Great condo, this was our 3rd year to stay #15. We have it reserved for Nov 2025. The location is excellent. View is superb.A few things that could use improvement:Needs painting throughout. Dining room table needs replaced. Recliner needs to be replaced . Kitchen cabinets need upgrading including countertop.

We have been coming to Destin Florida since my son was 4 years old he is now 37 years old. Coral Reef Club is the best area and condominiums that we have found in all that time. What more can I say. I do have to say though that the management needs to have the other guest comply with all the rules.
