Situated in Poncha Springs, this attractive house for $190 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Poncha Springs. It is minutes away from everything! Fully furnished with mountain decor, cable TV, high-speed internet, electric fireplace, and an outdoor gas grill. Sit out on the back patio and enjoy the great mountain views! Bike trail is 20ft from the front door that takes you to Salida. From the bike trail, Elevation brewery is only a 7 minute walk away and Vino Salida is 5 minutes away! Grimo's Italian Restaurant is .6miles away and is a great option for dinner. Or visit the popular Hunger Shack for breakfast/lunch which is .4 miles away. The newly built LaGree's market is .25 mile from the condo and is an easy walk. 1 car garage available with second parking place in driveway. This townhome comfortably sleeps 6 people. Master bedroom is on the main level with a a queen bed, an attached bathroom, and a walk-in shower. Two large bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and a desk. The other bedroom has bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top and rocking chair. Both upstairs bedrooms have spectacular mountain views! An additional bathroom with a tub/shower is upstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Monarch Ski Area is a 20 minute drive, Mt Princeton Hot Springs is 20 minutes, Downtown Salida is 10 minutes, and Buena Vista is 25 minutes away. Fishing on the Arkansas or at Lake O'Haver is 15-20 minutes. Downtown Salida offers shopping, restaurants, breweries, art galleries, hot spring pools, live music, access to bike trails, white water rafting, and Gold Medal fishing on the Arkansas river. Townhome Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, boards games, DVD player, gas grill, electric fireplace, one car garage, outdoor games, humidifier, fans in bedrooms, iron, and ironing board. *Stay 7 nights for the price of 6 nights!* This cozy family townhome is a great for a mountain getaway!! *No pets and no smoking of any kind allowed.* *Since this is a new development, it is not yet on Google maps. Town home is extremely easy to get to. We will email directions to the townhome prior to your trip.*

We loved this place for our family of 5! It was the perfect location for all the adventures we had planned in the mountains. It was also very clean and well stocked when we arrived. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Salida and all the fun activities it had to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Salida for a graduation and this was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful home and furnished perfectly, definitely recommending to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Great location for Monarch/Salida activities
Really good house for everything that Salida has to offer. House/kitchen is well stocked with amenities. Only negative is the road noise from the high number of snowplows passing by the house during a night snowstorm, but that can’t be controlled.

As a bonus, ever with the light pollution from the town, I was able to take several photos of the Milky Way at night. We will definitely stay here again.

Roomy, with a view
We rented this property in June specifically because my mother lives in the same townhome complex. It was plenty of room for three adults and a 2 year. The 2 year old loved all the toy bears around the place. It’s an easy drive into Salida, and also has a brewery practically next door! We found the owner very helpful and responsive .

The property was completely decorated for Christmas when we arrived. There were even lights on the outside. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we might need during our stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
