Located in San Clemente, this charming condo for $194 per night is a great option for your next break. Large 1Bd/1Ba remodeled beach single story duplex house. Only a 10 -15 minute walk to pier, beaches and shops. King bed, Simmons Beauty Sleep mattress. Extra large couch. Plenty of bedding and blankets. Private patio with 5 person hot tub. Outdoor patio furniture. Private driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Located just a 10 -15 minute walk (.63 of a mile) from the Pacific Ocean and the Historic San Clemente Pier. There are 25 restaurants within 1/2 mile of the house. San Clemente is also uniquely positioned exactly between San Diego and Los Angeles, and each is approximately a one hour’s drive from here. And of course, DISNEYLAND is only a 35 minute drive from the house. Visit the big tourist spots for the day, then come home to the beach! THE BEACH Directly down the street is the historic San Clemente Pier. Only a 10-15 minute walk from your front door and is perfect for swimming, surfing, body boarding, fishing and stand-up-paddle boarding. The waves are usually small but can turn into a world class surf break with the right swell. There are many other beaches in the area that are famous for surfing. San Onofre and Trestles beaches are only 3 miles south. SHOPPING & RESTAURANTS Our quaint downtown area is across the street on Avenida Del Mar. Stylish boutiques, surf shops, antique shops, and local or international cuisine. There is also a farmer’s market every Sunday, offering souvenirs, art, and locally grown organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. Take a short stroll to the Pier and dine over the Pacific Ocean at The Fisherman’s Restaurant.

This really is a fantastic vacation getaway. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. I thought from the pictures it might be a little, dirty and dated, but it was anything but. Spotless clean plenty of room. Super comfy, beds, and couch! And outdoor spot is such an added bonus. So centrally located, but still quiet. There were zero issues, so I didn’t really have any communication with the owner, except he did let us have a later check out so we could go to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Nice place. Easy walking distance (less than a block) to shops and restaurants in town. The beach and pier is only a 15 minute walk and there is a free trolley to take you there and back. San Clemente is a cute town and is not inundated with tourists like Carmel or Laguna Beach. I recommend it and this place.

Nice Stay in San Clemente
This clean and comfortable unit is located right in the heart of San Clemente and offers great shops and restaurants in walking distance. There were a lot of nice touches in décor and the large private patio featured an outdoor hot tub that was wonderful for soothing sore muscles after surfing! Some minor items that made it a 4 star experience was lack of soap or extra personal care items like shampoo, and the worn condition of some of the kitchen items like fry pans. Overall , I would stay here again but would be more prepared.

Great Choice for San Clemente
Excellent location. All kinds of shops, restaurants, and the Pier within walking distance in this city center location. I have never had a more comfortable bed while traveling. Very nice ro be able to hop into the private hot tub any time you wish! New home construction behind the condo was annoying. No view, but we didn't care. We would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable apartment in a great location
The restaurants and shops of San Clemente are less than two blocks away, and the pier and beach are a fifteen minute walk (parking is impossible at the beach, so that's a major asset.). The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the private backyard and jacuzzi can't be beat. Great value.
