Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $400 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our Pelican Walk condo has three large bedrooms and 2 full baths including a walk in shower and a tub/shower combo. The extra large corner balcony on the 8th floor has amazing sunset views year round. The balcony is the favorite spot of many of our guest. Pelican Walk is beautifully landscaped with two pools and a hot tub. The complex is pet friendly (under 20#). We are located on the quieter east end of the beach which is close to St. Andrews Park on Thomas Dr. We enjoy sharing our condo with our guests!

We had 6 adults and one 17 month old. Loved the balcony the most! Listening to the ocean and enjoying sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Very large bedrooms with comfortable beds, large open kitchen, dining and living room. I loved the fact the unit had a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend the unit to those who want to be comfortable and have privacy from the ground staying in unit.

The view from the unit was great and the unit was very spacious. The unit had a very strong smell of urine when you walked in. I was surprised nobody else commented on the smell. The toilet was broken in the secondary bathroom, but the owner was prompt in correcting the issue and maintenance replaced the toilet. The beaches were closed the entire week due to RIP current, which was unfortunate as my children did not want to go to the beach if they could not get in the water.

Pelican Walk was a very clean resort. Pool area and parking area were well-kept and clean. Condo was clean with amazing views! We stayed in 808 which had comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We hope to return in the future. Thank You!

This was our second time to stay in this condo. This time we had 6 adults. Me, my husband, MIL, and 3 young adult kids, and Biscuit, my daughters dog. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. My favorite part again was the view from the balcony! I could have lived out there and can’t wait to come back!!

This is a beautiful Condo, in the most perfect location on the beach. Incredible sunset views for miles. The beach and property is quiet and well maintained. Linda is a pleasure to deal with. She is very accommodating and responsive! We will be back. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you for sharing this perfect place with us.

The condo is beautiful and the perfect space for my husband and I, our 2 Kiddos, 2 Grandparents, and our dog. The beach is gorgeous! The pool was heated, and there is a hot tub. The location was quieter than other stretches of beach (which we loved!) The people at the condo were all very nice.

You cannot beat this property for view of the ocean and location. It is away from the hubbub and quieter. Very well maintained and host is extremely prompt with correspondence. Stayed for a month & can't wait to go back!

We spent the month of January at this condo and it is beautiful with a fantastic view of the gulf from the large balcony. Linda was very responsive to our needs and the condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, etc. In addition, it is conveniently located to many restuarants, shops, grocery stores, and anything that you might need. The condo was very quiet and not much noise from the neighboring condos. I highly recommend this condo!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Close access to the beach, pools were never crowded and not far from some great restaurants. Having Waffle House right across the road came in very handy for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous condo and amazing views from the balcony. Condo is cute, kitchen is well equipped and location is perfect. We enjoyed our week stay with our 2 college kids and fur baby. We spent the majority of the trip on the balcony. Would recommend staying here- we are already planning our next trip.

My whole family had the best time. The condo and views were beautiful! The bedrooms gave us our own space, never felt crammed. Had all kitchen needs. Bathrooms stocked well with towels! Glad there were two pools, one pool started to get worked on during our trip. Short walk to beach, not too crowded even on Memorial Day weekend! We would love to stay again!

Wow! What an amazing condo Linda has. Beautiful and spacious. We had 7 people. 4 adults and 3 children. Never felt cramped. Plenty of room. The unit has been updated and kept up very nicely. On the 8th floor with a HUGE balcony. The sunsets were outstanding. Linda has the kitchen and bathrooms stocked with plenty of the basics like Dishes and towels. The beds all seem new and were pretty comfortable. Slept great the whole week. Pools are heated and nice. The beautiful white sand beach is just steps away. The area is pretty quiet. Far from the crazy college spring break area. Perfect for families. Linda herself was great. Always would respond within minutes if I had a question. Highly recommend booking this condo and definitely would again myself.

We were so happy with this rental. The host is kind and available and truly cared that we had a good stay. The unit is clean and well decorated and has plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The view is unbelievable and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony with coffee or drinks and observing the beach and sunset each day. The beach is beautiful and well maintained with many activities available. This was our best experience with renting and we will definitely be back. Thank you Linda.

We absolutely loved our stay at Linda's condo. It was huge, newly updated, had great views of the ocean and was immaculately clean. I've been coming to panama city since a child and this is the nicest, most spacious condo I have stayed in. Linda was also very responsive and replied immediately when I had any questions. I would highly recommend this place!
