Perfect property, close to the beach but with a great canal area with dock in back. Quiet and safe neighborhood that was convenient to food places and just a few blocks from the grocery. House was just as advertised!

We had an excellent stay and Kristy was very communicative. Mornings and evenings on the back patio and dock are hard to beat!

Great place to stay for a week in Newport. Being on the water was special and proximity to the beach and Lido Village was perfect. Was able to go off the dock directly a few mornings with paddle board - so easy. Living spaces were spacious, as advertised.
