Nestled in Mableton, this lovely house for $268 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The Owl House presents the best of Comfy living, with room galore. There are 4 conversational areas (Dining Room, Office Area, Living Room, outside spacious concrete deck) Everyone can gather in the Living Room and watch movies on the big screen TV on the spacious couch and Ottoman’s. Quiet Neighborhood so NO PARTIES please. ALL outside activities should end before 10 pm EST. TVs in each of the 5 Bedrooms, 3 Queen Beds and 4 Twin beds along with a stocked Kitchen hardware, 2 Fire Places, Great parking for 8, and a Grill (Cleaning Fee) on the outside deck. The Silver Comet Biking and Hiking trail is less than a walking mile from the house. Minutes to Downtown Atlanta, Six Flags over GA - Truist Park (Braves), Mercedes Benz Stadium (Falcons), World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, Stone Mountain, etc. Close to major highways (285 loop, Interstate 75 / 85 / 20) Lots of fast-food restaurants to satisfy the kids, and they are also close to fine dining. Take an Uber / Lyft downtown to enjoy the endless nightlife Atlanta offers. ALL outside activities should end before 10 pm EST. Overall this property suited our friends and family well as a meet up spot to use as a base hub. The property was super convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and our main attractions~Truist Park to watch the Braves and the Georgia Aquarium. It had enough space for all of us (7 adults and 5 kids-12 and under). We didn’t feel crowded at all, with plenty of room for everyone on the sectional and loft space. The outdoor patio was perfect for our morning coffee.
The only snag we encountered was due to cleanliness-which we didn’t notice until tidying up at check out. I’m not sure if the clean up hadn’t happened before we arrived or just wasn’t as thorough as it should have been, but there was a used condom left in the floor under the edge of one of the beds, and it’s wrapper and used rag sitting in the closet. Had we seen this when we checked in, I probably would have had a different impression of the cleanliness of the property. Thankfully we only noticed it toward the end, because we really did enjoy ourselves and were glad for all the kitchen appliances that made our stay easier, and the host’s quick responses to any question we had.

I had a group of friends come to town to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house had the perfect setup for us all to be comfortable. The host (Todd) was great! We had a minor issue and he was extremely prompt with his response. The home is kid friendly with plenty of games. The loft made me feel like a kid again. My guests felt like it was a home away from home and are looking to come back and rent the home again!

We had family coming in from 3 different states and did not want to be in separate hotel rooms, but we also did not want to be crowded into one little house. There was plenty of room for our group of 12, and everything we could need to make our stay comfortable was provided. The owner was very helpful and always readily replied to any questions or issues we had during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if and when we're in the area.

The house was close to Cobb Galleria making it easy access to the Blade Show daily. It is in a great neighborhood. Owl house had all of the necessities and then some. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes and pans. The house was very clean. The back deck was enjoyed by all. Plenty of table space and seating. I spoke with Tom once on the phone and he was very nice and easy to contact. Owl House had a calm vibe. We enjoyed our stay and we will rebook in the future.

Very roomy and well equiped. I had a few minor issues which Todd took care of immediately. Even though there was a queen bedroom downstairs, I misread the listing to have a master bedroom downstairs. The bath downstairs could use some handicap bars

Just as described. Where the property itself is ready for some updates, the management excels. Todd was responsive with all our questions and proactive in checking on our stay. Simple things like access to paper towels, trash bags, and towels are common sense but sometimes a miss. Not here, things are well thought out for easy access to all your needs. Well appointed home with great management. House is large and accommodated our two family stay with teenagers, preschoolers, and an infant.

We arrived pretty late and had trouble with the door so I called Todd who answered immediately and he helped us get in. The rental was exactly as described and very spacious. We came for Bears/Falcons game but also drove up to Dahlonega and Dawsonville for Christmas activities. We also went to six flags on Monday, had our Thanksgiving dinner and made Christmas cookies in the fully equipped kitchen. We made family photos in our Christmas pjs in front of the huge fireplace and on the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay at the owl house which was centrally located for all our activities. I highly recommend Todd and the owl house.

Successful baseball stay
We came down for a week for a baseball tournament. House was clean very comfortable perfect for the three families. The neighborhood was great. The host even had a wall with all the local sites to check out. We will definitely stay here again

Check in was easy and the owner is very good at responding and communicating. Super stocked kitchen with everything you need and great areas to hang out with living room and patio. Grocery store right down the street and a fantastic BBQ place less than 5 min away.

I stayed at the home for 6nights and the entire experience from Booking, during the stay and leaving was all great. Todd is an excellent host and he communicated with me and took care of any questions I had.
The home was very spacious especially knowing we had a group of 10 females who were all very comfortable. Definitely looking forward to another visit and I highly recommend staying there. Quiet neighbourhood and central to restaurants and shopping.

Great family Christmas stay
Our time at the “Owl House” was very enjoyable and made for a great family holiday celebration. We loved the huge living room space with the huge fireplace. It provided plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and enjoy the holiday. We even moved a chair to the loft area to maximize the space and allow for social distancing. The Dining Room also provide a great space for us to enjoy family meals, and we made great use of the grill. We were curious about the plastic spiders in the window behind the shutters in the living space. It creeped out a couple in the party. We struggled to find enough forks for family meals as there were only 7 in the silverware drawer, and there weren’t any large knives to cut bread or prepare meat. The water pressure was a bit of a struggle as at times there was only a trickle of water in the shower. We ended up using an air mattress in the loft area for one of our beds. We were not expecting that 2 of the 12 beds listed in the listing were actually the couch in the living area. In all, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re very grateful for you hospitality. If we are back in the area again, we will consider another stay at the “Owl House”.

This house was perfect for what I needed! Had tons of space and I loved the loft in the living room. The host was super helpful and accommodating. The location was prime, right down the road from major shopping. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. Todd was very attentive and made sure we did not need anything. He also checked on our group several times during our stay. We left something on the property and he mailed it to us. We really appreciate him being such a great owner and having such a nice property for rent.
