About this house rental
Nestled in Waldport, this lovely house for $295 per night is a great option for your next break. You can't get any closer to the beach...- miles of soft sandy beach at your doorstep. Great getaway from cares of the world. And if you are feeling the luck of the Irish, (and are free 3/17-3/20), you can stay at the coast and save $45/night. Discount reflected at checkout. Cleanliness has always been a priority, but now, more than ever, we are stepping it up! “Contactless” Check in/ check out procedures have always been in place and CDC approved cleaning products are used by our cleaners. Special attention is given to high touch areas inc. Kitchen and bathrooms, light switches, and remote controls. Time to go to the coast! Weather is unpredictable.....can be sunny, stormy, or wild and windy but Hot tub is great any kind of weather:). It’s sure to be memorable! This house has something for everyone. Adults and kids will enjoy views of beautiful sunsets, harbor seals at 'the point', and long beach walks. Everyone will enjoy the hot tub and your well-mannered dog will love it all! Annie's House is inviting, warm, and very comfortable. The open floor plan, large stone fireplace (wood not provided) and wall of windows will set the tone for the perfect family gathering. We'll let the pictures tell the story! This home is a wonderful retreat for a couple, small family or two couples. A Bose music system and Wi-Fi are provided. There are 2 flat screen TVs ( master bedroom and living room) with cable and Netflix subscription. The house has two bedrooms, one with a new king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a queen-sofa sleeper ( w memory foam topper) in the living room. The master bedroom has an ocean view, TV, and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a stunning view of the Waldport bridge from its own private deck and a 6 person hot tub. You can view the bridge lights at night and sunrises in the morning! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect: dishes, glasses, silverware and appliances including coffee maker, Keurig, grinder, toaster as well as spices and some staples. You will love the view from the dining table, which seats eight. Other amenities include two full baths, separate laundry room with W/D and laundry sink for sandy towels. A propane Weber grill is available seasonally. Also included is an attached two-car garage and protected porch for viewing the beach on those windy days. The single-level layout makes this house accessible for most guests. If the beach isn't enough for you, there's the (seasonal) community pool ( for a fee) kite flying, tide pools ( nature is free!) dune buggies, the Newport aquarium, Rogue Brewery, Sea Lion Caves, Yaquina and Heceta Head Lighthouses....and the list goes on! Enjoyed hanging out at Annie's house, relaxing, cooking, and home base after many excursions with a soak in the hot tub. House is well maintained, cleaned, and with a well equipped kitchen. Pictures do not do justice to the wonderful view of the ocean and bridge.

Loved Annie's house and Annie and John. We enjoyed how close it is to the beach and ocean. Our dog had a blast chasing her Frisbee on the beach. The hottub was relaxing and the sun came out for us. The bed in the primary was sooo comfortable. We will be return customers!

My husband and I (and our dog, Ollie) had the best beach vacation at Annie's place. We couldn't get enough of the beach (so few people on it!), especially when the adorable, playful seals were in the mood to join us for the walks :)
We stayed for 4 nights, but never ventured to town for dinner because we couldn't pry ourselves from the sunsets! Plus, the kitchen is fully equipped with any neccesities one may need.
The location is on a gorgeous section of the Oregon coast and close to quaint towns, Devil's Churn, and the Sea Lion Caves.
We loved our perfect coastal vacation, though it was far too short. Next time, we will stay an extra couple of days. We were simply delighted with Annie's Place.

This house is awesome! It was just the right cozy size. Basically your own private beach 50steps away! Kitchen and grill worked out great for the few times we didn't want to eat out.Hot tub was nice and convenient, for my favorite early morning warm soaks. Garage space and automatic opener were a huge plus too Beds and bedding were soft and comfy, I slept wonderfully!! I cannot say enough good things about this place, we will definitely return!

Very good, great weather. Only issue was that there was no way to play movie ie, dvd player. The furniture was a little uncomfortable, the main bed is way to soft for anyone with a bad back, other than that, it was a great location. Very beautiful and convenient for the beach.We would consider renting it again. Had a great time.

