OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACES Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch listening to the sounds of summertime fun or bring your marshmallows and gather around the firepit under the stars! HOUSE SPECIFIC AMENITIES Smart Streaming, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, Linen, Bath Towels, Washer and Dryer, Wagon, Firepit, Gas Grill, Bags/Cornhole, Screened Porch, Main Level Bedroom LOCATION Located in the Beachwalk Resort just across the street from the Waterfall Park or a short walk to the amenities and the lakefront. PARKING 2 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street. Overflow parking lot within walking distance. Please do not park in the gravel by the house. HOUSE RULES -No smoking or vaping indoors -No parties -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve. This home will accept up to two pets, with an additional $250 security deposit and $25/night pet rent. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it! RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing off two different piers. New bocce ball* and shuffleboard courts* and toddler sprinkler pad*. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September. The stay was great l. The only aspect that needs to be looked at is the general cleanliness of the property. The property was very dirty and I even had someone come and clean it again which the staff was responsive to. Also the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced as they are rusty and was nervous cooking in them.

Perfect place for families with older kids to unplug and spend quality time together. Aquamarine Dream is wonderful. House has everything, including a game shelf for rainy days. It is located close to the pool and fishing. (I would stick to swimming in the pool and Lake Michigan. Lake Kai water is a bit grody.) Short 5 min. walk to the beach. It was fun checking out all of the colorful homes. Beautiful sunsets. My teens loved it! Decorated super cute as seen in photos. (Please note upstairs bedroom that sleeps 5 has a "cut-out window" looking over the stairs, not shown in photos, so not ideal for toddlers/young kids who are curious and like to climb. Great for older kids and Girls' Weekends!) Comfortable beds. Both bathrooms are nice. Relaxing porch. Parking in front for 1 large SUV or 2 cars. Beachwalk Resort Customer Service was 5 stars! Look forward to our next trip!

We had a wonderful few days with 4 of our granddaughters. The upstairs was a perfect haven for them to sleep and hang out. They were so excited when they saw it! The TV was an added luxury for them. We walked the quaint neighborhood and made out way to Lake Michigan, where they loved looking for rocks. Fall was a beautiful time to enjoy the area. Thank you for sharing your home!

Lake Michigan was beautiful, the beach was clean. A few of the pots/pans were dirty when we arrived. The kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. The AC on the 2nd floor did not cool very well. The mattresses on the 2nd floor had plastic/waterproof coverings which were not comfortable. There was only space for 1 vehicle due to the boulders protecting the electrical box and the trash/recycle bins for our unit and the neighboring unit.

I want to note that I rent full a full 6 month last winter and had no problems with another house AND it was bigger and less expensive. I wanted to try a new house which was a huge mistake.Nothing but bad.House wasn't ready.I had to pay moving guys for another 4 hours to wait.Main downstairs bedroom was freezing.About half of the homes windows have severe breezes coming through them.There were days I had to stay upstairs all day because it was so cold downstairs.Had to pay moving guys to come back and move up down and vice versa.Phone wasn't working for 5 days. I work at home so I lost 3 days of work at $980.Nothing was done in regards to a credit.They had Comcast.Instead of adding phone to it, the had an ATT installation, so I had to pay for that too.I had the BW guy come to cleat the kitchen drain.Used a bottle of Drano weekly on it.The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable.Glad I had my own mattress. Had to put a queen on a full since downstairs was so cold.Towels were incredibly cheap. Went and bought my own.Power went out twice.First was in candles, no was lucky I had a headlamp.Front door handle broke and I needed to get also put some insulation strips in the door since the air leaks were so bad.Dishwasher wheels broke regularly and I had to keep putting it back together.Didn't clean very well anyway.Only used the microwave three times.The last time the door wouldn't close.The front panel was falling off.Sofa was okay.The rest of the chairs were rock hard and not comfortable.Layout downstairs was terrible.The huge dining table had to be pushed into the living area in order to both work in the kitchen and have people at the table.On nice days, it's loud.The kids like to skateboard down the little hill in front of the house.Don't rent this house for more than a weekend.The BW staff was incredible as usual.Not one complaint there. Only praise.

