Excellent location, right opposite the river. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they are happy to assist with arranging excursions and planning onward travel.
The photos accurately reflect the hotel, so there were no surprises — what you see is what you get. I really enjoyed my stay.

What a beautiful spot! So relaxed. Breakfast is served on the terrace at the river. Few minutes walk from the main road.
The room I had could do with some basic maintenance (for instance broken showerhead holder and paintjob).

Liked the view of the river
Nice view on the river and it’s looks like you have your own private balcony
But it’s table and chair outside your room on a shared walk way that people have to pass to get to there rooms
Maybe a little expensive for Laos at $72 for two nights