If you seek a private beach experience- this is the place! We were the only occupants for most of our visit. Solo beachfront fire and beautiful star gazing including the milky way.
Beachfront property, family friendly, and fresh ocean breezes accompanied by seals playing and more whale sprout sprays to keep one’s imagination intrigued.

This place is perfectly located. Right on the beach! Beautiful house, all the things you could possibly need in the kitchen. Loved waking up in the morning and having coffee right out the back door with my feet in the sand. Beds are comfortable! The family loved that the beach was the back yard. So close to lots of hikes and views. We will definitely book Annie's House again for our yearly stay in Waldport!! Love this house!

Incredible location! We loved watching the whales migrating north with our grandson. Annie’s house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The hot tub was a bonus overlooking the beautiful bridge and star gazing at night. All the beds were comfortable for great night’s sleep. Thank you Annie for making our week so special.

We loved the house right on the beach. It’s 8 mi from seal rock tide pools, which is a must. The place wasn’t super clean and we found we had to wash some of the dishes and pots and pans before using them.
Also, bring toilet paper and paper towels! We were left 4 small rolls of tp for 4 for a week! We needed to buy some.
The property does not say this in the listing, but you are NOT allowed to cook crab in the house. We love crabbing and crabs, so I would have liked to know this before booking for 7 nights.
The beds are super comfy and they have a range of pillows to choose from. The couch is not comfortable, fyi.
It also took us a min to figure out the front door and having the directions listed out would have been helpful.

If your looking for a nice place to stay on the beach you can't go wrong with this location, It was perfect for us and our yellow Lab Tobi. Thank you Annie I won't say we will be back, because we have so many other places we have on our list of vacation spots. :) But if we ever did your place would be 1st pick.

This house is virtually on the sand with a view of the waves framed by sand dunes. The bedding could be improved with cleaning. There was heavy sand that could have been swept from the landing to avoid tracking in the house. Everything else was great. I'd recommend it with few reservations.

From the couch you can see the waves break and there is only one step onto the deck. Ocean view, ocean access and easily accessible. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a most excellent time even tho the weather was snow/rain. We were able to get out for walks almost every morning. The place is nicer than the pics as more things are being updated/upgraded.

This house sits right on the beach and the crashing waves can be seen out floor to ceiling windows that line the west side of the house. A beautiful view of the bridge and Waldport from the kitchen window or the covered porch and patio. Every amenity available, two car garage, washer and dryer, every common kitchen appliance with quality cookware. The hosts are very generous with towels, linens and bathrobes. Hot tub very accessible with gorgeous views of the night lights of Waldport. Instructions for the house are very clear and easy to follow. I didn’t want to leave, we will be back.

Annie's house is a very comfortable, cozy retreat on the coast. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. The view from the great room of the beach and the view of the bridge from the hot tub are Awesome!!! This is a 5 Star Property !!! Close to everything!!

This view is probably better than any house in this area! We had everything we needed here, house is well stocked. It is an older home, a little drafty but there is a wood fireplace we used the entire time we were there. There is a cadet heater in the main room, and radiant heat in the other rooms, as well as a portable heater. Once we figured out the radiant heat - no problem keeping toasty warm. We were able to park in the garage - thank you! They have a keurig, Netflix - some plusses from other places we've stayed. We had an amazing time here & would recommend.

Annie's House is an incredible place to stay if you are looking for a place to get away from it all, take long walks on a beach that feels like it's all yours (I think we saw 4-6 other people on the beach the whole time we were there!), and hunker down for some cozy quiet time. I liked most of the appliances in the kitchen, but the stove has been updated to a glass top, not the coil burners in the pictures! Be aware if you intend to bring your own cast iron cookware. The pans provided were nice stainless steel, however, the spatulas were all plastic like for teflon pans. It was difficult to cook for ourselves.

Wonderful spot literally on the sand and with a view of the waves in the distance. Our dog loved being able to run right out the door onto the beach with us. My parents, in their late sixties, loved it too. Comfortable beds and fast wifi/internet/Wi-Fi (trying to help those of you searching for it. Three of us were working and on video calls simultaneously and it was totally smooth. Finally, Ann was super communicative and accommodating of our requests. Pretty much the ideal VRBO experience.
