About this condo rental
Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $480 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our property’s 4th floor location is unique for both privacy and view. The main living area and both bedrooms have views of the beach and ocean without sacrificing personal privacy. The huge balcony overlooks the pool, beach, and ocean. Both bedrooms are “master” bedrooms and are equipped with king size beds. A personal custom code provides keyless access through the unit’s double doors. FURNISHED WITH YOUR RENTAL: A pair of padded beach service loungers with umbrella and 4 back-pack style folding beach chairs. Maximum occupancy is 6. Our custom "En Soleil 412 Guest Information Manual" helps reduce the stress of getting settled in to enjoy your stay. The manual includes instructions on how to operate the TVs, restaurant tips, where to find things in the condo, and how to operate everything. WIFI is provided and includes a networked printer. All three televisions are flat screen, and the main TV has a DVD player with many classic movie DVDs for your enjoyment. The main living area smart TV is 60”, the master bedroom TV is 52”, and the guest bedroom smart TV is 42”. The En Soleil resort complex itself is upscale and luxurious. Resort landscaping and grounds, with waterfalls, expansive pool, and dual hot tubs, are all maintained in pristine condition. The resort is located at the quiet end of PCB with 24 hour gated security. Two high-speed elevators, only steps away from your reserved underground parking space, take you to heated/cooled and carpeted hallways that lead to your elegant 1695sqft retreat. Luggage and grocery carts are available for you use and are located near the elevator just steps away from your garage parking space. Custom designed cabinetry houses the 60 inch flat screen smart TV, all ready for quick and easy game box connection. Two sets of sliding doors flank the fireplace mantel/hearth and lead to the balcony. Also, each bedroom a set of sliding glass doors that privately access the balcony.. The kitchen is appointed with stainless appliances including an under counter icemaker, quartzite marble countertops, subway tile back-splash, and wrap around quartzite marble bar. The dining room seats six comfortably, and the kitchen bar area seats four. Both bedrooms have their own bath, king-size beds with designer bedding and walk-in closets. The master bath includes a huge glassed-in shower, whirlpool tub, separate water closet, double sinks, and dressing table complete with lighted make-up mirror. The guest bathroom doubles as a powder bath and is accessible from the living area and the guest bedroom without compromising the privacy of the guest bedroom and the guest’s private use of the bath. Additional Bedding: Two twin size automatic inflatable/deflatable beds and linens are provided and there is ample room to set up and use the beds without disturbing the living room arrangement or interfering with foot traffic flow. The generous laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, ironing board, and iron, and drying rack, beach towel hooks. Balcony: Two padded chaise lounges, a cast aluminum bar height table with six padded swivel bar stools, and a built in gas grill housed in a luxurious quartzite stone counter fully equip the spacious balcony for dining and just enjoying the stunning views of the beach and pool. The unique orientation of the balcony provides plenty of morning shade from the sun while still allowing for private afternoon sunning. All appliances are well maintained and in good working order. The kitchen has an under-counter ice maker, ceramic cook-top range, electric convection oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, waffle maker, electric griddle, pressure cooker, slow cooker, coffeepot, Sboly one-cup maker, french door refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, an under-rmounted "farm style" kitchen sink with built in soap dispenser, garbage disposal, and a motion sensor trashcan.

This condo is the 7th different one we have stayed in for the past 11 years at EnSoleil. By far, the cleanest, most comfortable & best-stocked kitchen of all we've visited.
Also, the pool & grounds are beautiful & well maintained.

Our family has vacationed in Panama City Beach for over 30 years and we've stayed at many resorts during that time and En Soleil is one of the nicest resorts we've stayed at. We first discovered En Soleil about 5 years ago and it's the only resort we have stayed at since. It is located on the East end of the beach right off Thomas Drive which is more quiet and has much less traffic than Front Beach Road but still convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants.
In the past 5 years we've stayed in a total of 5 different units in En Soleil and this unit is nicer than most of the others units we stayed in. Condo was clean, well organized, and we had good communication with the owner throughout the process. My only suggestions would be that the furniture needs to be replaced because the sofas and chair are sagging and very uncomfortable to sit on and both King beds felt extra firm and uncomfortable to sleep on but this might just be a personal preference since we are used to sleeping on softer mattresses at home. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again in the future.

