Newly renovated, this 1940 nostalgic setting has a 2nd Story Ocean View from every room, with a balcony that faces the east. In the winter you can leave your windows open all night and feel the balmy breezes and hear the palm trees rustle. The unique setting of this property is the best location for access to the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and includes your own dedicated and included parking spot. Being on the second floor gives you privacy and an escape that makes for a personal retreat. Sleeps 2 + 2 kids on two queen beds, one is a queen Murphy bed in the living room and the other is a queen Perfect Sleeper in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs for streaming and local channels, Wireless Internet, Radio/DVD player, plus a stacked washer and dryer & dishwasher your dedicated parking space and huge heated pool with barbecue. This beach villa has everything you need right on the beach.

Great spot for nice walks on the boardwalk and to enjoy a variety of options. Condo was simple, but everything you would need for a couple or small family to enjoy the area.

My husband and toddler had the best week! The location is unbeatable — right next to the splash pad, boardwalk, beach, and pool. It was so convenient to enjoy everything nearby while still being able to come back easily for lunch and afternoon naps. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car this trip, but honestly probably won’t need to next time.The new Murphy bed was a fantastic addition and made the perfect second bed, especially for cozy family movie nights. Kalyn was an incredibly responsive host and quickly helped with the few minor things we needed throughout the week. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Kalyn is an excellent host. VERY responsive each time I had a question before and during our stay. The location is fantastic! The pool was extremely clean. The Broadwalk is great with shops, restaurants, bars, and live music all within 1/2 mile. We will stay here again. The view from inside this condo and on the balcony made me happy every time I looked at the ocean and the people. The area is great and active but quiet at night

The 1bedroom apt was across the street from a lovely beach. The apt is NOT meant for 4 adults but rather for two adults and two children under 10 to fit comfortably.
Unable to enjoy the ocean breeze and cool temps at night with the reviving of engines from drag racing on adjacent Main Street and squealing tires of cars leaving public garage across the street from apt.
Never met owner but he was very responsive to text communications.