We were looking for a last minute weekend getaway for two families totaling 10 people, not too far from Chicago. I had been eyeing Beachwalk for a few years but never made a reservation. We were able to get two houses with facing porches (Crickets Corner and Beachy Keen) which was the perfect set up. I was pleased that we could reserve for just a weekend, when many places in IN/MI require a week's stay in the summer. The house was very nicely decorated, very cottagey and cute. (Only complaint is the master bedroom hard and uncomfortable with terrible sheets, I nearly slept on the couch...please replace this :) We had a fire pit and grill and a cute wagon to wheel our beach gear to the beach. I thought the location of the house was perfect...a little off the "main drag" by the pool but a short walk to everything. We had a little fountain pond right in front of the house. The resort itself was beyond cute. I loved the natural plantings..you really feel like you are in the Hamptons or some beautiful beach town on the Florida coast. Golf carts were the main mode of transportation to the beach and around the resort. Unlimited paddle boarding and kayaking on the beautiful interior lake was a game changer. And the fishing pier?? Our kids caught fish after fish, and they were big ones. The pool, the tennis and basketball court, the cute coffee shop with the very friendly lady doling out our daily caffeine...these were all highlights. The beach was beautiful. This place is really well thought out. Plus, we got here in under 90 minutes. We are most definitely coming back. It was much better than I expected it to be.

Our overall experience was excellent! One note, the master bed is full sized, not queen as listed. The mattresses were not terribly comfortable and the sheets were rough and scratchy. Everything else, however, was perfect. We will be back.

The house was amazing! Perfect for 2 families. We stayed for a short weekend and the staff was very accomadating! It was clean and had so many great amenities! The grill was awesome as well as the full kitchen stocked with everything you need. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. I would recommend this to everyone!

We loved staying at Cricket's Corner. Very nice and clean property. The furniture and decor was mostly new. A few too many pieces of furniture in the small space though. Having a bathroom on both floors was great! The grill and gas fire pit were brand new. Our only complaint is the lack of food storage. There is no pantry. That was fairly annoying. Otherwise, love the house!

The house was lovely and the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom were very clean and convenient. We were disappointed that all the dishes were not clean, and the freezer did not operate properly so our ice cream turned to liquid. Other than that we had a lovely time on our short weekend.

We are return visitors to Beachwalk and love the amenities for our small children! This location is wonderful and great walking distance to everything. The wagon is especially helpful getting to the beach! There were a few things that would have made the stay a 5/5 and we are hopeful they will be considered as we would definitely rent again. 1st the mattress on the main level was subpar at best. There has been a foam/egg crate added, but it was still extremely uncomfortable. 2. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of random things, but many dishes are cracked/chipped and there was only one real wine glass- please have mercy on all the parents on vacation! 3. There is limited storage and so we had to move all the board games to store our pantry/ dry good items. It would be awesome if there were just baskets there to put items. All in all a good stay. We ventured north to New Buffalo and Union Pier (quick 10-15 minutes) and enjoyed hiking and the parks and splash pad.

Loved that it was at a wooded area. Screened in porch was great to sit out anytime of day. Loved that it was close to pool and beach. Only wish that when you sat down on furniture you did not get covered in animal hair. As well as my dtr walked around barefoot in the house and her feet were got so dirty. Other than that a nice enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at Beachwalk! We caught fish, fed turtles, the grandchildren loved the beach, swam in the pool, kayaked, and had a blast on the big slide at the back if the playground!We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the rental. The bathtub was full of sand and had not been washed and the toilet had not been cleaned. The stove was dirty and the oven had a big burned spill in the bottom that smoked when we in use! The floor turned our socks and feet black...not clean. When at the pool, the deck had not been cleaned and there was paper trash around the edges as well as , dirt and green slime. The pool itself was clean and the kids loved it. The overall weekend was great but don't look too close........

We stayed here in July 2018 and it was wonderful! 2 families each with 2 kids. One set if parents ended up sleeping in the same room with the kids, but it was expected. The location is great- we debated on a golf cart and in the end did not spend the extra $375- we were so close to beach entrance. Dragging stuff down the hill to the beach was a bit of a pain, but worth it. The beach was never overcrowded and the water was great. There is a great sandbar the kids would swim to and play on. If it looked like rain, we opted for the pool and were 3 minutes from the house. Had ice cream from the little shop every day!

Too short - only issues were both propane tanks emptied on the last night - we couldn’t get the Direct TV now to log in - and we were very disappointed to see the condition of the basketball seems like they haven’t been replaced in 10 years...our kids were excited to shoot some hoops but by the looks of it, it wasn’t worth going over there.
