About this condo rental
Nestled in Oceanside, this lovely condo for $305 per night is a great choice for your next break. You have just found a fully air conditioned, FRONT OCEAN VIEW, beautifully decorated condo with a security coded private entrance, private garage, two parking spaces and all the amenities of home! Located within the beachfront community of Oceanside, California, with 3 miles of pristine beach, between the harbor and the Oceanside pier (the West Coast's longest all wood pier) sits this lovely, modern condo with white water views from the great room and the spacious deck. The home is within walking distance of the harbor or pier and the beach is just steps outside of your door. Decorated like a model home, this condo has beautiful furniture throughout. The beds are ultra comfortable. The family room has a giant 60 inch flat screen high definition TV with surround sound. Multiple television stations to choose from, Netflix, etc. You can record any show you might miss while at the beach. All rooms in this condo have Air Conditioning; living area, kitchen, and both bedrooms. The two generous sized master bedrooms are complete with new luxurious pillow-top king-size beds. Both bedrooms have 46 inch HD flat screen TV's. The family room has an extremely comfortable queen-size sofa couch so the home sleeps 6 comfortably. In May, 2020 we remodeled the bathroom and it is beautifully appointed with a combination sea glass, marble and granite tiles. The home also has a full size washer dryer in the unit for your convenience with detergent provided. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, Full sized refrigerator, stove/oven and , dishwasher; not to mention almost everything you could possibly need to whip up a great meal or drink. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining for 6. Several restaurants and bars, an ice cream shop, coffee shop etc. are all within walking distance in the town or at the harbor. Also within walking distance is a 17-plex theater and our own French bakery. Relax on the chaise lounge, soak in the sun and read your favorite book on the glass-walled deck overlooking the Pacific. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and sip on a tropical drink under a large umbrella or simply enjoy outdoor dining for 6 with your family. Backyard entertaining is enhanced by the large stainless steel BBQ. Other amenities for your use include 2 on-site parking spaces, (one private garage and one driveway space), beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and ice chests as well as boogie boards, two bikes with helmets and sand toys for the kids. Magnificent ocean views, steps to the beach complete your dream vacation experience at this beautiful home. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We have enacted and trained our cleaning staff in accordance with the CDC and the American Hotel and Lodging Association recommendations. We have always received complements on how clean the home is but with these new guidelines we hope to keep our guests not just happy but safe. Our first stay in Oceanside and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect! Close for walks on the beach and to great restaurants. The outdoor patio with ocean views was lovely and peaceful. Communication with Diane (owner) was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property!

We have stayed at Diane's wonderful rental before and it continues to be everything we want! The location is always most important when finding a beach rental and this one is perfect. A short walk down the road gets you to the beach in no time. The balcony overlooks the beach and has beautiful sunset views. The accommodations are equally amazing...the beds are soft and so comfortable. The pull out sleeper is easy to open and all the bedding was supplied. Our family has loved coming to Oceanside each year and Diane's rental makes it almost feel like a home away from home!

Perfect location for our needs, one row back from beach, 2nd floor unit with great view from deck area. 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so no problem for us to make the walk with all our beach items. Will definitely use this property again, a nice break from the Arizona summer heat 😎

I would give a 10 to this property if possible. My son and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was just a block from the beach and was an easy walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants! We grilled one night and the kitchen was well stocked, even with spices! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of towels. Diane was quick to answer a few questions that came up during our trip. It was hard to leave! I hope to return again!

This has been the absolute best place we have ever stayed in Oceanside. We have been coming to this beach every year and finally found the spot that we will reserve again. It’s perfect for our family of four. The walk to the beach is easy, parking is awesome and having your own private patio is amazing. Inside is extremely comfortable too. Can’t wait to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the home. The location is great and was only a few minute walk to the beach with stairs. We were also very close to nearby restaurants and a short drive to Legoland. Communication with the owners was exceptional and they left a thoughtful welcome gift for us when we arrived. If we visited the area again we would considering staying here.

Can’t beat the location! We could travel everywhere on foot. The unit was well supplied, comfortable and was a perfect fit for our family of four for the holiday. The view from the patio is stunning. We loved our stay in Oceanside. Diane and Mike are top notch! We felt welcome from the moment we booked and the small touches upon our arrival exceeded expectations along with the responsive service.

A perfect rental! We loved this fantastic condo - especially the two parking spaces, the beautiful view of the beach, and the thoughtful amenities. Exactly the right amount of space for two couples and a toddler. The toddler really appreciated the kids books, as well!

We loved this place as soon as we drove up. We walked in and Diane had a beautiful bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us. The condo was very clean. The beach view from the patio is amazing! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again!

My mom and I were so glad we found this listing for our half week stay. It was a great location in the middle of the spots we were visiting from Laguna Beach and Dana Point for the Catalina Island ferry, to La Jolla, Coronado, and San Diego. Was a nice, pretty quiet, safe neighborhood with a cute beachy downtown with lots of cute coffee shops, a beautiful long pier overlooking the ocean and lots of surfers, and the vibe inside and outside the rental was like paradise. We enjoyed relaxing in the morning and before bed on the deck watching and listening to the waves. Diane was so friendly and welcoming and made our stay a breeze with no hassle. Definitely recommended!

The property and the host were excellent. Had items for kids of varying ages for those times we were inside and a great view out over the beachfront to watch sun sets. Instructions were always clear and helpful and the hosts didn’t hesitate to make sure we knew how to contact them in the event we needed anything!
