with kid friendly DVD's and video games. Two shaded balconies overlook the pool and Ocean Boulevard. For larger family gatherings, we offer a second villa (213067) to provide your party with twice the accommodations under one roof . . . for a total of 16 bedrooms! The area is full of family amusements and exciting attractions that the whole family will enjoy and when you reside at Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas you will be close to them all. Practice your golf swing at a local driving range before setting a tee time at one of the 100 Myrtle Beach golf courses. Enjoy happy hour at an oceanfront balcony before settling in for a delicious meal at a local seafood restaurant. Peruse the variety of shopping destinations Myrtle Beach offers before taking in a musical performance at a live theatre. Rent a Sea Doo for an oceanic ride, soar high on a parasail or reel in dozens of fish on a fishing charter. All within minutes of Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas. Come stroll our wide, sundrenched beaches, dotted with colorful umbrellas, or relax in a cool place with a cold beverage. Summer, winter, spring or fall, ANYTIME is a good time to plan your vacations and get-aways with us! The Carlisle Family Additional Rental Information: We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. No Pets. No Smoking. Weekly only June thru August. Minimum Rental Age 30 years. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may NOT exceed the maximum occupancy (16) set forth in the Property Description. Our Security Company requires the names and ages of each guest, with deposit. More than the maximum number of guests will be considered overcrowding, and will not be allowed entrance to our unit. All of our rules of conduct are strictly enforced by our Security Company who have both the responsibility and complete authority to enforce them. Offenders will become subject to denial of access to the unit, and/or subjecting the offending homeowner to the liability for additional service charges. Our Security Company also requires make, model, color of auto and license tag for all autos, two weeks before arrival. Four autos is the maximum for our unit. Additional autos will not be allowed to park on property. If you decide to rent a golf cart, the cart is considered one of your autos. You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 8 p.m. And 8 a.m. Guests will be issued one bath towel and one wash cloth to use during your stay, per our linen package. If you require additional towels, you must supply them. Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with prepayment are excluded. Great weekend spot for a large family get together. Plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for all. Large dining area and hang out area. On site games, pool table and local shopping kept everyone entertained. Just across the street from a beautiful section of the beach. Would definitely stay again..

The home was exactly as advertised. clean, spacious and very inviting. It had a warm homely feel which made our trip very enjoyable. We also loved the fact that there were no pets allowed. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this home for any large family gatherings.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. The layout was great. Plenty of room for everyone to eat and play games together. The kitchen was awesome, well equipped with everything you need. The bonus was having 2 refrigerators.

The rental is huge, clean and just across the street from a lovely beach. The beach across from the rental is the only one with a life guard station for several blocks. This should give families some peace of mind. Tim was lovely to work with. Thanks for a great stay.

This place was wonderful. Very clean, great acceas to the beach, roomy for all of us with extraa auch as spices,coffee,coolers beach toys booie boards. Kitchen was well equiped for large numbers. Would definitely stay again.

We had a family reunion here - 4 different sisters and our parents met up for a beach vacation. We spanned 2-60years if she and everyone enjoyed the stay. (15 people) The owners care about your entire experience - from little coolers and ice packs to beach chairs, and from Aloe to games and movies ….. the little touches made all the difference. With two levels, all the littles could go to bed while the adults had time to socialize and not disturb them during nap or bedtime. The two fridges were a huge help for so many people.
We had a couple minor issues, but the owners were very responsive and took care of things immediately. We did find some leftover clothing from the guests before us…hence the 4/5 stars for cleanliness, but the place was overall clean. We would 100% stay here again.

We were a group in our 40s down for a guys weekend and the house was perfect for us. When everyone came in the response was unanimous, "Wow, this place is nice!" This place is set up perfectly for any large group of people. Plenty of seats, two living and gaming (pool and cards for us) spaces, lots of dining space, two fridges, and plenty of beds for all. Great house and great experience. Thank you, it was exactly what we were hoping it would be.

We take our team on retreats every year and this was the best rental experience we have had. The host Tim was great to work with; he responded to our questions and needs almost immediately. Hurricane Ian hit during our stay and he called to check on us. The condo was in great condition when we arrived and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
As soon as we get our dates for next year, we will be calling to book this place again!

I highly recommend this condo! It’s by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed at during our many trips to Myrtle beach! Great layout with room for everyone! Well stocked kitchen, the two fridges were perfect! They even have little coolers, some beach equipment, and the like if you forgot to bring them! Easy check in and check out. Tim was super responsive to our needs and his sister who lives nearby was there within an hour with what we needed. Above and beyond service! Super easy walk to beach. The pool is on the small size, but clean and nice. We loved it and would stay again!