Thank you to the Dennis’s for this exquisite condo that feels like home as soon as you settle in. The kitchen has almost anything you could need, including spices, paper plates, food storage supplies, etc. The beds were comfortable, and it was a delight to see and hear the ocean from your bed. There are movies and books galore.
Of course the jellyfish is a treasure.
The hosts are readily available to answer questions and assist. We did not have any issues with anything in the condo but we knew Brenda was there if we needed her. We did not end up using the grill but everything else we did use was in good working order.
The porch and the beach are perfect. The pools were great. Other guests and residents were friendly, as were the security personnel we encountered.
The only negative to our stay was that you must wear a wrist band at all times in the common areas. Although I understand the purpose of this rule, it was inconvenient at times. Guests had to be approved by the owner (which Brenda did) but we could not have my boyfriends family who live in town over to visit us on site without paying $25 for each guest a bracelet and another fee for a parking pass even for a brief visit. This is En Soleil’s rule, not the host’s.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would return.

We always vacation to PCB, 2-3 times each year. Wast year we stayed at En Soleil and loved it. However, this trip we stayed at El Soleil and the condo was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean. The owners thought of everything. Everything was labeled and very easy to locate. The owners include everyday items since as paper towels, baggies, laundry detergent, etc. The owner was very easy to work with as well. We truly did not want to leave!!!! We have stayed in some nice places but this unit matched all of the advertised descriptions. You probably only need to bring your food because this condo is fully equipped. The balcony is roomy and we spent much of our time here just relaxing and looking at the gulf. The pools were cleaned every morning. We had one minor glitch that the owner took care to remedy in minutes. The owners always responded to our messages. The only downer was having to wear an wrist band when we,were outside on the property. They were not the take-on, take-off variety. If you want to avoid the spring break crowds, this is the place to be.

BEST PROPERTY ON THE BEACH
Take it from someone who has been visiting PCB for over 45 years, and most of those, staying on Thomas Drive (Best part of the Beach) This unit is the BEST property in PCB. We have stayed many places and even in different units at En Soleil, and nothing can beat this unit. Too many extras and special amenities to start to list. Stay with John and Brenda on your next visit, you will not be disappointed. Thanks!

Did you think you saw a dolphin or two when you were looking at the ocean from the balcony—use the binoculars to get a closer look!
John and Brenda seriously have thought of everything to make your stay and enjoyable and easy as possible. Did you forget laundry detergent? Don’t worry they have some you can use. Are you making dinner for the family and need some garlic powder? Chances are it’s in the pantry with some other spices. We had friends who stayed in another condo on the same floor and they were envious of our unit. Plus it is on a private beach, with beach chairs…so what you have to take down to the beach is minimal.
Let’s talk location… it’s on the south end of PCB and it’s not crazy busy and quiet in the evenings, but close to everything nothing was more than a 10 minute drive. Including pier point, Publix, Starbucks, etc. this is a gated property with a guard on duty 24x7 and we always felt very safe. Book this unit, you will not be disappointed! Our family can’t wait to stay here again.

This property is convenient to everything you need, but away from the riffraff! The condo is stocked and decorated beautifully! We also loved having the extra beach chairs to sit closer to the water! If we come back to PCB, we will only stay at En Soleil!

This place is amazing and the owners were awesome to deal with. The condo is gorgeous and very comfortable. It was awesome watching the sunsets from the balcony each night. Top Notch! Owners are very attentive and accommodating. Amazing to have 2 gulf front bedrooms. We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. December is a great time to be there, as nothing is as busy as in the summertime.

John and Brenda's Unit was exceptional in every way! Everything was as they stated and then some. The view from the balcony is tremendous ... BEAUTIFUL Sunsets!! The pool was awesome and so were the beaches. The staff was great! ... a quick shout out to the security guards ... Oscar & Eddie. They only arrested my son once for lack of an arm band (LOL) ... Both were professional, friendly and very observant. The Condo layout is exceptional and Brenda /John's interior design made you feel like you were in the lap of luxury! Thank You Both!! We will be back!

Christmas at the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, comfortable beachfront condo during the Christmas holidays. The unit was spotless and the kitchen well stocked and organized. John and Brenda have a detailed info book on everything you need to know about the condo and also include recommendations and menus for restaurants and what to do while in PC. So helpful! We enjoyed the spacious balcony, watching movies on the large screen TV and the master jetted tub after walking on the beach, very relaxing! We visit PC often and have stayed in several condos through the years and found John and Brenda’s condo to be the nicest. They have thought of everything to make their condo comfortable and your home away from home. Hope to return soon!

The 4th floor location is wonderful and for our week August 10-17, 2019, the weather was beautiful every single day. What a wonderful and relaxing way to celebrate our 20th anniversary.
