This home offers: ~3 bedrooms ~Master bedroom downstairs with King Bed ~Full size bunk beds ~2.5 bathrooms ~Fully equipped Kitchen ~1 car garage ~Back Patio with Propane Firepit ~Big Screen TV with Streaming ~Washer and Dryer ~Walk to Elevation Brewery and Vino Salida Wine Cellars **PLEASE NOTE- THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions. ~Discover, Visa, MC accepted for payments. ~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 72 hours before arrival, check-instructions will be sent to the guest. **This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement. Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. Property was beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family. The upstairs bunk room is perfect for kids. The kitchen had all items that we needed to cook breakfast in the morning. We did have a hot water tank issue, but communication and maintenance was quick!

This house was perfect for our family- very clean and just as advertised. 20 minutes to Monarch, so close enough to not feel rushed into getting out of the house in the morning.

Our family rented this place, and we will definitely be back next year. Great location to monarch ski. My family of 4, and in laws really enjoyed this place. Very clean, comfy place. Easy, and great communication with property managers that were available if needed. Only complaint is the showers have low water pressure.

We lived our stay in Poncha Springs. The home is walking distance to be the Elevation distillery and the Vino Salida winery. We did multiple day trips and this property was the perfect place to come “home” in between trips! The master bed and pillows was very comfy and it worked out perfectly to have a washer/dryer on site. Will definitely stay here again!

Poncha Retreat

Poncha Retreat

Ideal location, close to Salida with easy access to US Highway 50 and Monarch. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, it was quiet much of the time, only interrupted by mountain breezes. Panoramic views of the collegiate range from the patio were a good way to end each day. Inside, many amenities made our time indoors comfortable. We spent most of our time on the first floor, as we didn't require upstairs beds. Poncha Vista can easily handle a larger group without any problem. Access through the attached single car garage makes loading and unloading luggage easy and provides shelter during stormy weather. If you are looking for a place to stay near Salida Poncha Vista warrants your consideration.

This house has a great location for skiing at Monarch. Also close to town for groceries, restaurants, shopping. Very clean and well appointed. One car garage large enough for our large suv. We reallly enjoyed staying here.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Poncha Springs. The home was perfect for two families, with a clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen, a large and beautifully appointed common area perfect for playing board games and 3 roomy bedrooms. The location was great for us - close to Monarch Ski Area and also close to local restaurants, with even more in Salida. Recommend this home for anyone looking for a base to explore nature in this beautiful area!

This house was PERFECT!

This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. The house was beautifully decorated, felt homey and comfortable. They had everything we could have needed! The fireplace was such a cool touch! Will be back to stay here, when we come back to visit family!
