Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the 3rd floor private oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been upgraded to included granite countertops and custom cabinets. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Our condo is located on the third floor, and not a far walk from the elevators. Send me an email and ask about the many discounts. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Everything was wonderful. The only issue we encountered was we could not hear the wonderful ocean sounds because we were above the fountain & it was very loud.

The condo was updated from last year and was great, and we already made a reservation for next year. We only had two problems. A small one was the remote was missing from the living area TV we called an emailed our rep with no response. The other problem was they were resurfacing the parking area which I understand needs to be done to maintain the property. The problem was the contractor done a poor job of closing just some areas at a time so you could get in and out of the building when pushing a luggage cart or walking. My wife is handicap and it was not safe for her to walk day or night. Like I said we are staying again next year. The people that work at Phoenix VII are great people and to a great job inside the building.

I picked this condo because it had a heated indoor pool, a bathtub and an oversized balcony. Thank God, the balcony was actually as big as it looked because the pool was freezing definitely not heated and there is no longer a tub in the bathroom. There's also an accordion door on the bathroom that doesn't allow for much privacy and when someone uses the bathroom at night it lights up the entire room.
