About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $361 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only March-October. ONE week maximum stay. We take reservations up to 180 days in the future. Please note that Treasure Island is painting the building and doing some repairs Nov-May. PLEASE read before booking: Minimum age 25. This condo will accommodate up to 6 people with 4 (FOUR) adults (MAXIMUM). Bunks are for children only. We allow children 3- 17 years. Our condo is not child proofed. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUT AND NO PETS in our unit. NO events, get togethers or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. Please accept our invitation to our beautiful 2 bedroom condo at Treasure Island Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Our unit is located on the 12th floor. Furnished with beautiful furniture and comfortable king size memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms. We updated the master bathroom with a freestanding tub, tiled shower and quartz countertops. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring has been installed throughout the condo, and all the cabinets have been updated with shaker doors (completed Feb 2020). New Revolution fabric sofa and swivel chair (Feb 2023). You will love the view from the huge 12th floor balcony! Beach service (two chairs and an umbrella set up daily by the beach attendant) for 2 is included March - Oct . Enjoy this spacious 1370 sq. foot 2 BR/ 2 BA NON-SMOKING unit. It will accommodate up to 4 Adults (MAX)and 2 children very comfortably (Maximum occupancy of 6 total). If more than 6 people (4 adults) try to occupy the condo you will be required to leave with no refunds. Parking garage attached -- no streets to cross. 7 night rentals only Sat- Sat. with a maximum stay of one week. We do not rent monthly. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or on balcony AND NO PETS in our unit. If either of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and lose your damage deposit. Treasure Island has surveillance cameras in the walkways and elevators and our unit has a Ring doorbell camera. No cameras inside the unit. Please do not book with us if you aren't comfortable with the cameras. LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS The living room offers a leather recliner and a new sofa and swivel chair in 2023 , 55" LED flat panel HDTV and DVD player. New coffee table/ottoman Jan. 2018. MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS The master bedroom features a King Size Sealy Posturepedic Memory Foam bed with dual side dressers & lamps. This bedroom features a 32" smart tv. Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized 9' x 30' balcony through the 8 ft. glass sliding doors. The master bath features a large newly tiled double head shower with plenty of room for two, double vanity with quartz countertops and new stand alone tub (Feb. 2020). The only unit with a tub in the master bath at Treasure Island Resort. GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS The guest bedroom features a King Size memory foam bed and it includes 32" smart TV. This bedroom has a private bath access. You can see beautiful views of Grand Lagoon from this room. SPECIAL FEATURES • Newly updated master bath with stand alone tub and tiled shower • Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo • Shaker cabinets • Quartz countertops in both baths • King beds in both bedrooms • Twin size bunk beds • 9 ft. ceilings • Full size washer/dryer (new 2019) • Granite countertops in kitchen • Stainless kitchen appliances • 8 ft glass panels in living room and master bedroom • Almost 300 sq. feet of BALCONY with the breathtaking views of the Gulf and coastline. • Ring doorbell to help with security and to verify number of guest. KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS The Fully Furnished Kitchen features all stainless appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator equipped with water and ice in door, dishwasher, smooth top oven range, and a built in microwave. We also have a Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and a garbage disposal. LOCATION The east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park. RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted. We do not offer date changes. We STRONGLY suggest travel insurance in case something unexpected happens. Cleanliness is a huge selling point for me and this condo and building more than delivered on that statement. This unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed.
The layout of the kitchen is perfect and made it feel so open and spacious.
The bedding was wonderful.
It had the correct amount of towels and wash cloths plus a large washer and dryer for our needs.
We have already booked our next stay at this unit.
I spoke with other renters at Treasure Island and all the feedback was positive. A few said their units weren’t as clean as some of the other units they had stayed at in this building but mostly they were all positives.
Mickey did an amazing job with the beach service. He is so nice and accommodating. There were two couples that had way too much to drink and were very mouthy with the F word that several with small children complained and the next day Mickey moved them to the other end of the beach away from the kids. That is service!
There were two teens boys that threw hard plastic containers over the balcony and they shattered all over the place on the pool deck area. The sherif made them come down and clean it up and apologize to all around the pool. Again, exceptional service!!!
Jeff and Leatha are amazing to work with and have done an amazing job with their condo. I hope it stays this way as Treasure Island is my new spot and they are my new favorite condo owners.

Our stay on the property was a favorite for my family. We stay often at VRBO properties and this one was absolutely amazing. The beds were comfortable and Condo well stocked with everything needed to make a trip to the beach amazing.

Beautiful condo located in the quiet east end of Panama city beach. Inside, the condo was spotless upon arrival. Owners are very easy to contact. All the amenities you would ever need are inside the unit. Will be back again in the future and we are considering going to the Butlers Tennessee condo as well for a future vacation.

Perfection!
The condo was better than expected. Everything was clean and setup beautifully. Tastefully decorated with a lot of extras for the beach. The host Leitha sent precise insturctions and checked on us early on to make sure we had everything we needed. She was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be calling her again! This unit will not dissapoint!

-Location of the condo was great (Schooners, ice cream, Sunsenations, Alvin's Island are all walkable)
-Layout of the condo worked great for different age groups with the bunk room
-Beach Service (when they showed up)
-Pool deck was great
-Overall cleanliness was good (see cons for further description)
-View of the ocean saw lots of dolphins and sting ray from the balcony
-covered parking and space is large enough for all vehicle types
-beds were comfortable
-check-in process was smooth but a bit annoying having to stop and wait in line at a front desk and not go immediately to your vrbo unit.
-plenty of luggage carts available
-4 elevators allowed for minimal wait times to go up to the 12th floor.
-lots of maintenance and house cleaning staff on site at Treasure Island to keep the resort in clean condition.
Cons:
-we needed to sweep the floor when we entered as there was food crumbs on the floor
-the master bathroom smelled like poop (the toilet brush that was left in the bathroom had stale poopy water in the bottom)
-the balcony furniture was sticky and could be updated
-no cutting board or bottle opener in the unit
-all other vrbo units we have stayed at, have provided at least coffee filters and a starter pack of coffee or k-cups.
-only roll of toilet paper and paper towel was the existing rolls on the holder.
-living furniture was uncomfortable especially the couch
-This is a PET FRIENDLY Resort, even though this unit is pet-free! - if you don't mind barking dogs at all hours of the day, you'll be fine. Called security one night because of the constant barking.
-the beach is narrow and near public access so lots of people set up in front of the beach service chairs.
-constant smell of cigar, cigarette and weed from neighboring balconies.
-pool side store/restaurant does not open until the end of March.

We were lucky to discover our favorite restaurant was walking distance from our building called Schooners! Andy's Flour Power was one of our best breakfast places EVER with French toast to die for and a bakery for treats to go. We went to Dat Cajun Place for fun food and live entertainment. Firefly Restaurant was our splurge restaurant and worth it! A Publix Grocery store was close by. I must say the condo was spotless and the cleaning gals the best! I left my sunglasses and they mailed them to me! How kind was that? We checked out Destin and Rosemary Beach but agreed we found the best place for us! Thank you to the Butlers for a wonderful stay! Five Star stay in the Bulter Condo, 1210, in the Treasure Island Condo Hotel.

This property is beautiful and clean. It has a very week stocked kitchen and other amenities, such as beach supplies. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we enjoyed sitting on the large porch when it was raining. The pool and hot tub were very nice. I’d definitely recommend this condo! The owner does a great job of communicating with the renters.
